NinjaThinking

Founded in 2016, NinjaThinking develops and nurtures game-changing ideas, taking them from idea to proof of concept before "releasing them into the wild". We have a specific project seeking funding for marketing & advertising purposes. We have the backbone and development team in place (and the funding for this), however, our need is funding and expertise in marketing specifically to help get the word out, whilst avoiding the traditional pitfalls and errors that plague start-ups.

We bring unique information to trotting enthusiasts, by using the latest technology. We gather, crunch and present data in a complete new way, making it faster and simpler to take winning decisions. Estable is a startup located in central Lund, at Stortorget.

Be Customer Smart

Be Customer Smart offers AI Optimised CX Management solution that uses operational data to reveal what causes customer dissatisfaction and churn along customer journeys to help businesses know how to improve customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction and revenue. In order to reduce churn, one must know why customers leave. The traditional methods such as surveys are slow and provide incomplete and biased data due to low response rates. In contrast, our AI Optimised CX Management solution takes already existing data of daily operations and builds a machine learning model to calculate the following in real-time for the whole customer base, each segment or an individual customer: 1. How each customer touchpoint impacts retention and future revenue 2. The most important improvement areas and their revenue impact 3. Which customer-centric KPIs to track and what are optimal target values 4. Which customers are likely to leave and why 5. The overall revenue at risk

Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Det foregår primært via vores eksisterende freelance-community samt online kurser og produkter.

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

effectlauncher ApS

Baggrund effectlauncher blev stiftet i 2014 af Kenneth Petersen, Ove Lindbjerg og Rolf Bonde Petersen. Vi har mange års erfaring med optimering af processer og forandringsledelse fra virksomheder som Arla Foods, Tulip, Danish Crown og Mars inc. og bruger i dag den erfaring til at hjælpe andre virksomheder med at øge deres produktivitet og arbejdsglæde. Hvad tilbyder vi? Løsningen på mange problemer i projektarbejde er ofte et projektstyringsværktøj. Men mange værktøjer til projektstyring er udviklet af ingeniører for ingeniører. Det betyder at de er meget komplekse og ofte kræver en høj grad af it-kendskab af brugerne. Dette gør at værktøjerne ikke anvendes i praksis og dermed ikke kommer til at skabe værdi for virksomheden. effectlauncher tilbyder derimod et proces- og projektstyringsværktøj, der er udviklet af brugere i samarbejde med højt kvalificerede softwareudviklere. Udviklerne har omsat brugernes behov for simpel men effektiv facilitering af projekter til en brugervenlig løsning. Backup og datasikkerhed Datasikkerhed har højeste prioritet for os og derfor ligger effectlauncher og alle data i effectlauncher hos Microsoft Azure. Dette sikrer, at vores kunders data opbevares trygt og sikkert. Derudover tager vi for en ekstra sikkerheds skyld back-up af alle data minimum en gang i døgnet. Nabo Farm er et urbant landbrug drevet efter bæredygtige principper. Vi dyrker dild, koriander, fennikel, tallerkensmækker og andet mikrogrønt, som vi leverer til en kundekreds bestående af lokale restauranter og kantiner. Vores kunder er både kvalitets- og miljøbevidste. De kan se værdien i at modtage deres bestilling, senest to timer efter den er høstet. Hverken smag eller næringsværdi går tabt under leveringen, som selvfølgelig foregår med cykelbud. Sådan trækker vi i fællesskab fødevareindustrien i en sundere og mere bæredygtig retning. Det er det, vi forstår ved godt naboskab. Afgrøderne er naturligvis fri for sprøjtegift og genmodifikationer. Deres næringskilder er en nøje udvalgt sammensætning af ilt, mineraler, varme, vand og god musik. Tilsammen har vi mere end 15 år i tech-branchen på bagen. The service is an online platform used by public and private sporting facilities to inform their guests if they are experiencing any operational disruptions. It has a simple and user-friendly interface and is easy to learn and use which results in fewer frustrated guests, fewer complaints and a quick onboarding of employees. The service is ready to use out of the box and is a cheap alternative to developing an internal tool from scratch.

We truly think that crowdfunding is an awesome way to launch a product or start a business, and we are on a mission to educate businesses on this opportunity. We also host lectures on the subject and are eager to get more involved with educational institutes.

We felt that Pillars4CustomerValue(R) was just the thing to answer the question of how to make the extremely multidimensional entity of customer value clear to the entire organization. We tested the concept in traditional workshops and it worked. Dozens of professional board members felt that finally they had been given a tool that can help everyone in the business understand value creation. Hundreds of people in different roles found their own role in generating customer value. Hundreds of people realized how their work increases the customer perceived value, the competitive advantage of the company, and the value of the company. Arvova was found the 1st of January 2020.
