Plant Jammer

Plant Jammer promotes healthy eating, reduced food waste and learning in the kitchen. Our technology makes it easy and quick to create a dish that's new, delicious and matches the ingredients you have in front of you. We turn the classic recipe book upside down - so you don't have to go shopping for that one missing herb every time you want to cook. The Plant Jammer app now helps more than 300.000 users to solve daily problems in a way nothing else can. On top of that, we built an API and SaaS product that makes it easy for food brands and retailers to publish our unique recipe experiences on their sites. We're located in Copenhagen with a view of the lakes, at Sortedams Dossering 59. We share lunch every day, eat breakfast together once a week, and share random knowledge we're passionate about once a week at 'Brain Jams'. Dogs are welcome in the office and we're generally borderline hippies. The roles described on our job posts are the roles we need to fill, but we encourage taking initiative for growth within the team as we expand and learn. Our team consists of equal parts food geeks and tech geeks, most of us are both. The education and training combines McKinsey business acumen, Novozymes science, hardcore computer and data science, UC Berkeley nutritional science and more. We come from all kinds of backgrounds spanning most of Europe and beyond, so we welcome diversity of all types. Are you ready to find out more? Y factor

Conceiving through donation is often a complicated, highly regulated, time consuming, impersonal and expensive process. Because of this many future parents and donors go to the private market, however the current solutions in place are chaotic, low quality and lack safety. Y factor is working to remove the majority of these barriers. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors. This is something that will make a difference in countless lives. We believe in what we’re building and the social good it brings. We are currently in the early stages of our startup journey, with a small team, working both remotely and from our office in Frederiksberg. We’re a lean and focused team that want to build a strong company culture and our core values are Reliability, Excellence, Simplicity, Transparency, Autonomy, Versatility and Impact. At Y factor, we embrace flexible work, and trust each other to manage ones own hours and work from wherever we're most productive, but we also balance autonomy with teamwork, sharing ideas and feedback in a way that’s is both honest and constructive. CM Navigator A/S

CM Navigator A/S – part of Copenhagen Merchants Group - is the company behind the digital platform for market intelligence and decision support in the agri-commodity and freight sectors – CM Navigator. Founded by Copenhagen Merchants Group, CM Navigator was initially developed in-house (starting around 2018) to aggregate the wealth of tacit market knowledge held by the group’s brokers and shipping experts. It was subsequently launched as a commercial SaaS platform in 2022 and later incorporated as an independent company in 2023 (while remaining majority-owned by CM Group). What it offers: CM Navigator provides real-time data and analytics tools to track commodity markets and logistics: • Live Prices & Global Benchmarks: Users get daily updated prices from major export regions (North America, South America, Europe, Black Sea, Australia, etc.) and a global CFR price matrix covering 600+ destinations, allowing easy comparison of origin competitiveness. This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Strategic purpose: The creation of CM Navigator reflects the group’s goal to “empower traders of all sizes in all countries” by democratizing access to high-quality market data. It takes the tacit knowledge that Copenhagen Merchants accumulated (through decades of brokerage and logistics operations) and scales it via technology. Internally, the platform ensures CM’s own teams and key clients operate with the same up-to-date information. Externally, it has become a new revenue stream and value proposition, attracting subscribers from the wider industry. By providing transparency and decision-support, CM Navigator strengthens Copenhagen Merchants Group’s role as an information broker. Its strategic goal is to be the go-to platform for anyone looking for integrated data on grains and freight, thereby enhancing market efficiency and extending the group’s influence in the digital domain.

Liva Healthcare

Liva is a platform and app for people living with chronic diseases such as obesity, kohl, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The Liva team has previously created NetDoktor and other successful startups in the health sector, and now they’re eager to disrupt the market and offer more lifestyle-related treatment than regular healthcare does, moving away from purely medical treatment traditions. This happens through advanced digital personal guidance, lifestyle and disease tracking, user forum etc. We’re a small, dedicated team of skilled individuals, and we’re very flexible. Since knowledge sharing is the easiest when working in one room, we’ve agreed to work as much as possible from the office. If we can’t hire the best of the best people, we often prefer outsourcing our tasks. We place the social element at the heart of Liva, with a blast of a Christmas lunch (this year taking place at the Tivoli amusement park) and regular team dinners too. We set quarterly goals, and upon fulfilling them we celebrate by traveling together, going for luxury dining or the like. A startup like Liva is very uncomplicated and all individuals get a lot of decision making power. The need for our platform is here, this is clear since many customers have signed up before our actual product has launched - some have even told us they’ve been waiting for a product like this for 10 years.
