Raxalle develops modern workforce management and compliance automation software for construction sites. We automatise day-to-day tasks so that site managers can focus on value-adding work. We were an entirely customer-funded company from the founding in 2021 until the end of 2023, at which point we raised an angel round from Gorilla Capital, Sofokus Ventures and angel investors with previous exits in construction tech to scale the product and the business faster. Despite construction industry hitting the rock bottom, we've grown at a continuous pace. Assets unplanned downtime is one of the largest challenges across industrial segments causing, in average 1 million USD, revenue loss per incident. Over 80% of the customers experience unplanned downtime, and a similar number believes that digitalization is the tool to minimize this problem. The founders of ElastiSense are all former employees of Danfoss and have been involved on magnitude of projects where they again and again could see the problem. The founder finally took the leap to start up ElastiSense when they received an enquiry from Grundfos on digitalizing their production line with this new technology. Since then the team have succeeded to introduce the product to multitude of markets verticals.

Norway’s unique landscape necessitates one of the most extensive tunnel networks in the world. 1800 road and rail tunnels contribute to 9000km of tunnel in Norway. These are inspected manually by eye and on foot, a time-consuming and hazardous process producing only qualitative data on tunnel safety. To combat these issues, Techrail aims to provide an integrated solution that is safer for inspectors, that does not interfere with traffic, and more comprehensively evaluates the safety of tunnels. Our solution enables the measuring the change of a tunnel’s surface over time, which allows tunnel directors to predict maintenance needs and more accurately evaluate the state of their tunnels. A digital paper trail will also aid regulators in overseeing tunnel maintenance. Furthermore, our technology has a large number of secondary uses that provide value such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), tunnel construction, and crack detection.
