Factory Harmonizer helps process operators and engineers to run their production more efficiently and with less breaks. In our work creating data-driven analytics engines, we want humans and computers to augment each other. Listed as one of the top 30 AI-companies in Finland under the name of SimAnalytics.

insights.bi is a start-up that increases the data quality in all types of companies and industries cost-effectively through our software program - Data Impact Navigator. With sustainability and CSR requirements increasing for our customers, data collection and data use through AI is more important than ever. Yet 84% of all digital transformation projects do not deliver the expected value for money. The main reason is lack of data management and data culture. We want to help as many companies as possible building a strong data and analytics setup through using a scalable platform at a low price. The means are building data management and a strong cross cutting data culture. In other words - we help democratizing the use of data at our customers’ companies.

Vi er en dansk webshop, som fokuserer 100% på tøj til den modne kvinde. Det betyder, at alt vores tøj er nøje udvalgt til at løse de udfordringer med pasform, der naturligt kommer med alderen. På seks år har vi taget rejsen fra selv at indlevere pakker i den lokale boghandel til at sende tusindvis af pakker hver måned i tre lande. Planen er at vækste yderligere og udvide med endnu flere lande. Næste stop er Holland. Vi er en moderne virksomhed, som vil være de bedste til alt vi gør. Vi arbejder så vidt muligt ud fra et data- og teknologi-drevet mindset, og ambitionerne er skyhøje. Men vi er også en familievirksomhed, som går op i at hygge os og have det godt sammen.

Punch Factory AB

Punch Factory signs an agreement with training facilities that PTs affiliated with Punch Factory may come there and train their clients. Punch Factory pays a amount to the facility and PT signs a membership with Punch Factory completely without extra fees or percentages. Now a Personal trainer has a completely different opportunity to be able to make a living as a Personal trainer. Where the majority of the fee goes to the PT himself and not to the facility. The advantage is also that the facility does not need to have a lot of employed PTs and that the clients have several facilities to train with their PT. I started developing the idea a little more than 2 years ago, the biggest reason is that I have always heard the problems that a Personal Trainer encounters when you do not have a job at a large gym chain. A personal trainer needs a gym to do his job, you can solve it in different ways, you get employed at a gym and then you usually get a small amount per time you hold a training session. Other alternatives are that you rent in a gym where you have to pay a certain percentage at the time as rental cost or a fixed monthly rent which is usually very high. I know many who quit the profession because it is really difficult to get around as a personal trainer, high rents, poor working conditions, inconvenient working hours when, despite the rent, you have to adapt to the gym's own activities (group classes among other things) That's why I developed Punch Factory AB, we make it easier to be a personal trainer, with just one membership you get access to different gyms to train your clients at no extra cost.

Be Customer Smart offers AI Optimised CX Management solution that uses operational data to reveal what causes customer dissatisfaction and churn along customer journeys to help businesses know how to improve customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction and revenue. In order to reduce churn, one must know why customers leave. The traditional methods such as surveys are slow and provide incomplete and biased data due to low response rates. In contrast, our AI Optimised CX Management solution takes already existing data of daily operations and builds a machine learning model to calculate the following in real-time for the whole customer base, each segment or an individual customer: 1. How each customer touchpoint impacts retention and future revenue 2. The most important improvement areas and their revenue impact 3. A new startup focusing on developing professional applications for handheld test and measurement instruments, to be used in the field or mobile work settings. The team has been in the space for some years, and has extensive knowledge of design, manufacturing, and integration of test equipment with software applications and cloud solutions. We want to increase the efficiency of the work that is being done with these tools, and to embed handheld tools with expert knowledge.

JoDis Shoes

JoDis Shoes is a Danish based business, established in 2016, but our team comes with more than 20 years of experience with designing and producing fashionable, quality shoes. This then also means that we, in all humbleness, are quite skilled at crafting shoes with a perfect fit for your feet. This is reflected in an extremely high customer satisfaction. We have a very low return rate, compared to the industry average, whilst the customer feedback is that the shoes they order, also fit when they wear them for the first time. The fashion industry experience is that for web shops, the vast majority of the goods are returned. Our experience is the opposite with our products. We produce shoes, fitting the times we find ourselves in, based on the virtues and trends defined by our own customers. In practice, this means that our shoes are in fact designed by our customers - spanning from trendsetters, influencers to your general society women, curious to collaborate with us. In 2021 this means that first of all, our shoes are developed on sustainability principles, and next they must reflect a self conscious, accessible and independent women. Shoes that matches the life you want to live, where you easily jump from pumps to boots, from feeling trendy to feeling natural. Culmas

Work at Culmas is shaped around our coding cycles. They are around 4 weeks. They start with a kick-off, an improv class for the whole company and training sessions on any topics! Every two weeks, we also meet to discuss our processes and our performances. Those rituals are made to include everyone at Culmas and are important to us. Culmas is spawned out of the Improv Comedy Copenhagen Theatre. We value creativity and humor highly and we’re continuously striving to make the office a place full of motivation where ideas and inputs are welcome.
