In the middle of summer last year (2020) Richard and Lukas had a conversation about how the Swedish youth was so engaged in the Hypebeast culture and how unreasonably expensive it was. That was when this idea was created and throughout the past year it has evolved into something far greater than just a price comparison website for expensive clothing, SaleAid was born. SaleAid aims to create a new kind of price comparison website, which targets on finding the best discounted prices for the user. With a more user friendly platform that offers the user a broader variety of functions when searching for the best price on their product. In the current global market more and more shopping is being done online. During the current pandemic the amount of people choosing to shop from home has increased immensely. With countless stores available at the tip of your fingers, people tend to be more cost conscious. Since they can easily compare prices on the same product sold at different online stores. We all know price comparison websites already exist to help customers find the best prices. However, we have found that there are many aspects of the online shopping needs that are not met by the current price comparison websites. Most of the existing websites provide the customer with the best retail price. With SaleAid we want to change how price comparison websites operate. Our goal is to build a modern customer oriented website with one main focus, finding the best sales for the customers desired product. Ultimately resulting in the best possible price, hence discounted prices are almost always lower than the best retail price. By creating an account on SaleAid, the customer will be offered a price monitoring function which means the customer will not personally have to monitor the prices regularly. Instead the user is supplied with a notification when their desired product's price has changed. With or without an account all users will be able to see the price history of all products. If the user is in desperate need of a product, they can also choose to be shown the best offer in a physical store closest to them. In addition to the functions named above, SaleAid is also unique by providing the customer with a broader variety of retailers. We offer the user the ability to with just one click expand their search and find products on sale, not only domestically, but for example in the north or in Europe. Making international shopping the most affordable and accessible it has ever been. Apart from all the neat functions, we aim for SaleAid to be used differently than current PCWs. We do not want SaleAid to become just another PCW that users spend less than a minute on before moving on. We want to create a platform for users to browse and shop on, not just look up one specific product. We want to become the marketplace for the price conscious online shopper.

Tir’s bread solves 2 important modern problems: - The effects of climate change: old varieties are able to adapt and develop into the changing environment. - The ill effects high gluten and chemically grown wheat is having on our health. Anders Borgen is a leading Danish wheat farmer who promotes biodiversity working towards the needs of the organic movement (https://www.arc2020.eu/anders-borgen-nurd-of-the-niche/): - Modern bread readily available today is high in gluten and low in nutrition. The modern grain is a genetically modified form of grain that is very high in gluten. This high gluten and low nutrition is making people sick. - Industrial millers also strip the grain of vital nutrients, removing the germ where the oils and nutrients reside, and the bran husk where the fibre is, leaving only the endosperm. - Stone-grinding the flour fresh retains all the nutrients in the flour and the bread. Once the flour is milled oxidation begins to take place and nutrients decrease fast. At Tir the flour is used straight from the mill retaining the highest nutritions and flavour: - The bread will be the highest nutritious bread in Denmark. - Tir Bakery has been collaborating with Birkemosegaard Biodynamic Seasonal Farm where the grain grows (March - October). The bread has been a huge success. During high season 150 breads sold out within a few hours a day. - Due to these farming and milling methods the distribution chain is a lot shorter which reduces the carbon footprint.

Overall, evidence suggests that up to one-fifth of health spending does not create value for the patient. With over 9% of GDP spent on health care systems across the OECD, such waste undermines the financial sustainability of our health systems, and more importantly, does not lead to better health for the patients. Almost half the population has a chronic disease, and many have two or more chronic conditions. The chronic conditions are responsible for a major part of the health care costs (in Sweden, 80-85%). We do not focus on diagnoses, but instead on symptoms, functions and quality of life. The important goal is to support patients to communicate their health in a better way. NoviPel (2014) is a MedTech company with the aim of treating urinary incontinence (UI). An estimated 10% of all women, i.e. more than 300,000 women in Denmark, suffer from UI. The condition is still widely considered a taboo and has no effective treatment today. Sundhedsstyrelsen recommends the following treatments by order of effectiveness: Pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT); pharmacological therapy; and surgery. Surgery, used as a last resort solution, is expensive and has poor response rates. Pharmacological therapy has shown slightly better response rates but is accompanied by non-negligible side-effects. PFMT is a highly individual and specialized procedure. Done correctly it is a cheap, non-invasive procedure void of side-effects. There is a proven need for a tool to allow healthcare practitioners (HCPs) to standardize treatment, teach correct exercises, and collect data accurately. Our device is a non-invasive vaginal probe, offering users a new, data-driven best practice of supervised PFMT, AI nudging to improve adherence and patient education. The fully automated method optimizes existing treatment methods and improves HCP’s in their workflow. Our device can directly decrease existing UI related health economic costs by mitigating expenses from diapers and surgery-related expenses.
