Vi har desuden bygget vores egen software, LoppeOnline, som er en brancheløsning til kommissionsbaserede loppemarkedsbutikker. We started FÆRM in 2020 with the goal of making amazing plant-based cheese. To do that, we use traditional cheese production methods, locally sourced proteins and science combined with a whole lotta love. The problem that we’re solving is twofold. First and foremost conventional cheese has one of the highest carbon footprints in the food industry, with higher emissions than both chicken and pork. Secondly, the plant-based alternatives to cheese that do exist on the market generally fall short on both taste and texture, providing little incentive for consumers to make climate friendly choices. We are a healthtech startup with a team that combines cross-sectional research in medicine, speech language pathology, and mathematical statistics to enable a more objective and evidence-based speech therapy. We develop a platform through which voice therapists can create, adapt, and asses treatments while patients get support and guidance in carrying out their treatment from home. While developing our first product toward voice therapy and voice ergonomics, part of our team also researches and develops advanced voice algorithms to help healthcare screen and monitor different diseases, such as Parkinson's disease.
