Stockeld Dreamery was founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Sorosh Tavakoli and food scientist Anja Leissner in Stockholm, Sweden. Stockeld’s first vision is to create a cheese without cow’s dairy that is superior in taste and nutrition, constantly striving to use our planet’s resources wisely, accessible to all yet one of the top preferred cheeses by chefs and restaurants. Numus is a personal finance and wealth management platform that aims to build trust and loyalty between Banks and their customers by providing tailored services and products to end-users and increase their engagement on their financial decisions.

Vi er en konsulentvirksomhed bestående af eksperter indenfor Microsofts førende Business Intelligence værktøjer såsom Power BI, der hjælper virksomheder med at foretage mere præcise, datadrevne beslutninger. Det gør vi bl.a. ved at udlede brugbare indsigter fra virksomheders data, som giver optimal grobund for bedre og mere faktabaseret beslutningstagning. På denne måde tror vi på, at overskuelige processer og data = mere overskud for virksomheder til at fokusere på deres kerneværdier og -kompetencer. Vi er stiftet i 2021 af to passionerede specialister, Andreas og Thomas, som har mange års erfaring indenfor Business Intelligence, databehandling og procesoptimering, hvilket de har ført videre ind i Mind Your Business. Siden er der kommet flere til, og fra september i 2021 har vi 6 ansatte i virksomheden. FÆRM has developed and patented FÆRM Original - a fermented, plant-based cream cheese built for professional kitchens. FÆRM Original is made from few, organic ingredients and produced using dairy-inspired methods, FÆRM Original has 11% protein, clean label ingredients, and it’s sold at the same price as dairy cream cheese. We built the product around functionality and performance and FÆRM Original behaves like dairy cream cheese in both hot and cold applications. That’s also why it’s relevant across restaurants, hospitals, canteens, cafés, catering, and bakeries across Denmark. We’ve sold-out our pilot production since October 2025 and have recurring demand across multiple foodservice sectors. FÆRM is now entering the next phase with focus on scaling with industrial production and expanding commercially. FÆRM’s ambition is to make plant-based cream cheese the obvious choice.
