Senior full-stack web developer (Full-time, on site)

As a Senior full-stack web developer with DevOps responsibilities, you will report directly to our CTO and collaborate closely with our product team, designers, and developers. You'll play a central role in shaping our platform’s architecture and reliability as we continue to grow across international markets.

Your Role

You will play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our core platform. As part of a small, agile product team, you’ll work closely with mobile developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and performant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs and new features

• Collaborate on architecture decisions and product planning

• Support deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues

• Build and manage infrastructure using modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation)

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of platform services Optimize database performance and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with modern backend technologies (we use Python and Django, so familiarity is a plus)

• Proficient in database design and management (PostgreSQL)

• Experience with DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, etc.), or willingness to learn

• Experience with frontend skills (HTML/Javascript/CSS)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment 

• Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with (and updating) legacy codebases

• Experience with white label solutions, payment systems, or SaaS platforms

• Interest in or experience with audio/video/text content distribution

• Knowledge of security best practices

• Experience with solutions sold as SaaS and enterprise sales
