Den korte version er, at vi med vores digitale værktøj i hånden under en fysisk inspektion af huset kan finde ud af, præcist hvad det indeholder af materialer, miljørisiko og muligheder. En Milva-rapport bliver beriget med en masse ekstra data og udregninger, på baggrund af de informationer, som der er indsamlet på matriklen. Informationer som enten er lovpligtige, nødvendige eller snart bliver det. Det er mega smart, hvis vi selv skal sige det, at automatisere tidskrævende skrivebordsopgaver og standardisere dataformatet. Alle aktørerne i byggebranchen, de offentlige instanser og endda civilsamfundet har interesse i den data vi dagligt indsamler og behandler.
