We have gathered life experiences from all over the world through video interviews and organized it in a library, easy accessible to all. Instead of letting a challenge grow into a mental trauma, you can now tap into our global experience and let it be part of your development. We all have people around us guiding us through life, but this is limited to your closest circle. Now this circle can be expanded with the global THA nettwork. Access experience guidance from all over the world in the flick of a thumb. The foundation has created the library, now they are building the community for interactive experience exchange. The next level is the matching function to match external actors working to support people on challenges, like support centers, coaches, psychologists, physiotherapists, the health sector and similar with those who need them. Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Minimum 10 per cent of our value generation shall always be used for research and development. This is to strengthen the business foundation in the company. Work Environment Hauge Aqua emphasises good, safe and dynamic jobs. CamReach is a B2B outbound sales platform built for Nordic and European SMBs. We help sales teams find the right prospects, run multichannel outreach across email and LinkedIn, and book more meetings, without adding headcount or relying on expensive agencies. The platform is built around a simple idea: precision beats volume. Instead of blasting thousands of generic messages, CamReach helps companies identify the right targets, craft relevant outreach, and learn from every campaign to get sharper over time. We are an early-stage Norwegian startup with paying customers, an active pipeline, and a team that moves fast. GDPR compliance is built into the core of what we do, which matters increasingly for companies selling into European markets. We are now expanding our go-to-market engine and looking for driven people to join the team.

Tind Studio is an AI consultancy that helps Nordic businesses turn AI from hype into working solutions, through hands-on advisory, custom implementations, and team enablement. The Brand Leadership Community (BLC) is a Copenhagen-based startup that has evolved from a series of events into a living learning and relationship ecosystem designed for the professionals behind the world’s leading brands. We serve as a strategic knowledge bridge connecting Brands, Agencies, and Technology Vendors—including iconic Nordic names like Maersk, LEGO, Pandora, Aller Media, and Bang & Olufsen (B&O).
