The Problem We Are Solving: Many premium vodkas focus solely on taste and quality, but they often lack an experiential element that can elevate the consumer's experience. For bars, restaurants, and cocktail enthusiasts, presentation is crucial, especially in an era where social media plays a massive role in consumer engagement. There's a demand for innovative products that stand out and provide a unique talking point while still delivering on taste and quality. Cosmic Vodka addresses this by offering both superior quality and an engaging, Instagram-worthy visual effect. Why This Problem Matters: Consumers, especially in the 25-45 age group, are looking for products that offer more than just functionality. They want products that create experiences. In the context of bars and restaurants, Cosmic Vodka helps bartenders differentiate their cocktails from the competition, making their offerings more shareable and memorable. SacsiN

SacsiN - Sustainability and Compliance Standard Information Network SacsiN offers a groundbreaking, industry-independent standard method built on the latest "deep technology." It enables importers, companies, customs authorities, and governments worldwide to exchange sustainability, climate, and product compliance information to meet regulations such as CSRD, CSDDD, CBAM, REACH, Product Passport, and more. SacsiN allows for data comparison and the reuse of questions and answers in a standardized manner, regardless of industry. This empowers companies and consumers to be able to choose sustainable, climate-friendly, and legally compliant products and components. SacsiN was initiated by the industry as a response to the lack of a standardized methodology. In multinational companies often hundreds of people are working with different industry sustainability- and compliance systems and are manually moving information between them and using PDF. We are not many employees yet but are working close with the member companies, the different industries, to find the right solution for them. We are now seeking a CTO to help finalize the development of SacsiN platform if we receive the applied for grant.

Each season’s whimsical universe starts from Emilie’s imagination and is brought to life in the HELMSTEDT design studio in Copenhagen – the Helmstedt House.

Foodture

Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.
