Hedvig Hemförsäkring

Insurance has been broken for way too long. With the latest technologies, some common sense and people’s best interest at heart Hedvig is tearing up old business models to build the insurance solution of the future. Hedvig is making insurance mobile, fair and personal. We’re creating a simple, easy to use insurance service that puts our members' first. Our business model has no incentive to deny claims so we can focus on making insurance fast and efficient so it’s there when you need it most.

ExSeed Health

Exseed Health is a start-up company that specializes in the development of medical devices and mobile applications. At the moment, we are focusing on treating male infertility and introduce a state-of-the-art device that allow men to test their sperm quality from the comfort of their home. The device is able to detect sperm concentration and motility by simply inserting a glass that contains the sample and then putting a smartphone on top.

Opeepl

We are a full-service quantitative market research agency keeping global consumer brands in the know of consumers' desires & aspirations. Opeepl was founded on the desire to solve two issues within market research: 1) slow sampling, and 2) out-of-touch respondents in panels. Through our proprietary programmatic sampling technology we offer our clients a modern approach to quantitative market research to give them smarter, leaner, and more actionable consumer insights. Our IoT SaaS solution is the simplest and most intuitive system on the market, ready for use in 46 countries.

GoBoat

GoBoat is an experience company, which offers unique social experiences on the water to both locals and tourists, through sustainable boat rental. It was founded in Copenhagen in February 2014 by Anders, Carl and Kasper – three young entrepreneurs. Today the company operates boat rentals all over the world.

Clinical AI At Cellari, we produce, document and deploy regulatory approved AI-solutions and accompanying hardware. We provide image-related solutions for clinics, pharmaceutical/med-tech companies, and the research industry. Cellari enables non-specialists to take advantage of the latest research in mathematical models and AI to automate and assist in image and pattern recognition Cellari has a focus on: A) automating the tedious task of identifying and labeling objects in medical images, usually different cell types, and B) eliminating scientific reproducibility issues.  Cellari spun out of collaborations between hospitals and universities. https://cellari.io/

Furhat Robotics

We are an AI and social robotics startup with the vision to make interaction with technology truly human. Founded by four PhDs in social robotics at KTH, we are an ambitious, small team of scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs backed by prominent investors. TEDxCopenhagen

TEDx was created in the spirit of TED's mission, ideas worth spreading. Started as a four-day conference in California 30 years ago, TED has grown to support its mission with multiple initiatives. The two annual TED Conferences invite the world's leading thinkers and doers to speak for 18 minutes or less. The program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level. At TEDx events, a screening of TEDTalks videos - or a combination of live presenters and TEDTalks videos - sparks deep conversation and connections. Tobi

Our purpose is to enable children to get the best possible start in life. This purpose can take on many shapes and sizes. The first of which is helping parents invest their children's longterm savings. In a sense you could call us a niche robo-advisor for families though we would argue that we have so much more lined up to support our purpose. Why start here? Because today no one is focusing on helping families - parents, grandparents and friends of the family - get started saving and investing on behalf of their children. In this sense, children is the most underserved market within wealth management. This has direct consequences for children's financial future as families today have scattered savings accounts where the majority of deposits are in cash. With a very low interest rate the children's savings are losing value year after year after year due to inflation. Put another way: children are missing out on far more than 10x returns. At Tobi we help parents open an investment account for their children. Then the whole family can deposit cash gifts (think at birth, X-mas, birthdays, etc.) and advance inheritance in the child's Tobi account. All deposits are invested based on the parent's risk profile and we advise families all the way over the years towards reaching the savings goals for their children. This is why we compare Tobi to pension - just for kids. Because we believe children's money should be treated just as well as grown ups'.
