Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Buildright also automates the everyday tasks that consume project teams — generating alerts when something needs attention, and producing artifacts like meeting packs, reports, and change-order traces automatically. UTRY

Imagine a world where the 'Size Chart', a relic of the 20th century, no longer exists. At UTRY, we are building a universal ecosystem for personalized digital fashion. Born at Aalborg University, our mission is to ensure the digital store adapts to the individual’s unique body, rather than forcing people to fit into static categories. We aren't just building a tool for brands; we are building an interactive, personalized experience for every shopper, where getting the perfect fit becomes the new global standard. We are tackling a massive, dual-sided problem. For the consumer, online shopping is a guessing game that leads to frustration and "fit-anxiety." For brands, this uncertainty results in 8,7 billion returned packages every year, where 53% of returns are due to poor fit. This cycle produces 24 million tons of CO2 annually, because costumers has to guess which size fits them. We saw this gap and realized that the industry doesn't need more complex 3D software; it needs a frictionless bridge between the buyer and the product. Our solution is built on smart synergy. Currently, we have launched our Virtual Try-On (VTO), which leverages generative AI to give shoppers a photorealistic view of garments on their own bodies. This provides the immediate visual confidence shoppers crave. Following closely behind is our Size Algorithm, designed to provide technical fit data to ensure the physical fit matches the visual one. By combining these into a single "UTRY ID," we are creating a cross-brand network where a user sets up their profile once and shops at every brand using UTRY with confidence. UTRY started because we did not fit into the standard size chart and had to order several sizes to find the correct size ourselves. As students at Aalborg University, we didn't just want to study the problem; we teamed up with a dedicated full-time crew to solve it. We are doing this because we believe that when you give consumers a personalized, engaging experience, the business value, higher conversions and lower returns, follows naturally. We are here to prove that what is best for the person is also what is best for the planet and the companies.

Qfix AB

Qfix offer a digital platform that seamlessly integrate the local tailors with e-tailers, advertising platforms and logistics providers, which have an enormous potential to enable circular business models while creating efficiency in the entire process. The textile industry is one of the most resource-intensive sectors globally and accounts for approximately 10 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions. EU has identified textiles as one of the seven key product value chains that require increased circularity. Circular business models for clothing, such as secondhand sales, rental models, repair of worn garments, repair of reclaimed products, adjustments for better fit have been shown to significantly reduce environmental impact. The aims is to make the local tailors the hub of the circular transition by making existing repair services more accessible.

Konvolo

Konvolo (Unisurveys), is an AI-powered platform that helps universities understand why students apply, choose programs, or drop out. Instead of traditional surveys, we use conversational AI to conduct dynamic interviews that adapt to each respondent’s answers. The platform turns qualitative student conversations into structured insights by automatically analyzing, grouping, and summarizing responses at scale. This allows universities to move beyond surface-level metrics and gain a deeper understanding of student motivations, expectations, and decision-making. Konvolo is used to improve student recruitment, program development, and retention by capturing the “why” behind student behavior — in a scalable, data-driven way.

The Boilr

We have invented a device that can deliver boiling water on any water tap just by turning on the water 3 times. We produce the device - a Boilr - ourselves and have a workshop in Copenhagen., Denmark. We have applied for a patent on the idea and, have all relevant approvals and have started selling the unit. Now we ware in early stages of a Marketing push and wants to explore the many ways.

Zerify AB

Zerify is developing SafeCall to help individuals and businesses solve the global problem of phone fraud and lack of digital trust with verified calls using BankID. The problem is that phone scams deceive thousands of people every year, causing a breakdown in trust where people no longer know if the person calling is genuine. With the rise of AI, this has become even harder, as technology enables realistic voice clones that can mimic a parent, a boss, or remove language barriers for scammers. "No verification = no trust," meaning people are afraid to share sensitive information over the phone. We are building technology to make digital trust possible. Our solution is SafeCall, an app where you call with a verified identity by using BankID to authenticate the call. For businesses, we offer SafeCall Business, allowing companies to verify their calls so customers feel safe to answer, thereby strengthening the trust between company and customer. We are "Swishifying" (swedish app Swish) telephony to make verified communication the new normal, where unverified calls are ignored just like we avoid clicking on unknown links today. Our vision is to make the digital world safe, credible, and human. The motivation comes from a desire to protect people and companies against fraud, AI manipulation, and false information. We believe that IT should not be complicated; it should be easy to use correctly. By creating solutions like SafeCall, we aim to be a driving force towards a safer digital Europe where trust is a given, not a risk.
