Vi adresserer et voksende behov for effektiv og målrettet oplæring blandt håndværkere, som ofte oplever begrænset tid til læring i en travl hverdag. VideoVicer forenkler træningsprocessen ved at levere kortfattede, letforståelige videoer, der er skræddersyet til at undervise i praktiske færdigheder, udført af fagfolk i branchen. Our vision is to become the single source of truth of fashion. The problem is twofold: Consumers find it difficult to keep up with ever-changing fashion trends, and when they do, the trends they see aren’t always validated or trustworthy. At the same time, influencers struggle to monetize their influence effectively on current platforms. -The app’s trends are validated by real-time engagement metrics, ensuring that what’s shown as trending reflects what users truly love. -The app offers shoppable links and a variety of filters—including age groups—for a personalized experience. -Content Creators are able to monetize their content, while fashion brands get high quality exposure and are able to access to trend data and performance analytics. The motivation behind Styla came from the frustration of trying to keep up with the ever-changing fashion landscape. Like many others, I didn’t have the time to constantly follow fast-moving trends, and the ads I encountered felt disconnected from what was actually "in." I wanted a platform that would show me what’s actually trending for a person like me, and I realized many others shared the same need.

In classical drug discovery, researchers sift through a large database of known compounds, until they find one that has a desired effect on a target virus/protein. A new technique, Inverse Molecular Design flips the script: Researchers specify a desired behaviour/effect, and Generative AI builds the drug molecules. Generative models for drug design navigate a configurational space vastly larger than their counterparts in image generation, necessitating massive volumes of highly specific training data. LIMA is the first MD software build for generative AI. Unlike other MD engines, it plugs directly into existing technologies used to train AI models (PyTorch), making it possible to directly simulate drug discovery experiments. LIMA MD will enable companies to generate compounds not possible in a wet lab and put this information directly into Generative AI models. Why are we doing this? Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette. Om mig: Vektor - AI drives af Jon Vilshammer. Han er uddannet psykolog (cand.psych.) fra Københavns Universitet og autoriseret af Psykolognævnet. Jon har gennem de sidste 10+ år arbejdet som selvstændig konsulent inden for psykiatri- og handicapsektoren i mange forskellige kommuner, og har herigennem opbygget et stort netværk inden for sektoren, som han trækker på i både udviklings- og salgsprocessen. Han arbejder primært med: kompetenceudvikling og supervision af medarbejdere, organisationsudvikling, teamudvikling og ledersparring.
