Vi jobber med drømmene og målene til den enkelte deltaker. Det er dette som setter kursen for hvor mennesker vil med livene. Det første steget i kurset er å formulere en drøm. Alt som skjer etter dette vil være tilpasset hver enkelt. We have created job oppertunites  within food, urban gardening and redesign/upcycling for youth at risk of dropping out of the norwegian society. We want to help Norway develop concrete examples of optimal left-over food usage that align with the UN's sustainability goals such as reducing food wastage by 50% by 2030.
