We buy our coffee direct from the farmers. We only buy Specialtycoffee grown without any peticides. We have a headquarter in Brazil from where we also make education for the farmers. Today we have a danish and a german webshop, cafees and shops in Denmark, Germany and Italy. We have our own roasterys and warehouse. We have a subscriberservice for a new coffee every month, and we sell to offices, cafees and restaurants who want to serve good sustainable coffee.

Hukka AI is a Finnish startup developing an intelligent, easy-to-use SaaS solution to measure, analyze and reduce food waste in professional kitchens. Our mission is to enable more sustainable and profitable kitchens and we believe that the challenge should be solved with a software-only solution requiring minimal initial investment. With weighing the waste and logging it to Hukka’s intelligent cloud-based tracking system, waste value is typically reduced by 25-45% in just a few months, representing a direct benefit in the bottom line as food cost goes down. We are already working together with hundreds of restaurants to save money and protect the planet on the way.

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. We are creating a new and unique initiative within digital health with our vision “Make your own choices for your own health”. A digital health communications platform, Care Communicator, for international use that links the patient with the caregiver that simplifies the process to get quick and adequate health care outside the patient’s normal geographic border. Access through a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Useful both to the patient and caregiver. The Care Communicator (CC) project is a Freemium project.
