Hanken Venture Studio aims to support idea-stage entrepreneurship to first sale and incorporation to anyone in the Helsinki Capital Region. We provide the tools, network, program, community, space, mentors, and guidance needed to turn ideas into OY's. We've realized there are two types of needs in early stage entrepreneurs at Hanken: 1) First time entrepreneurs who need structured guidance, 2) Seasoned entrepreneurs or individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who need on demand support. We've structured our offerings around those needs. We offer 'The Playground' pre-incubator program to first time entrepreneurs semi-annually and the 'The Grounds' [all our services] on demand for experienced entrepreneurs.

We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. It has approximately 750 employees and an annual budget of 624 million Norwegian kroner. G.S.S.O reports to the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform. The main purpose of G.S.S.O is to provide synergy for the ministries with cost-effective and reliable shared services. Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation was established in 1979. In the early years, its main objective was to provide centralized services for the ministries. Throughout the 1990s, G.S.S.O has been used extensively as a tool for the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform to reach its goals.

We are a team of dedicated scientists, engineers and designers with competence in computer vision, advanced robotics and edge AI. The design targets the market for both large- and small-scale cryogenic applications. ICT’s solution is modular and suited for onshore as well as maritime use. The development of hydrogen infrastructure is slow and holding back widespread adoption. Transportation of large volumes is one of the major challenges that IC Technologies is determined to solve.
