Lucas & Mikaela are the founders of IFLAMO and Chillbean. We love to keep a high tempo at work. We take as many breaks as necessary to maintain focus and energy, coffee & tea is a daily routine with us. It is important for us that we help each other with different responsible areas. A strength in our company is the creative strategies we daily talk about. We love talking marketing, taking on challenges on how to penetrate the flooded media space. Every year in January we host the IFLAMO Winter Conference, where we talk about the previous year and plan the coming year. We combine this with taking pictures and videos that we can use for ads, marketing & our website.  We will meet up with our USA team to share results with each other. We like to celebrate milestones with going out for a nice dinner & drinks. To keep up the morale in the business we usually gather with friends and other start-ups to play board games or other activities.

Storage365 is a digital marketplace for storage areas, were both real estate companies as well as private people can efficiently rent out their empty spaces and hence increase their space utilization. This is achieved by creating ads for their spaces to this marketplace and features like calendar booking, payment engine, legal contracts, digital signing as well as financial reporting and customer support is included. This allows for companies or privates with need for storage to make simple and secure bookings for things like furniture, RVs, caravans, boats, construction materials etc. The company was founded in Sweden in november 2016, the BETA was released to the market in Oct 2017 and the commercial release in Oct 2018. Now some thousands of transactions are created and Storage365 will be targeting releases to the Nordics by the end of 2020.

We worked together in Microsoft and often discussed how to address daily tasks through the use of new technologies. We needed a better solution, and we built Truegroups so that parents, without any real effort, can have full overview to their family’s activities in less than 30 seconds. We create tracking software for the booming esports market, providing media and betting companies with livescores and stats from esports matches. The idea started at a small LAN party, where the organiser couldn't keep track of the score and started looking for software to help. As this didn't exist, the concept of GameScorekeeper was born! We love games and esports, and when we're not working on figuring out how to best get data out of games and presenting it in a valuable way, we're often talking about or playing games, old and new.
