Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Med en omsætning på +25 mio. i 2020 og knap 80.000 ordrer forventer vi at runde 100 mio. indenfor 2 år. Undervejs har vi vundet priser som "Årets ener" til e-handelsprisen samt "årets iværksætter" i Horsens samt været nomineret til adskillige andre.

We're rethinking human-AI interaction from first principles to be more natural, enabling the next generation of conversational AI products. Today's AI conversations feel constrained because they rely on a turn-based interaction model—speak, wait, listen, repeat. Real human dialogue doesn't work this way. It's fluid, overlapping, and full of real-time feedback. True conversational fluency requires the ability to interrupt, provide instant reactions, and engage in the dynamic back-and-forth that characterizes authentic communication. We're building a full-duplex conversational speech model and developer-friendly SDKs for natural, simultaneous two-way communication with AI agents.

TIND is a Norwegian scaleup with roots from CERN and NTNU, headquartered in Oslo. The company has developed a Digital Archive software platform, delivered through a SaaS model to universities and research institutions worldwide. Most of TIND's customers are located in the United States and include renowned institutions such as UC Berkeley, Duke University, and the United Nations. Today, TIND has a team of 20 employees and offices in Oslo and the U.S. The company is backed by Equip Capital, experiencing strong growth (around 30% per year) and has ambitious plans to scale further internationally.

KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.
