Today, finding and qualifying a site for one of these projects takes 6-18 months and can cost millions, because the work is done manually, spreadsheet by spreadsheet, consultant by consultant, one candidate site at a time. Critical blockers, such as insufficient grid capacity or zoning conflicts, often surface only after months of work, when changing course is expensive. Seidr automates this. Our platform screens candidate sites in parallel against dozens of criteria, including grid capacity, current and future zoning, and environmental risk, and returns a ranked, decision-ready shortlist in hours instead of months. The underlying logic is built on real industrial project experience, not generic AI. We already have a signed, paying pilot customer and a growing pipeline of Power-to-X and data center developers across the Nordics and Germany.
