Resights started with a vision to gather all property data on one platform to save time and improve decisions. No more messy spreadsheets or gut feelings. Today, we're much more than a database: our customers use Resights for everything from finding investment properties to analyzing urban development, automating contact with property owners, and getting an overview of upcoming and current construction projects. The common thread is property and construction data – and how we help our customers drive more business. The reality is, though, that Resights is first and foremost the 50 people behind the software. A bunch of nerdy team players who in 5 years have built one of Denmark's fastest-growing tech startups with +1,400 customers. Burd is an on-demand delivery startup that operates a network of couriers who deliver goods and foods on behalf of local merchant partners. End-customers use our mobile app to request, track and receive orders, or alternatively they order via the Partners’ own user-interface, and we only act as a “delivery back-end”. We will define a new paradigm within the sharing economy, by truly sharing the wealth with all our stakeholders, including offering our riders outright co-ownership.

Minimapper is a Finnish proptech startup building an AI-powered tool for making real estate photos understandable. Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier. Minimapper is available in all HOAS properties in the Helsinki region, where they manage over 10 000 apartments. In 2025 alone, Minimapper helped over 650,000 students to find their next home more easily. We are now developing Minimapper into an automated AI API that can process property listings at scale. The goal is to enable major real estate portals and listing platforms to automatically add minimaps to property photos whenever a floor plan is available. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack developer to help build the backend systems, cloud infrastructure and integrations around our AI pipeline. Experience with APIs, scalable backend architecture, Google Cloud, Dart & Flutter, visual AI, image processing or real estate technology is especially relevant. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by startup ownership and long-term upside. Initially, the compensation is expected to be primarily option-based, with the aim of building a well-funded, scalable company together. Minimapper is at an exciting stage: the core AI product exists, market discussions are active, and the path is clearing toward scalable portal integrations. Cerebriu’s vision is to simplify radiology to improve patient journeys. We focus on improving clinical workflow, faster scans producing right data, triage acute patients to focus on the right patients, and improve accuracy and confidence to make the right decision. Our first product, Cerebriu Apollo Brain, augments the brain MRI examination for faster confident patient selection in stroke care. Adapting images if stroke is detected for faster treatment decision and improving treatment for stroke mimics and TIAs reducing length of stay where possible.

Seven per cent of the world population suffers from dyslexia and other reading difficulties. SubReader has built an app that reads subtitles aloud for dyslexics, across platforms: In the cinema, on streaming services as Netflix, HBO and Viaplay and in the school. Founded in 2016 we launched the first cinema integrations in 2017, now servicing 90+ cinemas. In 2018 we launched SubReader Plus, offering premium integrations with the major streaming services and helping thousands of dyslexics. We're now expanding into the Nordic region, growing our user base and integrating with public service providers, distributors and more streaming services internationally. SubReader has received numerous prices such as; Company of the Year Europe, Danish Design Award (2019), Entrepreneur of the Year (2019) and winner of Venture Cup Denmark and finalist in University Startup World Cup (2020).
