Astrid Wild launched in late 2019 by us, Maria & Jemina. We got tired of the uninspiring and non-flattering selection of outdoor wear for women, and decided to create our own brand. We design high quality outdoor clothing with timeless Scandinavian design and a tailored fit for a woman’s body. Sizes range from 2XS to 4XL. Sustainability is at our core and has influenced many decisions, for example working with recycled materials, avoiding seasonal collections and placing our manufacturing in Europe. We’re passionate about inspiring women to spend more time in nature, and by increasing diversity in the outdoor scene we want to make nature more accessible for all women. Go Dogo offers deep-tech products that help dog parents keep their dogs mentally healthy. Dogs need mental stimulation to stay healthy. The stimulation should be based on both owner-facilitated and owner-independent challenges. The owner-facilitated mental stimulation (different types of training) is critically important, as it is not just mental stimulation - it builds and continuously strengthens the human-dog bond. Solving owner-independent challenges on the other hand is extremely important because it boosts the dog's self esteem and self confidence, which is crucial in order to prevent many behaviour problems, such as insecurity, anxiety, aggression, in-door soiling, excessive barking/whining, destructive behavior and canine depression. Available solutions that may provide owner-independent mental workout are low-tech products made out of wood, plastic, cloth or a combination. They are typically about moving or pushing or clawing at something to find or release a hidden treat. They are not giving any instructions or feedback and they have no progression - so they are usually either too easy or too difficult. If too easy, the dog does not get a whole lot of mental workout - and if too difficult the dog tends to give up fast, and hence does still not get the desired mental workout. The solution is our Go Dogo! Go Dogo uses the home TV to give the needed instructions and feedback and it dispenses treats as rewards when the dog does an exercise correct - or in some situations to support the motivation to keep trying. Computer vision enables Go Dogo to recognise the dogs movements, and the intelligent software adapts to each dog individually and only gradually increases the level of difficulty to ensure adequate mental stimulation.
