We aim to simplify how employees and key resources can gain ownership and take part of the value created within a company. All companies are different. And the incentive scheme for one company might not suit the next. An incentive program should not be “just a document” signed by an employee and stored in a drawer. A successful incentive program is built around its ability to generate the feeling of ownership and motivation, and its ability to align the interests of the employees with those of the owners. Through our software and expertise we assist management, founders and companies to achieve their optimal incentive scheme. Global Startup Awards (Part of XO Group)

Global Startup Awards (GSA) was born out of the Danish startup ecosystem through the Nordic Startup Awards in 2012. What began as a regional initiative has grown into the world’s largest independent startup competition platform, now covering 154 countries across 19 regions. Through its competition framework and flagship events, GSA connects startups, investors, corporates, governments, and ecosystem enablers to showcase and accelerate innovation on both regional and global levels. GSA has offices in Copenhagen and Budapest and works closely with governments, investors, and business partners worldwide. Its model operates through a licensee-and-partnership structure, in which external organisations under the GSA framework lead several regional programs. The AutoUncle Pitch Most people know AutoUncle for the consumer service (native apps and web) used by millions of consumers in 14 European countries. Risika A/S

In 2017 a small group of FinTech nerds from Copenhagen hatched a vision to challenge the faceless and old-school status quo within the exotic industry of financial risk management. We leverage machine learning to help companies predict paying and non-paying customers, while delivering more ideal customers, through the Risika platform. Our ever growing collection of nerdy teamplayers has origins in auditing, sales, data and computer science, all gathered to make sure that our solutions are as flexible, automated, and reliable as possible. We are trusted by more than 1000 finance and sales professionals across the Nordics, and we are closing in on 100 champagne celebrations since we started - a ritual that manifests our triumph virtue.

Y factor

Conceiving through donation is often a complicated, highly regulated, time consuming, impersonal and expensive process. Because of this many future parents and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. This is something that will make a difference in countless lives. We believe in what we’re building and the social good it brings. We are currently in the early stages of our startup journey, with a small team, working both remotely and from our office in Frederiksberg. Stack by.me is a social media platform where users can invest together, making investments more engaging and available to non-professionals - especially women. Today, there is a substantial capital gap in Norway and globally. In Norway, the gap is as large as a Norwegian state budget. (which is huge!) - only 20% of the value of Oslo Børs is owned by women today - Women invest 63% less than men, on average - while we only make 11% less - At the same time, 86% of all min. pension receivers are women, so women should be investing more - not less! Why is that? Women tell us - they don´t feel like they have enough knowledge - they don´t know who to ask for help Through the Stack-app, we give them the network to learn from and discuss investments - in an easy and fun way.

P27 Nordic Payments

P27 Nordic Payments is building the world’s first real-time, cross-border payment system in multiple currencies. P27 will enable real-time, batch, domestic and cross-border payments to be carried out quickly and at low cost on a secure and versatile platform. The platform will initially allow payments to flow instantly between people and businesses within the countries of Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, something that will benefit growth and development in the region. The platform will be designed to be expandable to allow for payments across the rest of the Nordics as well, which will contribute to the strengthening of the Nordic payment’s ecosystem. P27 is a joint initiative by Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP Financial Group, SEB, and Swedbank.
