In under three minutes, our system provides a highly accurate estimate of VO₂max without the need for any physical exercise. This fast, simple, and non-invasive process makes it possible for healthcare and wellness providers to easily integrate CRF assessments into routine check-ups, helping them provide more personalized care and better disease prevention strategies.
