In total, over two million people are using Instabridge to get online. The strongest communities are in emerging markets such as Brazil, Mexico, and India. The main piece of equipment in the gym is the barbell. It is as simple in its form as it is timeless in its design. But when it comes to using the proper safety equipment that comes with the barbell, that’s when the flaws become visible. Today’s methods of securing weight plates to a barbell is done by using collars or clips, which often lead to a poor user experience, and they are often hard to put on and pull off, can easily break or slip during lifts, they are often hard to find and even disappears. The Olympic barbell has remained virtually the same for the last 93 years, and despite today’s standards, improvements can be made. In a seemingly ever-growing market, people’s expectations of safety, design, quality, and user-friendliness in products are on the rise. Gungnir of Norway is a Norwegian startup company that designs and manufactures high-quality gym equipment. The company’s first product is the Allrounder, a standard Olympic barbell with built-in collars for securing weight plates. The built-in collar system or “SlideLock” makes the lifting experience safer, faster, easier, and more reliable than the standard safety equipment in use today. Also, the SlideLock system can be applied to several other bar types like compact group training bars or loadable dumbbells. This solution has shown enormous potential in the fitness market, which we intend to continue to take advantage of. The SlideLock is the first of many solutions that we seek to create within the fitness equipment industry. We started as a company in 2018 in Oslo, Norway, with an idea for a better solution to a problem well known to many who use weightlifting equipment regularly. Gungnir’s vision is to become the new standard solution for securing weight plates worldwide. A game-changing solution to a century old problem.

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. Mindler’s purpose, since the start in 2018, is to make care for mental health difficulties equal. We strive to improve mental health for all, by providing easy access to psychologists and evidence-based treatment methods. Mindler is a digital service through which anyone experiencing mental health problems can quickly book a video meeting with a psychologist from home. Mindler operates in five countries and has over 350 psychologists worldwide.

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.
