Urbanization and worsening transport problems in cities (e.g. air pollution, noise, traffic injuries, congestion, parking shortages, etc) lead to new mobility trends. The increased importance of cycling and micro-mobility is one of them. Our mission is to enhance urban cycling and encourage more users to commute on their bikes. To do so we design, assemble and deliver unique electric bicycles (also called pedelecs) for urban commuters. But we are not just a bicycle manufacturer, we consider ourselves as a company defining urban mobility. We are a young Finnish startup company with 6 team members, who are currently living in 3 different countries. We came up with the concept of our e-bike and started active prototyping in early 2019. We've already built first prototypes, tested key hypotheses and are now on the final stage of product development. Because of an ongoing patenting process, we are still in somewhat "stealth mode".

In chronic diseases like diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure patients make important regular measurements at home. The results are important to healthcare professionals, but today they are still mainly handled through paper records. There is little visibility to patients' status between appointments, and analyzing the results consumes a lot of time. In order to improve care quality and productivity, healthcare providers are now introducing digital processes, and they need a solution for remote monitoring of patients with these large chronic conditions. Glucostratus uses mobile and cloud technology to help healthcare providers to transform the care of asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure from paper records prevalent today to a digital process based on shared up-to-date data and intelligent analytics. For new methods like virtual care and artificial intelligence to be feasible in chronic conditions, patient-generated data must be digital and up to date. We cover these large conditions with one service, and we offer a unique easy-to-use IoT solution for the big group of elderly diabetics with no IT skills which allows us to cover the diabetes needs of the rapidly growing home care sector. Our solution is already in daily use at innovative care providers, and we have now over 20 active sales cases in Finland spearheaded by occupational healthcare providers and asthma clinics. Focusing on tools that enable care providers to manage their growing patient populations with asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure, we can build a major international SaaS business.

CloudOnMove idea and solution was originally incubated by AJR Solutions Oy, an innovative technology company that is specialized in the most advanced cloud and IoT solutions. New company CloudOnMove Oy was established as a spin-off and related technology asset and intellectual property was transferred during 2H2019. CloudOnMove was granted a US patent 10445135B2 on Oct 2019. Now we are building a new dedicated team and funding for taking CloudOnMove solution to the market and scaling it.

We're working hard on making the process as smooth and automated as possible, to allow us to represent as many tenants as possible, with a fee they can afford. With a diverse set of backgrounds ranging from tech-development and banking, to marketing and strategy consulting - and of course, law - we're able to use a wide array of skills and experiences to make Rent Guide into the best that it can be.
