Our webshop has more than 50 different products from several Danish dog food producers. We are comitted to help you figuring out what exactly your dog needs. We are in close contact with independent veterinarians, so you are sure to get a trustworthy advice. Another big part of our webshop is transparency. We want to make the ingrediens list "digestable" so every one knows what exactly is in the product. Did you know that the reason some products has Rosemary extract is to prolong the lifetime of the product, so the dog feels the dry food is more "fresh". This transparency also led us to create a climate-rating to each product, so you are more aware of the foot(paw) print of the product.

Gets is a delivery company creating a platform that serves as an ordering channel for our business partners. What makes us different from our competition is that we offer our business partners their own personal delivery team. Always the same people and always available. Many small business owners such as restaurants, flower shops, retail stores are forced to hire their own drivers even though they already have delivery companies as partners. With us, it doesn't matter if the order comes through our ordering channel or by a phone call to the restaurants, they still have their own personal driver assigned by us to take care of the delivery. Patient data is an important creator of knowledge both on an individual level but also on a group, regional or country level. On an individual level, patient data may support and build the clinical decisions, it may provide more efficient treatment, both in regard to time and economy and secure that knowledge about the individual is transferred fast and unbiased to the healthcare staff. For the patient, sharing of his/her data will secure a better understanding of the needs and support better diagnosis and treatment. Patient data are collected and noticed in some form in most countries, either on paper or electronically. Many countries have some sort of an electronic patient journal, either on a country level, regionally or locally. However, many countries also still use pen & paper. This challenges the storage and continuity of data collection and transfer. Patient data records in electronic form reduces the risk of losing valuable data but also allows the data to be shared if needed. The acknowledgement of the importance on several levels of having patient data and the absence of a central, regional or local electronic patient data recording system in Sub-saharan African countries (the target region) initiated the idea of looking at how it would be possible to collect and make patient data readily available for treatment, benefitting both patient and caregiver, and in a bigger perspective, for research and strategic healthcare initiative planning. During small initial market and possibility investigations the idea of creating a patient owned electronic healthdata journal app arose. Mobiletechnology is both greatly advantaged and outspread in the target region and the number of mobile consumers are increasing every year. It was and is anticipated, that the possibility of having a central system is, due to structural and financial reasons, not a possibility but to empower the patient with the ownership of own data through an app seemed a possibility. It is important to underline that data must be generated from the healthcare provider and then fed into the patientjournal at the site of the consultation. The idea is to have the most relevant data collected and stored in the app, ie. medication, allergies, blood type, diagnosis and immunizations. The data that will go into the app is transferred from a healthcare provider at the site of the healthcare visit, eg a clinique, hospital, other. That means that the healthcare provider must have access to a tablet or smartphone containing the healthcare provider app which connects to the patients healthcare data app at the visit. Also any healthcare provider with the app will followingly get access to the data from the patient by connecting (and by being given access by the patient) to get patients healthdata app. So, in summary the basic idea is to provide all citizens with a tool that will help them keep track of their most important healthcare related data including completed and planned treatments, diagnosis, tests, allergies etc. The idea is further that the data is owned by the citizens/patients, and not by the non-existing national or any hospital specific system. Upon each contact with the healthcare personnel the patient's information is updated by the healthcare personnel (e.g. symptoms, diagnosis, tests, treatment, next visit etc.) The basic idea/assumption is that no national healthcare system will be developed in near or short-term future, and that a personally owned "electronic patient journal" can have a significant positive impact on the quality of treatments because of a more complete picture of the patient is available at the time, when a diagnosis and treatment is to be decided.

Vår historie Mikalsen Utvikling ble stiftet av Andrè Mikalsen i 2015. Etter mange år med utvikling av nettsider ble det ofte et tomrom og ønske om å bidra mer når nettsidene var ferdig levert. Spørsmålet som hele tiden dukket opp var om kunden faktisk kunne få enda flere besøkende til siden. Selv om nettsidene så grafisk bra ut, var de optimale for konvertering til salg? Dermed startet ferden inn i markedsføring og de digitale kanalene. Etter mange kurs og sene netter ved siden av full jobb, var det på tide å omsette teori til praksis. Vår første kunde fikk over 30 nye kunder den første måneden, og måtte ansette 2 nye medarbeidere for å håndtere den drastisk økende kundestrømmen. Å levere digital markedsføring med slike enormt positive resultater, er så sterkt for oss at vi aldri kommer til å slutte å skape resultater. Å være med på å endre livene til menneskene bak bedriftene er en ubeskrivelig rørende følelse. I dag har vi et sterkt fokus på å hjelpe små og mellomstore bedrifter, da våre tjenester kan utgjøre en stor forskjell i bedriftens hverdag.

Fysionett - Din fysioterapeut på nett

Vi skal gjøre fysioterapi mer tilgjengelig ved å samle online booking for fysioterapitjenester i én landsdekkende plattform. Hovedfokus skal være å tilrettelegge for booking av videokonsultasjon, chat og hjemmebesøk, men også ordinær timebooking. On-demand tjenester kan også være aktuelt. Eksisterende bookingtjenester, og journalsystemene som tilbyr dem, er i dag preget av utdatert UI/UX og tilbudet for sluttbrukere er fragmentert og lite brukervennlig fordi mange terapeuter finner det for kostbart å implementere. Fysionett skal gjøre bookingprosessen enklere, raskere og rimeligere for både klienter og terapeuter. Sluttbrukere vil få et langt bedre tilbud, mens fysioterapeutene på sin side vil nå ut til et landsdekkende marked. Fysionett vil også gjøre det mulig for nyetablerte eller terapeuter som nettopp har fullført utdanning å selge sin kompetanse uten å være tilknyttet en klinikk eller arbeidsgiver. Fysionett skal bli Norges første og største plattform for online fysioterapi hvor fysioterapeuter fra hele landet kan registrere seg, opprette en profil og tilby sine tjenester til kunder over hele landet. Forretningsmodellen bygger på tjenesteformidling i et tosidig marked, ikke veldig ulikt plattformer som Uber, Lyft eller AirBnb og retter seg hovedsakelig mot det private markedet. Den pågående COVID-19 pandemien har fungert som en katalysator for denne ideen. Siden plattformen tilrettelegger for at terapeuter skal nå ut til sine kunder i form av videokonsultasjon og chat. På denne måten får de muligheten til å opprettholde sin virksomhet mens pandemien pågår.
