Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with skills in Ruby on Rails to strengthen our core team. In this role, you will take over the responsibilities of the CTO and be responsible for leading our existing mid-level developer. Your primary task will be to ensure that our development processes and systems are efficient and scalable while actively participating in coding and product development. Once stability is established, you will be involved in hiring and integrating an additional mid-level developer.

Responsibilities:

Take over the responsibilities of the CTO and lead our mid-level developer
Develop and implement efficient development processes and systems
Actively participate in coding and product development
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative solutions
Hire and integrate an additional mid-level developer when relevant

Requirements:

Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and other relevant web technologies
Experience in leading development teams and project management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
