Hubbl is developing an innovative platform to revolutionze workplace interactions. Our core product empowers employees at larger companies or coworking spaces to foster meaningful connections, tackling the growing issue of social isolation and disconnection in modern workplaces. We believe in the power of genuine relationships to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity, and our secret sauce lies in creating engaging, user-friendly tools that bridge the social gap. We're addressing the pervasive challenge of social disconnection at work. It affects employees across industries, leading to feelings of isolation and hindering collaborative teamwork. With remote work becoming more prevalent, this problem is more widespread than ever, impacting both coworking spaces, large corporations and scale-ups struggling to keep their tightly knit culture with their growth. Our solution targets everyone from HR professionals and community managers striving to build inclusive cultures to individual employees seeking genuine workplace relationships. Hubbl offers a dynamic app enabling employees to create and join social hubbles (activities) seamlessly. Whether it's a coffee chat, boardgames after work or a game of tabletennis, our platform facilitates genuine connections. Through intuitive features, we're making it effortless for colleagues to interact authentically. We're tirelessly refining our user interface, incorporating user feedback, and in the future want to integrate advanced algorithms to make these interactions as meaningful and natural as possible. The passion to bridge this social gap, foster genuine connections, and make a positive change in workplaces worldwide inspired us to quit our day jobs and dive headfirst into Hubbl. We are driven by the vision of transforming workplaces into socially vibrant spaces where employees thrive both professionally and personally.

MedEdu Oy

Introducing MedEdu Oy: Empowering Healthcare Education Our product, MediOppi, has become a valued part of medical education across all Finnish medical faculties. This cutting-edge platform is a web-based tool designed for the training of doctors, nurses, and veterinarians. Through MediOppi's virtual patient simulator learners foster their skills in clinical reasoning via a gamified clinical cases. What sets us apart is our commitment to replicating the tools used by healthcare professionals, enabling learners to hone their skills using the same resources employed in real-life medical practice. Furthermore, our platform empowers educators to effortlessly create content by leveraging an extensive database that delves deep into human physiology. This comprehensive database simplifies and accelerates the process of crafting new patient cases. Teachers can seamlessly draw from this wealth of knowledge, making the creation of diverse and realistic scenarios not only incredibly easy but also remarkably fast. SMRT Systems

SMRT Systems is a cloud-based business management platform designed by dry cleaners for dry cleaners. Originally founded in San Francisco, we have our main engineering hub in Malmö Sweden and our HQ in the Raleigh NC. We are a passionate team of builders on a mission to help digitalize the dry cleaning and laundry across the globe. Our tech stack includes Typescript / React / Tanstack / GraphQL / AWS ECS / CouchDB Python / PHP / NodeJS.

Luftvejen

We develop a universal docking charging station for drones for uninterruptible autonomous drone operations. We invented a new way of charging drones, from a hanging position. Our charging station can be easily mounted on any surface at any height up in the air, on moving objects: ships, bigger drones etc. Connected to a network, the stations create an automatic charging infrastructure for all kinds of VTOL drones.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. In addition we believe in a high level of freedom for each colleague to find their own optimal w/l balance. Intestinal flora analysis, also called microbiome analysis, is a technique used to study the microorganisms that live in our intestines. Our gut flora consists of an enormous amount of microorganisms, mainly bacteria, but also viruses, fungi and protozoa. Together, these microorganisms form our microbiome, which is an important part of our health and well-being. To carry out an intestinal flora analysis, you first need to collect a stool sample from the person to be examined. Then advanced laboratory techniques, such as DNA sequencing, are used to identify and quantify the various microorganisms present in the sample. When the analysis is complete, you get a detailed report that shows which microorganisms are in the intestines, their relative amount and how they relate to each other. The analysis here can provide valuable information about one's general state of health and is available via mobile or computer. We ensure the highest quality of our results by using our ISO-certified partner laboratory Carbiotix. Carbiotix is ​​a listed company and has its lab in Lund with the very latest equipment. They send you the home test and perform analyzes on the sample with next-generation DNA sequencing (NGS), to identify and compare all known bacteria in the intestinal flora. For our analyses, it is a matter of course to use a Swedish laboratory. This not only benefits the environment with shorter delivery distances, but also saves time for faster delivery of results to our customers.

Agoprene is a biotech startup based in Oslo and Copenhagen. Agoprene is developing furniture foam from biomass to help the furniture industry reduce their need for petrochemicals. ​ Globally, furniture foam, which is derived from petroleum, accounts for 105 million tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. One armchair for example, emits an average of 43 kg CO2e, almost half of which is due to furniture foam. ​ Agoprene's foam is completely free of petrochemicals. We believe finding planet-friendly alternatives isn’t a challenge; it’s an opportunity.
