FINE CHAOS is a disruptive, deconstructive and young brand. All collections start with two opposites, which the Creative Director, Marc C. Møllerskov, builds concepts within the span of two opposites, and the name FINE CHAOS is also a reflection of his own design process – chaotic yet that is how the beauty is found and made. All designs have a kind of disruptiveness to them, loading the garment with ‘time’, where the consumer can feel the hands that created the garment. Craftsmanship is extremely important and it must support the idea for the specific garment, as else you design for a product to have a short lifespan. By integrating a deeply layered storytelling into each garment, you can keep exploring new things in it. A perfect example of this is our Magazine shirt or Ravers Club Top, where you keep finding new patterns within the print. A garment is never seen in full potential until it has reached its owner, as a FINE CHAOS garment is much about identity. As we strive to be the voice of the youth, our collections tell a story that hopefully starts a dialogue about how the younger generation sees the future. This is seen through vocal print designs, sharp silhouettes and the fitting color choices of the collections.

NordicFuture is developing a platform that uses AI to match university students with study-relevant student jobs. Experience in a study-relevant job is one of the most important factors when applying for a full-time job after completing one’s studies. A study shows that 91.8% of students with study-relevant jobs during their studies are employed two years after graduating, whereas only 57.2% of those without such jobs have found employment. Another study shows that only 44% of university students are employed in a study-relevant student job. The problem is that many students find it difficult to start the job search, and once they begin, they struggle to find relevant student jobs. From the employers' perspective, we have found that many companies experience challenges in finding the right candidates, while others are unaware of the value a student worker can contribute to their firm. At NordicFuture, we aim to make the job search easier by creating a platform that turns the job search process on its head. Students only need to register on the platform by uploading their CV, after which they can wait to be contacted as soon as a study-relevant job matching their skills becomes available. To further elaborate on their profiles, the students will be asked to take a personality test to ensure that we can facilitate the most suitable matches. The AI will leverage insights into competencies acquired through diverse university studies, using this information to evaluate candidates' skill profiles based on the educational background outlined in their CVs. It will also have knowledge of competencies acquired through previous jobs. Overall, the AI will consider three factors when assessing the competencies and personality of a student: Completed education, professional experience, and the results of the personality test. The profile formed by these three factors will then be compared against the requirements of vacant positions in terms of competencies and personalities to create a match. At the same time, we make it easier for employing companies to find and filter relevant candidates without incurring high costs. We achieve this by attracting a large pool of job-seeking students to our platform. As with the process for the students, our AI then analyzes each candidate's competencies and the employers' requirements to make optimal matches. The AI will be asked to find 3-5 suitable candidates (or however many the employing company thinks is appropriate) which will be sent to a job interview. Thanks to the efficiency of our platform, we can dedicate resources to communicating the value of student workers to companies that may be unaware. By doing this, we will expand the pool of available student jobs, ultimately resulting in a higher percentage of students securing study-relevant jobs. We, the two founders of NordicFuture, are university students ourselves, who have experienced firsthand the challenges of searching for study-relevant jobs. Being part of the student community, we are attuned to the sentiments and experiences of our peers regarding study-relevant employment. An education is not just an education; it is the start of one's career. However, for many students, taking the next step and launching that career is currently a time-consuming and often discouraging process. This is why we believe a new approach to searching for student jobs is needed.

SHITIKA STUDIOS also uses other precious materials such as gold for custom orders, and precious gemstones that are sustainably sourced. There are also other projects that the studio dwells into and that is the research and development of biomaterials, and how recyclable and sustainable materials can be innovated. TUMling is a groundbreaking IT solution, created to revolutionize the documentation process in daycare facilities. With an advanced integration of artificial intelligence and computer vision, TUMling automates and simplifies the collection and analysis of data from daily activities. This frees up educators' time from extensive paperwork, allowing them to immerse themselves in direct interaction with the children, thus improving the working environment, enhancing the quality of childcare. A significant pain point in the industry is the burden of documentation, which often feels meaningless and too complex, as well as it stands in the way of educators' core tasks. TUMling directly addresses this by transforming the documentation process into a quick and meaningful task, taking as little as 30 seconds per day. Competitors primarily focus on retrospective documentation, where educators must set aside time to reflect over long periods. I am a former bachelor-educated preschool teacher, who has now further educated myself and will complete a MSc in Information Technology, Specializing in ICT, Learning and Organizational Change, in the summer of '24. I also have two children who attend a private preschool institution, where I have served on the board for 2 years. The foundation of TUMling is thus a combination of professional insight, technological innovation, board experience, and a problem that strikes right into both my educator heart and my father heart. With a prototype developed in 2023, TUMling is now in the software development phase, and is actively seeking partners who can fully program the solution. The plan is to enter agreements with the private market in 2024 and launch sales in 2025. In the longer term, the goal is to expand to the public and international markets.
