Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Find great mobile games is close to impossible these days, as Google and Apple are financially incentivized to promote the games that generate the most revenue on Google Play and the App Store. And with thousands of games releasing monthly, developers of actual great games often have no way to compete with the massive titles dominating the industry. Recognized as one of the best Android apps by HowToMen and Android Police, MiniReview curates, reviews, tags, and categorizes the best new mobile games daily, providing unparalleled filtering options, top games posts, and community-created user ratings and collections. We also build "similar games" recommendation systems to help users discover titles they might like. Similarly, we build promotional systems to help game developers and publishers reach players looking for exactly their type of game. We've tested these systems with a few clients, but are still pre-revenue. We're now looking for a freelancer ad sales manager to help generate the first real revenue. We've always been massive gamers, and have personally felt the struggles of finding actual good mobile games. It's close to impossible. After creating content on YouTube for a few years as a hobby and engaging heavily on the AndroidGaming and iosgaming sub-Reddits, we built MiniReview to address the biggest problem mobile gamers face globally; being able to find games that match your preferences.

A fast- growing company! foodora is a subsidiary of Delivery Hero, one of the world’s largest food-ordering networks, and the HQ is located in Berlin. foodora was established in Norway in 2015 and has grown rapidly since then. Today, we deliver food from over 3000 restaurants in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, and 19 other cities. In 2018 the platform launched extended areas around the cities where the restaurants deliver the food themselves, and in 2020 we introduced fast delivery from shops on our platform, and became Norway’s first provider within Q-commerce. Every single day 3.4 billion tons of CO2 is released into the atmosphere worldwide. In Europe, we are among the worst polluters in the world. While we can do a lot to reduce our emissions, it is impossible to stay completely CO2 neutral. You can, in turn, offset your carbon footprint by planting trees. As a matter of fact, the forest is one of our best means to fight global warming, as trees absorb CO2 through the process of photosynthesis. EcoTree has democratized and digitalized forestry. With EcoTree, it is easy and accessible both for individuals and businesses to contribute to the reforestation and preservation of our common green heritage. EcoTree enables everybody to become a tree owner. EcoTree has a team of forest experts that take care of planting and maintaining the forests in which your trees are located. You, being the owner of the trees, are entitled to receive 100% of the revenue generated from the wood sale when your trees have reached maturity, cut, and the forest is renewed. EcoTree implements a “close to nature” forestry management plan in which the preservation of the biodiversity in the forest is kept at the heart of our activities, and for every tree that is cut, EcoTree plants three new ones. The idea behind EcoTree came up when a group of French childhood friends went to Copenhagen on a trip in 2014. There were many things that the group of friends adored about the Scandinavian lifestyle, but one thing that especially struck them was the well-functioning bottle deposit system. On each can, glass, or plastic bottle you purchase in Denmark you pay a small premium as a deposit that you get back when returning the empty bottles and cans to the supermarket. Consequently, the cities are clean and society more sustainable. This simple idea of rewarding sustainability led to the foundation of EcoTree. Approximately 600,000 newly planted trees later, the idea that was born in Scandinavia returns to its place of origin, as EcoTree has opened its new international office in Copenhagen in September 2019.
