We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. The problems in this area are many for both teachers and students: 1. There is no quick customer support for teachers using digital tools today. 2. High admin time and cost for teachers. 3. Lack of teachers in schools with relevant programming experience. Today Maths teachers teach programming. 5. It is time-consuming for teachers to prepare and check programming assignments for students. 6. It is becoming difficult to stay up to date with the new changing tech era and the job market. 7. The course for learners or students is boring, theoretical and standardized. 8. We all as humans are different but we study the same standardized way. Therefore, no personalization for programming is available today.
