Mono Solutions offers fully white-label, tailored website solutions to digital service providers to empower small businesses online. We are dedicated to helping our partners create professional, data-driven websites at scale in the fastest and most cost-efficient way. Small businesses are then equipped with performance-driven websites that can serve as their proprietary hub to successfully drive business across the digital landscape. #monolove - it’s a thing. Jottacloud

Jottacloud is a Norwegian cloud storage service for both private use and businesses. The service lets you securely copy, synchronize, save and share files from all of your devices. These files will be safely stored on environmentally friendly servers in Norway or in countries with equivalent or even more rigorous privacy laws. Firms based in the US might be forced to hand over their stored information to the authorities. No one will get access to the data stored with us. Jotta is the name of the company behind the service. Founded in 2008, today we are located in central Oslo and consist of twelve employees. The name “Jotta” is based on the “Yottabyte” which is one trillion Terabytes. The “cloud” is the term used to denote storing and sharing files on the internet.

Pandatron

At Pandatron, we’re revolutionizing the way organizations unlock the potential of their people through AI-driven coaching solutions. Our platform leverages the latest LLM/ML technologies to deliver personalized, scalable coaching experiences and collects critical business data at scale. Our vision is to develop Leadership-as-a-Service, a software that will support leaders in managing their organizations, and unlock organizational performance and business transformation through personal growth of individuals. We work with Fortune 500s like Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Skanska, and some others we can’t name :) We have a great team and culture. In total we are 18, executives are founders with exits, ex-Amazon, HR consulting business owners (30 years experience), top change consultants (EY, Accenture), certified coaches and VC principles. Currently, 50% of the tech team is female. Location: Remote (we have offices in Helsinki, San Francisco and Curitiba where you could work)

Eatit

50 % of the population in Sweden is overweight and 15% has obesity. Obesity is a chronic disease, but due to lack of knowledge and resources the patients are seldom treated in the right way, if they are treated at all. Obesity increases the risk of other diseases such as diabetes and heart diseases. Creating an extended pain for the patient and their families and an increased cost for the society. During 2019 Eatit increased rapidly in number of paying customers and are ready to onboard more people to the team. We are social entrepreneurs with a passion for food, technology and health. Our solution is built with Artificial Intelligence and we are working together with physicians and dieticians to develop our solution. If you want to work in a team where you have an impact on how things are done, which strategies we shall choose and want to bring your ideas you will fit in Eatit. We prefer working together at the office, it makes things faster, simpler and more fun. But the hours are flexible and to work at other locations are also possible. KRY is the market leader and only CE-certified, app-based service for meeting doctors through video meetings in Sweden. Through our strategic partnerships we can deliver streamlined, high-quality healthcare at the patient’s own convenience, whilst reducing the pressure on traditional healthcare providers so that they can provide better care for those patients most in need of it.

Edgy Systems AB – Making Energy Systems Work Together Overview Edgy Systems AB is building a hardware-agnostic monitoring and management platform for distributed energy assets such as solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, and HVAC systems. The platform provides a unified interface that allows installers, service companies, and multi-tenant building owners to monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of their installations, regardless of manufacturer or protocol. By integrating all assets into a single ecosystem, Edgy Systems helps installers save valuable technician hours each week, prevents asset downtime, and builds trust with customers through transparency and actionable insights. The Problem The transition to electrified and distributed energy systems is accelerating, but the digital management layer has not kept pace. Today, both installers and property owners face major inefficiencies: For Installers: - They must use multiple OEM portals to monitor the assets they install, one for heat pumps, another for solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and so on.
