At Sana Lab we're a team of scientists and engineers who have worked at places like Apple and NASA developing a personalisation algorithm for education. Our in-house research makes innovative use of recurrent neural networks in order to bring personalised learning to the world.

Mentimeter

Our vision is to transform presentations, meetings and lectures by turning passive audiences into engaged contributors. We make this possible through our interactive presentation platform where the traditional presentation monologue becomes an inclusive dialogue. We believe in the power of together and that the most successful leaders listen to be heard. With Mentimeter, users become the best presenter they can be. Meetings become more productive, participants learn more and have fun whilst doing it. What started as a weekend hack has since grown organically into a truly diverse and inclusive company, with 200+ m users in 220+ countries and territories, 190+ employees spanning a 54/46 female/male percentage split from 25+ different nationalities.

We are a provider of expertise, capital and network for entrepreneurs and startups. We also assist our portfolio companies to recruit talent.Since 1994 we have been active in the creation of new businesses. We evaluate over 500 entrepreneurs yearly. Many of these go through our courses, counseling or a stay in our incubator. We have actively invested seed capital in over 70 startups, and we are currently a shareholder in 30 of them.

Victoriny Records

Victoriny Records is an independent music company focused on developing and growing modern electronic artists through a combination of strong creative direction, data-driven marketing and direct fan engagement. We are solving a common problem for independent artists: great music often struggles to reach the right audience because marketing is fragmented, expensive and too dependent on platform algorithms. Our goal is to build a more connected system around each release, combining smart digital campaigns, content, streaming strategy and owned fan relationships so artists can turn listeners into long-term supporters and build sustainable careers.

Proku AI

Proku is building an AI-native bid management platform to help Swedish B2B companies selling to the public sector win more tenders, by combining each company's own bid history with outcome data and human corrections into a system that improves with every bid written. Public procurement in Sweden represents roughly SEK 900 billion per year across approximately 18,000 published tenders. On the supplier side, the process is brutally inefficient. A mid-sized consulting or services company routinely spends 40 to 120 hours on a single bid: reading hundreds of pages of requirement documents, hunting down CVs and reference assignments, rewriting the same quality descriptions for the fifth time, and then reformatting everything to match a procurement officer's template. Win rates typically sit around 20 to 30 percent, which means most of that work gets written off. The problem hits hardest for companies competing on qualitative criteria, where evaluation is based on descriptions of methodology, competence, complexion of the tender and delivery rather than price alone. That is exactly where human writing determines the outcome, and exactly the part that is least systematized today. The knowledge lives in the heads of one or two people, rarely in a system. When they leave, it disappears. The consequence is that companies either walk away from business they could have won, or burn their margin on bid work that never converts. Proku is the workspace and data plattform where the bid is actually written, not another monitoring tool that stops at sending notifications. The platform ingests the tender documentation and breaks it down into a structured requirement matrix covering mandatory criteria, weighted criteria, and the evaluation model. It then generates drafts per requirement, grounded in the company's own previous bids, CV database, and reference assignments, with integrations to the systems where that material already lives: Cinode, CV Partner, SharePoint. Every draft is traceable to its source, which matters in a context where an inaccurate claim can disqualify the entire bid. What makes this hard to copy is not the model but the data. Because we own the writing surface, we capture three signals no monitoring service has access to: what was written, what the human changed before submission, and whether the bid won or lost. That combination means quality compounds with usage, both per customer and across the customer base. My co-founder Sadegh and I previously built and sold a digital agency. We spent an unreasonable amount of our own time on public sector bids, and kept having the same experience: we knew we were the right supplier, but lost because we did not have the energy to describe it as carefully as we had in the last bid. The work was repetitive, the knowledge already existed in the company, and we still started from a blank document every single time. When we started talking to other companies, we realized this was not our incompetence. It is a structural problem across the entire supplier side. The public sector has digitized its half of the process. Suppliers are still in Word. This is a market with enormous volume, clearly measurable outcomes, and almost no modern software. We believe whoever owns the writing surface toward the public sector in the Nordics builds something very large, and we intend to be the ones who do it.

Viran

Viran is the AI layer for government contracts. We are an AI-native public procurement service that finds the public tenders a company can win, reads every document behind them, and produces the bid. Public buyers in the EU spend roughly 14% of GDP through competitive tendering. Every one of those contracts is decided on paperwork, and the companies best able to deliver the work routinely lose them, either because the opportunity never reaches them or because they misread a requirement and are excluded before anyone scores their offer. The work that decides a public tender is not sales work. It is reading. Somebody has to find the right contract among thousands, open the annexes and the draft agreement, separate the pass-or-fail qualification requirements from the scored award criteria, and be honest about whether this company can prove what the buyer is asking for. Done properly that is a specialist day per tender, which is why most companies bid on instinct, hire a bid consultancy, or never bid at all. That reading is what our agents do, at a volume no bid team can match. How Viran works: 1. Discovery. We monitor open 100,000+ weekly public sales opportunities across the Nordics, the EU and beyond, and surface only the contracts where you are a credible bidder. 2. Analysis. We read the full document package for each one: technical specification, draft contract, annexes, qualification requirements and award criteria. 3. Fit. We judge each tender against what your company can actually prove, and tell you plainly when the answer is no. 4. Bid. We produce the response. You review and submit. Viran serves manufacturers, software companies and service providers selling to the public sector in Finland, the Nordics and across the globe, including foreign vendors entering markets for the first time. The result is that public procurement stops being a lottery you enter occasionally and becomes something you run continuously, on the contracts where you are the strongest bidder in the room.

normify

normify is an engineering-documentation technology company modernizing how technical documents are checked and maintained — "docs-as-code" for engineering. Its graph-based compliance engine checks technical deliverables against the norms and project requirements they must comply with — clause by clause, with every finding cited back to its exact source, in minutes instead of days of manual review. Instead of an engineer cross-checking a document against a standard with a highlighter, normify returns every non-conformance with a traceable audit trail for QA and client review. The graph-based method — not a raw LLM wrapper — is what lets normify reach 96.1% labelled recall across 10+ standards. It is norm-agnostic (customers bring the standards and requirements their projects are bound to), portable across LLM providers, and available self-hosted so sensitive engineering data never leaves the customer's environment. normify is extending from compliance checking into version-aware change intelligence — tracking what changed between document revisions and whether it still complies. Target users: discipline leads, technical authorities, QA/QC and document-control teams at operators, EPCs, and engineering consultancies.

Ment Markers is a healthtech and longevity platform that helps people understand their health, make better decisions, and take preventive action. Today, millions of people collect health data from wearables, apps, and medical tests, but most don't know how to turn that information into meaningful action. Ment Markers solves this by transforming complex health data into simple, personalized guidance. The platform combines a premium app, a personal AI health assistant, wearable data, blood tests, and healthcare partnerships to create a complete health profile. Users receive clear recommendations and actionable next steps based on their unique health data and goals. Our mission is to make preventive healthcare more accessible by helping people build healthier habits, improve their quality of life, and live longer, healthier lives.

AnankeLabs

AnankeLabs is developing KAIROS Substrate, a real-time deterministic safety engine, to help organizations operating AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems solve structural exposure to novel, zero-day threats with a proactive physics engine that mathematically calculates exact breaking points before execution. We are tackling the fundamental failure of reactive, probabilistic defenses. Today, AI, cybersecurity, and robotics rely on known historical data—like threat signatures or mapped environments—to predict safety. This creates a permanent, widespread synchronization lag across modern infrastructure, leaving systems structurally exposed to novel, zero-day catastrophes and unpredictable "distribution shifts." This problem deeply affects operators across multiple high-stakes domains: AI Safety: Operators rely on post-generation statistical classifiers, forcing them to anticipate every adversarial path. This leaves systems highly exposed between vulnerability discovery and classifier updates. Cybersecurity: Current defenses depend on pattern-matching that requires a known signature. This creates a dangerous reality where defenders are forced to absorb the initial zero-day breach just to extract the signature needed to stop future attacks. Robotics: Systems use neural policies optimized for statistical averages. When encountering novel environments, they lack a physical safety substrate, resulting in hardware executing a "software hallucination at full mechanical torque" and causing kinetic collisions. AnankeLabs is creating an entirely new category of safety by shifting away from guessing if an action is safe based on past data, and moving toward a deterministic engine built on first principles. We built KAIROS Substrate, a real-time safety physics engine that acts as an automatic brake. Instead of relying on pattern-matching, it evaluates actions before execution, instantly detecting and blocking structurally unsound actions across AI, cyber, and robotics by calculating exact mathematical breaking points. Crucially, we made auditability a structural property of the engine itself. Because KAIROS is perfectly deterministic (identical inputs produce identical outputs at ε=10⁻⁶), it automatically generates an immutable, byte-identically replayable trace of every gate decision as a side effect. This eliminates subjective incident reporting and natively satisfies strict regulatory regimes like the EU AI Act, Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, DORA, and NIS2. The spark that fired our mission was the realization that relying on statistics to secure critical infrastructure is a dead-end. Watching security teams permanently synchronize their defenses to yesterday's attack surface highlighted an unacceptable structural flaw in modern technology. We saw the same unacceptable risks in autonomous systems, where a simple distribution shift could cause heavy machinery to hallucinate and collide with its environment. We realized that true safety couldn't be bolted on as an afterthought or solved with better guesswork; it had to be deterministic and mathematical. We set out to build AnankeLabs because organizations deserve a proactive safeguard that prevents failures from unseen threats from the ground up, rather than just mitigating the damage after the fact.

Farm Legacy is a startup building the first AI-powered platform for farm succession, helping retiring farmers find the next generation to take over their land. Across Europe alone, 6.3M+ farms need a successor in the next decade. Globally, there are 608M+ farms, most of them family-run, and farming populations are aging in nearly every market. When no one steps in to take over, working farms get sold off, abandoned, or absorbed into industrial operations. Our goal is to keep family-scale farms alive by making succession simple: matching the right people, handling the legal and financial process, and supporting the new farmer with the tools they need to run the farm for years afterwards. At Farm Legacy, we believe the future of agriculture depends on the people who farm the land, and we are building the platform that makes the handover possible.
