Praice is a Saas platform that helps HR and recruiters to bring any applicant’s personality into the recruitment process. We enable them to consider candidates’ personalities in the same way they can with experience or grades. We aim high and proudly collaborate with some of the biggest companies in Denmark being e.g. PFA, TDC, 3 Mobile Praice is a company that offers a lot of involvement, creative freedom and personal ownership to its team members. We are ambitious but believe we manage to find a great balance between work, fun, and general free time.We like you to be around the office as much as you can – and by contract everyone have assigned office hours. But team members should work when they feel like working, since delivering the best possible product is what matters.Founded in the middle of 2014 we are still young in ”company age” but know what matters: Personalities. The team spirit is key, and that is what drives us. Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling. We won’t change the world all by ourselves, but looking back ten, twenty or forty years from now, we’ll see that our role was a central one. Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. We are building a personalized learning platform in programming based on AI and stories for high schools and vocational education to assist teachers. The problems in this area are many for both teachers and students: 1. There is no quick customer support for teachers using digital tools today. 2. High admin time and cost for teachers. 3. Lack of teachers in schools with relevant programming experience. Today Maths teachers teach programming. 5. It is time-consuming for teachers to prepare and check programming assignments for students. 6. It is becoming difficult to stay up to date with the new changing tech era and the job market. 7. The course for learners or students is boring, theoretical and standardized. 8. We all as humans are different but we study the same standardized way. Therefore, no personalization for programming is available today.
