Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet.
