Ripple Aerospace is a Norwegian aerospace company developing the oceanic Sea Serpent launch system. Leveraging Norway's long history of seafaring, shipbuilding, and maritime technology, we are developing a rocket class capable of being built, launched and recovered on the sea. Squarehead Technology provides advanced microphone array systems for audio capture and acoustical zoom. A microphone array  combines a large number of individual microphones to create a highly directional audio output.  The challenge of isolating and capturing desired sound in noisy environments is a well-known problem. Our products allow an operator to zoom in on a particular area and record sound in much the same way a camera zooms in a scene. This is achieved by using sophisticated digital signal processing of audio from several hundred microphones combined into a single system. All audio channels are high quality digital signals that can be recorded without any loss.

Problemet vi jobber med er at mange eldre faller mellom familie som ikke rekker det, og en kommune med vedtak og ventelister. De trenger trygg, fast hjelp uten byråkrati. Det er det vi gir dem, med samme hjelper hver gang. Det som gjør oss spesielle: hjelperne våre er unge mennesker, og for mange er dette den første jobben. Hvert besøk blir et generasjonsmøte der en ungdom og en senior faktisk blir kjent. Vi tror unge kan styrke eldreomsorgen og avlaste en presset kommune, og vi bygger en bedrift som beviser det.
