Vi er en samling specialister, som arbejder sammen under et fælles banner – med masser af erfaring fra stort og småt og en dedikeret og nysgerrig tilgang til de projekter, vi kaster os ud i. Vi bevæger os i krydsfeltet mellem det digitalt kreative, det konceptuelle og det, der giver mærkbare resultater på bundlinjerne. Galeria 18

Galeria 18 is developing a unique, Southern European-inspired gallery space to help art lovers and emerging artists find a creative community, explore new art forms, and showcase their talent in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. Our mission is to foster creative connections and make contemporary art accessible to all, with a hands-on approach to curating, exhibitions, and workshops. In the contemporary art scene, emerging artists often face barriers to gaining visibility and connecting with a community of like-minded creators. Many galleries are formal, exclusive, and intimidating, leaving talented artists without a platform to share their work. Art enthusiasts, on the other hand, are looking for a more relaxed, intimate experience where they can appreciate art at their own pace and engage with the creative process. This gap affects both the artist's exposure and the audience’s ability to connect deeply with art. At Galeria 18, we are solving this by creating a dynamic space that blends a gallery with a creative hub. Our gallery showcases modern art from both emerging and established artists, offering a platform for creativity, connection, and growth. In addition to exhibitions, we host workshops and courses led by the artists themselves, fostering a community where artists can share knowledge and connect with visitors. We aim to break down the barriers between artists and the public, making art more approachable and interactive. The motivation to start Galeria 18 came from a deep desire to create a space where art can flourish in a non-intimidating, vibrant atmosphere. I, Karen Dulong, have always been passionate about both art and entrepreneurship. With my background in strategic design and entrepreneurship and my own experience as an artist, I saw an opportunity to create something different – a gallery that not only showcases art but also acts as a creative haven for both artists and the community. This gallery is my way of supporting artistic talent and making art a more inclusive, shared experience.

AIESEC in Copenhagen

We provide young people with opportunities to develop themselves via international internships and volunteer programs. These experiences are built by a dedicated network of students and recent graduates from over 120 countries and territories. AIESEC provides an opportunity for young people to work or volunteer abroad in non-familiar environments. This allows them to step outside their comfort zone and expand their worldview, while contributing to the community in which they are working. We develop youth leadership through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. We ensure that practical experiences in challenging environments are present by facilitating cross-cultural exchanges and creating these opportunities in membership roles. Our members work in teams to create and manage these cross-cultural exchange experiences. This provides an opportunity for our members to live powerful team experiences and develop their own leadership potential. AIESEC is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), affiliated with the UN DPI, member of ICMYO, and is recognized by UNESCO.

Moi Panda is a super app that provides everything a global digital citizen needs with a passport to a connected world for young minds. Winner of EdTechX Mission Driven Award of 2024. We help children truly become global digital citizens through a safe social and educational APP for both children and parents to build meaningful friendships globally and locally with competitive multilingual, multicultural, and multisubject skills for children of all ages through peer support and learning by practicing with parental engagement. We built Moi Panda to support the next generation to better adapt to new cultures, while staying connected to their own heritage. We raise the digital competence of kids, empowering them with human skills, and promoting a healthy relationship between individuals and the digital world. Uplift My Shop

The Pitch: Uplift is developing comprehensive DTC growth strategies and Shopify apps to help e-commerce brands increase sales and scale profitably by optimising every aspect of their customer journey with data-driven insights and personalized solutions. The What: Uplift tackles the challenge of stagnating growth in e-commerce businesses. This issue affects DTC brands struggling to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention. By addressing each stage of the customer journey, Uplift helps brands unlock new revenue potential from existing traffic and lower acquisition costs. The How: Uplift provides a full-funnel approach to e-commerce growth, including paid ads and creative content to reduce acquisition costs, conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing and landing page enhancements, lifecycle email marketing to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value, and the development of Shopify apps to enhance functionality and customer experience. The Why: Uplift was founded by seasoned e-commerce professionals passionate about DTC growth. Recognising the common pain points e-commerce brands face, such as high customer acquisition costs and low retention rates, they set out to offer a solution based on years of industry experience. Their mission is to build strong, results-driven relationships with clients, driven by a commitment to their success rather than short-term gains.

NordicFuture

NordicFuture is developing a platform that uses AI to match university students with study-relevant student jobs. Experience in a study-relevant job is one of the most important factors when applying for a full-time job after completing one’s studies. A study shows that 91.8% of students with study-relevant jobs during their studies are employed two years after graduating, whereas only 57.2% of those without such jobs have found employment. Another study shows that only 44% of university students are employed in a study-relevant student job. The problem is that many students find it difficult to start the job search, and once they begin, they struggle to find relevant student jobs. From the employers' perspective, we have found that many companies experience challenges in finding the right candidates, while others are unaware of the value a student worker can contribute to their firm. At NordicFuture, we aim to make the job search easier by creating a platform that turns the job search process on its head. Students only need to register on the platform by uploading their CV, after which they can wait to be contacted as soon as a study-relevant job matching their skills becomes available. To further elaborate on their profiles, the students will be asked to take a personality test to ensure that we can facilitate the most suitable matches. The AI will leverage insights into competencies acquired through diverse university studies, using this information to evaluate candidates' skill profiles based on the educational background outlined in their CVs. It will also have knowledge of competencies acquired through previous jobs. Overall, the AI will consider three factors when assessing the competencies and personality of a student: Completed education, professional experience, and the results of the personality test. The profile formed by these three factors will then be compared against the requirements of vacant positions in terms of competencies and personalities to create a match. At the same time, we make it easier for employing companies to find and filter relevant candidates without incurring high costs. We achieve this by attracting a large pool of job-seeking students to our platform. As with the process for the students, our AI then analyzes each candidate's competencies and the employers' requirements to make optimal matches. The AI will be asked to find 3-5 suitable candidates (or however many the employing company thinks is appropriate) which will be sent to a job interview. Thanks to the efficiency of our platform, we can dedicate resources to communicating the value of student workers to companies that may be unaware. By doing this, we will expand the pool of available student jobs, ultimately resulting in a higher percentage of students securing study-relevant jobs. We, the two founders of NordicFuture, are university students ourselves, who have experienced firsthand the challenges of searching for study-relevant jobs. Being part of the student community, we are attuned to the sentiments and experiences of our peers regarding study-relevant employment. An education is not just an education; it is the start of one's career. However, for many students, taking the next step and launching that career is currently a time-consuming and often discouraging process. This is why we believe a new approach to searching for student jobs is needed.
