MyMonii - Teaching kids and teenagers to be financially responsible

Globally more than 3.500 families are subscribing to and actively using the MyMonii-app. Our main markets are Denmark and recently we have entered Germany. In these markets, we are also live with the Visa partnership. MyMonii is an app for the whole family, which makes it fun and easy for children and youngsters to learn about the value of money. With MyMonii you can give your child a MyMonii Visa card and as a parent get the full parental overview and control from the MyMonii parent app. We are on a mission to teach kids and young people from 7-18 years about the value of money in a society with digital money! In MyMonii you can learn about earning, saving, spending, and investing your money.

Leftovers

Leftovers (leftovers.food) is a marketplace for affordable, home-cooked meals made by talented local cooks and sold to students and young professionals. Problem: In cities like Copenhagen, there is a clear gap between expensive takeaway / delivery (often over 150-200 DKK per meal), and cheap supermarket food, which requires time, planning, and cooking skills many people don’t have. For international students, young professionals, and time-poor households, the result is: 1) Overpaying for mediocre takeaway, 2) Eating repetitive, low-quality convenience food, 3) Food waste from over-purchasing groceries, and 4) A lack of affordable, authentic, home-style meals. At the same time, there is untapped supply: 1) Skilled home cooks with excess capacity, 2) Parents cooking large family meals, 3) Culturally diverse residents who want to share traditional cuisine, and 4) People looking for flexible side income. Solution: Leftovers connects people who love to cook with people who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals. Through the digital platform, customers can: 1) Browse daily meals from local cooks, 2) Order affordable portions (e.g. 60–90 DKK), and 3) Pick up locally or access coordinated delivery. Cooks can: 1) Monetise excess capacity, 2) Generate flexible income, and 3) Build micro-brands around their cuisine. Leftovers sits between informal food-sharing and expensive food delivery platforms - creating a structured, trusted, and potentially scalable marketplace. Importantly, a favourable regulatory environment in Denmark allows small-scale food sales from home kitchens under certain conditions, lowering barriers to entry. Why Now? 1) Cost-of-living pressure makes affordable meals more attractive than ever, 2) Platform trust (ratings, payments, verification) makes peer-to-peer food viable at scale, 3) Cultural diversity in cities like Copenhagen increases demand for authentic cuisine, 4) Regulatory tailwinds in Denmark lower entry barriers relative to many other countries, 5) Consumers are increasingly open to non-traditional food distribution models, and 6) Values of trust, community, sharing and sustainability in Denmark are key enablers. Founder: Leftovers is rooted in lived experience. I identified the problem firsthand while living in a Copenhagen student dorm, and validated demand through surveys across students, young professionals, and families. I understand scalable marketplace economics from your finance background. I have hospitality connections (chefs, food influencers) and access to capital networks. And finally, I understand how to position this as more than a food app - but as an authentic, community-driven, scalable, city-by-city platform model. How? The app is live (https://apps.apple.com/au/app/leftovers/id6748817523) and a kickstarter program is imminent to launch (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/leftovers/leftovers-pilot-edition-a-community-food-sharing-experiment) in collaboration with CBS student housing to further validate the concept. The near-term plan is to build awareness and trust in order to drive user adoption. A targeted marketing campaign (incentives, content and events) and funding efforts are underway. I am looking to offer a co-founder equity that is passionate about the concept to help drive community-building and marketing efforts. Leftovers is not just about cheap meals, it’s about unlocking under-utilised kitchen capacity, creating income opportunities and empowering home cooks, reducing food waste, building local food communities. EquaFish AS

EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not. EquaFish has a SaaS solution bringing all growth, water quality, mortality and feed data into one, exploiting mathematical and statistical data processing to find causes and effects, which the fish farmer can act upon. The result is higher yield with reduced risks in the production, increased effiency, knowledge sharing and learning with the employees. Finally fish produced in more stable environments with less risk of death and non-friendly conditions. EquaFish was startet on the belief that one of the biggest industries deserve the newest and best tools. The time of post-it notes, Excell and systems from the 90s died 15years ago and the AquaCulture industry didnt get the memo. SGC - Arena

✅ 1: Short description (the pitch) SGC Arena is developing a combined TCG retail store, gaming lounge and community-driven event center to help youth, families and adult gamers find a safe, engaging and social space to play, compete and belong. We solve the lack of modern, inclusive gaming- and hobby environments by offering a 655 m² hybrid hub built around TCG, esport, community events and structured activities, powered by strong partnerships, low inventory risk and a highly scalable franchise-ready model. ✅ 2: The What – The problem we are solving Across Denmark, young people and adult hobby enthusiasts lack safe, structured and inspiring spaces to gather around gaming, TCG and shared interests. Most environments are either too small, too informal or lacking supervision, creating a gap between commercial gaming cafés and traditional youth facilities. At the same time, parents struggle to find positive, healthy gaming communities for their children, while hobby players (Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana) lack dedicated spaces for trading, events and tournaments. This problem affects: Children and teens seeking social belonging Adults looking for hobby communities Parents who want structured and safe gaming spaces TCG players who currently lack large-scale physical hubs Municipalities who need modern, engaging offers for youth Retail customers who want combined experiences, not just shops The demand is widespread and growing. TCG, gaming and event-based hobby retail are among the fastest-growing entertainment segments in Europe. Yet Denmark remains underserved with almost no large-scale hybrid centers combining retail, gaming, community and structured activities. SGC Arena fills this gap. ✅ 3: The How – How we solve it SGC Arena provides a 655 m² multi-zone environment combining: A full-service TCG retail store (Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana etc.) A high-end gaming lounge with esport setups A large event area for tournaments, competitions and community gatherings A social “hobby lounge” for trading, crafting and relaxed gaming A forening-driven model with daily structured activities Weekend programs with 500–1.000 visitors Consignationsaftaler reducing inventory risk dramatically A scalable operations manual and franchise blueprint for expansion to 3–8 locations Each weekday features structured activities through our association: Esport teams (20 participants daily) Hobby/TCG clubs (up to 40 per session) Weekends host large-scale TCG events, family activities, adult gaming evenings and trading meetups — creating predictable, high-volume traffic. The concept is built to scale: simple operational procedures, strong supplier partnerships, low-risk inventory, and a community-first structure that can be replicated nationally. ✅ 4: The Why – Our motivation SGC Arena is founded by Heinrich Dam Jensen, former owner of the esports organization Dream Gaming in Rødovre Centrum, where he built a strong and healthy gaming community in 2020. When COVID forced that project to close, it sparked a deep understanding of what young people and hobby-focused adults truly need: a safe, structured, social and modern environment that supports healthy gaming behavior and real-world connections. The vision has grown stronger since. Heinrich has a background in police, defence, leadership and youth work, and has seen firsthand how powerful gaming and structured hobbies can be when given the right environment. This is the foundation of SGC Arena: creating Denmark’s leading chain of gaming- and TCG-based community hubs. The motivation is simple: to give youth, families and adult hobbyists a place to belong — and to build a scalable, commercially strong concept that brings community and business together.

Gourmaids is a new startup, looking to revolutionize the food and hospitality industry. You can work at the time that suits you, and you can build your own client portfolio, and you can communicate with your clients regarding the offering on your menu and your availability. Cooks can utilize our fully equipped kitchens located in various towns and cities across Norway. One of our objectives is to expand into the region and beyond.

EV-Remarketing

At EV-Remarketing we’ve built a digital platform that transforms how used electric vehicles are bought and sold across Europe. We take the complexity out of selling an EV - from offer to payment to pickup - and replace it with speed, transparency and fairness. Last year we completed over 5,000 vehicle transactions with a 98% success rate, helping more than 25,000 sellers across Europe. Our tech stack handles everything: automatic data-extraction from documents using AI, integration with national vehicle databases, fraud detection, full digital workflows and logistics orchestration. We focus exclusively on electric vehicles, giving us deep domain expertise - which means we offer better value to sellers and turn-around times that beat traditional routes.
