Fra 2000 til 2012 har han bygget opp og ledet Brynhildsen AS til en betydelig aktør i norsk dagligvare med mange ledende merkevarer. I 2012 overtok han eierskapet i Vossakjøt AS og har ledet en snuoperasjon som har gitt bedriften en solid omsetningsøkning. Han blant annet har lagt vekt på markedsføring og riktig distribusjon for å få dette til. Norwegian Food Partner AS har også andre interessante samarbeidspartnere.
