TIND er et norsk teknologiselskap med røtter fra CERN og NTNU, med hovedkontor i Oslo. Selskapet utvikler og leverer et moderne digitalt arkiv gjennom en SaaS-løsning til universiteter og forskningsinstitusjoner over hele verden. En stor andel av kundene lokalisert i USA og inkluderer anerkjente institusjoner som UC Berkeley, Duke University og FN. I dag har TIND et team på 20 ansatte og kontorer i Oslo og USA. Selskapet er backet av Equip Capital og er i sterk vekst (ca. 30% per år) og har store ambisjoner om å skalere videre internasjonalt.

Melta

Melta transforms food waste into high-quality fertilizers through localized microbreweries. Our scalable, circular system helps municipalities and farmers cut emissions, manage waste more efficiently, and restore degraded soils. Food waste generates 8-10% of global greenhouse gas emissions annually, and 40% of agricultural soils are degraded. Centralized waste systems are costly and inefficient, leaving small municipalities and farmers in need of accessible, regenerative solutions. By closing the loop between waste and soil health, Melta creates a system that reduces costs, revitalizes ecosystems, and supports local communities. Founded by a soil scientist and a systems designer, Melta was built to tackle soil degradation and waste inefficiencies, turning food waste into a resource for a regenerative future.

GoPool

GoPool, India’s first taxi-agnostic ridesharing platform, makes airport travel cheaper, more convenient, and safer. By connecting verified passengers seamlessly, we reduce travel costs and CO2 emissions. Our robust verification process ensures passenger safety, while our integration of various taxi services enhances convenience and affordability.

Smartwatt

Smartwatt er et software selskap som benytter AI og skyteknologi til å optimalisere styringen og senke energiforbruket i næringsbygg. Vår teknologi identifiserer hvor og hvordan næringsbygg kan optimalisere eksisterende installasjoner for å spare maksimalt med strøm. Smartwatts software benytter maskinlæringsalgoritmer, inneklimadata, værmelding og morgendagens strømpriser til å regne ut optimale driftsparametre for næringsbygg som utveksles automatisk med byggets eksisterende styringssystem. Løsningen installeres raskt i bygget og kundene våre opplever resultater på svært kort tid. Av de 70 bygg som allerede har tatt teknologien i bruk er effekten betydelig og har ført til en besparelse på opptil 30%. Vi er fortsatt i startfasen av vår reise, men har allerede etablert oss som en seriøs aktør og utfordrer i bransjen. Asko, Elkjøp, Elektroimportøren, BI og Møller Bil, er blant kundene som har tatt i bruk Smartwatt sine løsninger, og vi har store ambisjoner. Med sterke investorer i ryggen gjennom en nylig gjennomført finansieringsrunde, ledet av Hafslund Invest og DNV, er vi klare til å fortsette veksten og la flere bedrifter dra nytte av våres løsninger. Smartwatt sitt mål er å bli markedsledende i Norge samtidig som vi vil fortsette å skalere opp i Norden

Newsec Maps

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. FORS — Original Swedish Hard Seltzer™

FORS Hard Seltzer is set to change the landscape for alcoholic beverages in the Nordics forever. Our goal is to give consumers a better way to drink alcohol. Our first product line is based on the American Hard Seltzer. FORS was founded as the Original Swedish Hard Seltzer™ and is the first private company to push this trend in the Nordics. Consumer behaviours are constantly changing but the market for alcohol has fallen into a rigid bucket that no one has touched for very long. As a result, alcohol consumption has decreased with young generations and seen little innovation. FORS Hard Seltzer is set to shed light on the alcohol industry and meanwhile provide products that are as healthy as alcoholic products can be.

Book My Ride

Introducing Book My Ride Book My Ride began with a simple mission — to help local taxi companies compete in a world dominated by global ride apps. We noticed that most taxi companies in Sweden still run everything manually. Calls come in, staff write down addresses, and drivers wait for instructions — a process that costs fleets hundreds of thousands of kronor every month and often frustrates passengers with delays or missed rides. We believed there had to be a smarter way. That’s where Book My Ride comes in. We’ve built two connected products that work hand in hand to modernize the taxi industry. Our first product is an AI-powered Dispatch System that replaces call centers entirely. It can take bookings through phone, chat, email, app, or website — just like a human operator, but faster and cheaper. Taxi companies get their own white-label passenger app, branded in their name, and a powerful backend that automates the entire flow from booking to dispatch. Many fleets, like MiniTaxi in Gothenburg, now save over 260,000 SEK each month by switching to Book My Ride. Our second product is the Book My Ride Marketplace — Sweden’s first nationwide taxi marketplace. It brings together fleets from across the country, allowing passengers to compare, choose, and book rides in one place. The marketplace gives smaller companies visibility and new customers they would never reach alone, while giving passengers more choice and transparency. Together, these two products create a complete ecosystem — where taxi companies can operate efficiently with AI, and passengers can find rides anywhere in Sweden through a single app. Book My Ride was founded by Karthik Sengottaian, who saw firsthand how much time and money local fleets were losing just to keep up with everyday bookings. His goal was simple: to give every taxi company, no matter its size, access to the same technology that powers the biggest players — but with full ownership, control, and a local touch. Today, we’re live with multiple fleets across Gothenburg and Stockholm and are preparing to scale across Scandinavia. Book My Ride is redefining what it means to run a taxi company — AI-powered, fully digital, and proudly Swedish.

The Milton universe uses a mix of different technologies to enhance the children’s learning capabilities. The captivating and attention-grabbing storytelling is a mix of facts, fun and fairytales. Milton’s stories communicate the significant topics with simplicity and a positive spin. Milton dares to take up the difficult subjects and give the children a voice. He invites the children to explore and understand the complex topics and inspire them to behave and apply the knowledge in real-life scenarios. With the complete educational packages for the UN’s 17 Global Goals, Milton Around the World© is a solid platform, all wrapped in a recognizable structure that requires little preparation. Using Learning Enhancing Technologies, all delivered on a modern digital platform, our learning material is bringing the simplicity of the complex topics to the children. We also give the teachers and parents a source so they can explain the topics as Milton’s stories and education kits encourage dialogue between the children, teachers and parents. The Milton universe is built for global use, shown both via written words and colorful vivid illustrations. The Danish founders, have an international background with understanding and respect of other cultures and an outspoken ability to embrace diversity. Milton is already known and liked in Denmark, India, US, China, Kenya, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Being a unique first mover on communicating complexed topics in a structured way to children, we discovered a market need, resulting in the creation of the Milton universe, fitted perfect to ensure presence of appropriate material for the children. The concept from Milton Around the World© is also used by companies globally as Brand-As-A-Service (BaaS). Agile technology innovation is part of Milton Around the World’s© DNA and will be used to extend the possible ways children can learn new topics. Our ambition is that Milton Around the World© is a financial sustainable business next year and that Milton will be a global household name before 2026 by establishing local and global partnerships to support our ambition. PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden. After years of iterations and improvements, PinMeTo now has about 100 employees in 6 offices, and we’re trusted by enterprise companies like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz. Think of PinMeTo as a really efficient messenger: you add or update location data in PinMeTo, and that data is shared with all of your locations and the networks they’re listed on.
