Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.

During the last few years we had been noticing that there is an increasing amount of youngsters on e.g. Facebook, who offer themselves for helping with small tasks such as lawn mowing and pet sitting. They are willing to show their credibility and work ethic to people and find their place at the society. Unfortunately, often the Facebook walls they post their offers are so filled with extra noise, that not many potential adults ever see them. At the same time, while working on different great companies, we have found out that mid-/senior level employees do not only have more than enough of work to do at the office, but also very often have a family and a house to be taken care of. They work from 9-5 at the office and after that they head straight to the home and start the, we like to call it "workday no. 2". They indeed are the heroes of work, but we started wondering, is there anyway we could help them to get more out of their spare times, so that they really can enjoy their lives. Not to mention, that we could clearly see ourselves on their shoes in a few decades. With these two problems in mind the idea started slowly to take shape into the form of a web platform, where these two huge groups of our population could solve each others problems with the help of our matchmaking efforts. Adults with two workdays can buy the most important asset there is for their lives, they can buy valuable time with their loved ones. At the same time they can act responsibly by sharing their mundane tasks from gardening to window cleaning for local youngsters, who can finally show that they can be trusted and that they are diligent, which could be huge to their future careers and also they get paid for that. After the COVID-19 pandemic started taking over the world, we eventually came into the conclusion that this is our time to help people to get jobs and the economy to grow in a new way. We started quickly constructing the platform and now we have finally launched the first public MVP. We believe the working life is going towards a disruption, where peer-to-peer hiring will be a thing that enables people to solve each others problems. And that is what TaskShare is designed for.

Rehappen is a HR-tech product and service company that help managers become sustaible by organizing all employees sick leave data, administration around sick leave and also a help preventing and creating a sustainble corporate culture and leadership. By collecting ALL sickleave data into our tool which is a GDPR-secure platform HR and managers get a full insight in how the situations as an overview and also all the way to an individual. Rehappen has all documentation and processes gathered in the system, and that makes it easy to help individuals. Our tech team is working to get a nuged process where it is easy for managers to do the difficult work around sick leave and unhealth easy. We have 24/7 phonecall and the tool itself is so easy to work with so managers by them self knows thru reminding system what to do. What fired our spark was the unclear situation and difficulties for managers around people with special needs, with a high absence, mental unhealth that rehappen. People are really getting hurt by managers who do not know what to do or how to start when their employees have a difficult situation. HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system.
