I modsætningen til de eksisterende løsninger på markeder, vil konceptet fremme de mindre kendte områder og oaser, de gemte attraktioner og spisesteder i byen. Der opbygges et kartotek af samarbejdspartnere (restauranter, kulturinstitutioner osv.), som alle kan noget særligt. Det kan være en bestemt stemning, et gennemført tema, en fantastisk lokation osv. Aftalen med samarbejdspartnerne er, at de giver udvalgte fordele/gavebeviser som hotelgæsterne kan benytte sig af under deres besøg. Værdien i produktet ligger i selve pakkeløsningen. Turisterne bliver taget i hånden og får en brugbar guide inklusiv fordele til de mere uudforskede dele af byen. Konceptet udspringer af et ønske om at skabe autentiske oplevelser på storbyferier, hvor man ofte har tilbøjelighed til primært at se “the must see” attraktioner og spise på en café/restaurant man falder over på vejen fra en attraktion til en anden.
