NordicPAS

I Danmark bruges der hvert år millioner af kroner på pædagogisk udviklingsarbejde, efteruddannelse og opkvalificering – typisk i kommunalt regi. LinkAiders

LinkAiders is a Danish startup striving to optimize disaster communication by delivering timely and verified data to relief coordinators. We are the owners and drivers behind the project Reachi - an information management system that will function even when regular signal and power is unavailable. Reachi utilizes the existing capacity of trained volunteers to establish mesh networks. We cooperate with the Danish Red Cross and our technical partner Neocortec.

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy.
