Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. foodora Norway AS

A fast- growing company! foodora is a subsidiary of Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest food-ordering networks, and the HQ is located in Berlin. foodora was established in Norway in 2015 and has grown rapidly since then. Today, we deliver food from over 3000 restaurants in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, and 19 other cities. In 2018 the platform launched extended areas around the cities where the restaurants deliver the food themselves, and in 2020 we introduced fast delivery from shops on our platform, and became Norway’s first provider within Q-commerce. In 2021 we also started a new grocery concept called foodora market.

Intercare

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.

MiniReview is the ultimate mobile games discovery platform, helping thousands of mobile gamers find their next favorite game. Find great mobile games is close to impossible these days, as Google and Apple are financially incentivized to promote the games that generate the most revenue on Google Play and the App Store. And with thousands of games releasing monthly, developers of actual great games often have no way to compete with the massive titles dominating the industry. Recognized as one of the best Android apps by HowToMen and Android Police, MiniReview curates, reviews, tags, and categorizes the best new mobile games daily, providing unparalleled filtering options, top games posts, and community-created user ratings and collections. We also build "similar games" recommendation systems to help users discover titles they might like. Similarly, we build promotional systems to help game developers and publishers reach players looking for exactly their type of game. We've tested these systems with a few clients, but are still pre-revenue. We're now looking for a freelancer ad sales manager to help generate the first real revenue. We've always been massive gamers, and have personally felt the struggles of finding actual good mobile games. It's close to impossible. After creating content on YouTube for a few years as a hobby and engaging heavily on the AndroidGaming and iosgaming sub-Reddits, we built MiniReview to address the biggest problem mobile gamers face globally; being able to find games that match your preferences.
