Parents' problem. Every 5-th child is born with dyslexia: an inherited neuro-biological condition that makes the process of decoding written symbols challenging. In most European countries, the USA and the UK children with dyslexia are entitled for a free state-funded help. In an ideal educational system a highly professional teacher identifies challenges of a struggling learner, the child is quickly referred to a state-funded assessment, every child with reading disabilities gets immediate free remediation. In the educational systems as they are in the post-pandemic era we see persistent acute shortages of qualified literacy and special education teachers and waiting lists of between 6 and 24 months for dyslexia assessment. Only children who are in the bottom 3 to 10% of their peers for reading ability can rely on free help. Parents and schools are forced to turn to private tutors and programs and are always torn between the desire to help struggling kids and the fear of ruining the financial situation of their families and organizations. Schools' problem. The current debate over inclusion in the society revealed the main educational problem that has not yet been solved: as classrooms become more diverse, the teacher is challenged to differentiate more. The legislation mandates that every child with disability is provided with an individualized learning plan, but the inclusive classroom that provides such advantages is difficult to implement, while the only extra support that a teacher gets is a university student or other inexperienced trainee.

Gjennom en digital plattform på vilmer.no skaper VilMer flere gode øyeblikk for beboere og brukere på blant annet sykehjem, bofellesskap og dagtilbud. MinMemoria - "med livshistorien i sentrum": Et verktøy for personsentrert omsorg og kommunikasjon. Muliggjør persontilpasning av fysiske og digitale opplevelser. Opplevelser - "lokalsamfunnet bidrar": Et mangfold av opplevelser og aktiviteter for brukere og beboere på omsorgsinstitusjoner i et spenn fra lesestunder og gåturer til besøk av dyr til fotballkamp utenfor sykehjemmet. Televindu - "et bibliotek av digitalt innhold tilrettelagt for eldre": En videoplattform laget spesielt for personer med demens og kognitiv svikt som også inkluderer en flora av digitale opplevelser som virtuell tur opp Besseggen og gamle filmer fra historielaget. VilMer VR - "tur i en annen verden": Nysgjerrighet og gode minner vekkes med en tur på gården for å hilse på dyrene eller til stranda for å høre bølgeskvulp. VR-løsningen omfatter VR-briller, flere hundre VR-filmer og en styringsapp som er enkel å bruke for helsepersonell. Triggo - "en fin stund sammen": Triggo er en app som inspirerer til aktivitet og samtaler på tvers av generasjoner. Den gir brukeren en fin stund kombinert med fysisk og kognitiv trening. Late Lecture is a student initiative that was works towards inspiring students with free 1 hour keynotes at universities in Copenhagen. Other activities include short articles that aim to give an insight into the work after graduation, these are called shortreads. We are supported by Tuborgfondet and are looking for more students to help organising more Late Lectures at your university as well. Furthermore, we would like to make more articles that can help give an insight into life after work. Mad er et universelt samlingspunkt, der integrerer mennesker og styrker samarbejdet, og det udnytter vi til fulde i vores kokkeskoler, kulinariske teambuildings og eksklusive middage. Food Studio arbejder med nogle af landets bedste råvareleverandører og bruger så vidt muligt, altid råvarer i sæson og gerne så lokalt som muligt. Hos Food Studio kan du få lov til at lave mad med nogle af landets dygtigste kokke - hvad end det er en autentisk Masterchef- oplevelse, eller en fransk gourmetaften. Derudover samarbejder vi med nogle af landets flotteste godser og herregårde, hvor vi tilbyder en ægte Nak og Æd oplevelse med lerdueskydning, jagt og madlavning i det fri. Udover vores kokkeskoler, laver vi også specielle pop-up events for vores kunder, som ønsker en unik madoplevelse. Her behøver gæsterne ikke deltage i madlavningen, men kan blot nyde selskabet med kollegaer, venner eller kunder alt imens holdet af kokke og tjenere sikrer gæsterne den ultimative oplevelse.
