Goalplan® is a product that aims to support the retail industry to exceed their KPI’s by ensuring their sales staff reach their full potential. Our product is a cloud based tool that makes the activities around having goals, reviewing results and coaching digital and therefore engaging, trackable and transparent throughout the organisation. Currently, we target the retail industry in Sweden. Long-term, we will expand to the Nordic countries, and then introduce Goalplan® to the global market. We are a very flexible and dynamic team, and we value getting things done, openness and trust. We share the same mission: to help retailers make the best of their sales staff.
