One of our most important KPIs for us is therapy drop-out, because today 50% of people starting therapy drop out before session 3, mainly because of a poor therapist-patient match. Meela's drop-out rate, thanks to our matching technique, is today as low as 2.2%. Meaning, people not only start therapy but the finish is also. Meaning, they get help for their mental illnesses.
