Creator Makerspace is an open prototyping space. We offer offices, meeting rooms, as well as all kinds of equipments and workshops: wood, metal, electronic, laser cutter, scanners, 3D printers, and a variety of other tools. Today more than 650 specialists are connected to Creator Makerspace, just after three years in business. We are located at Tvedtsenteret in the heart of Forus, Stavanger. Fischer Lighting is a sustainable front-runner who has developed a unique circular business model where waste is transformed into new beautiful lamps that make buildings more sustainable and people healthier. In 2023, Fischer Lighting saved more than 53 tons of discarded lamps from being thrown away, and with the concepts ReUse, ReDesign, and ReCreate, unique lighting solutions are created in a beautiful and industrial design that meets all the requirements of a new lighting fixture. In addition to environmental sustainability, social sustainability is also an important part of the concept. Therefore, all the old lamps are separated and assembled by people on the edge of the labor market in Denmark. At the same time, the lamps are equipped with the latest technology, which, among other things, enables circadian lighting, which can stimulate the production of hormones in our body and create better well-being for people in buildings.

We at ihopa are on a mission to create a better and more sustainable alternative to buying products and storing them for the majority of their lifetime in a basement. This solution is shared access to products for home and leisure. We have launched several sharing boxes in different villa and urban communities so far. In return for a small monthly fee the members are able to book 25+ products anytime and as often as they wish. Going forward we are working to take our service to real estate developers and rental companies, so that the service can be financed in the same way as shared washing machines, gyms and so on for the tenants. Our team consists of passionate people with experiences in different fields, united by the mission to innovate this solution. The company’s platform uses machine learning to break down water usage data into outlets and diagnoses an entire homes water and hot water energy usage from a single, patented, non-invasive sensor. In our smartphone app, tenants then receive individually tailored nudges on how to efficiently lower usage, without sacrificing comfortability. The result is an up to 40 % decrease in water usage on average, and as a result, an energy usage reduction of 8 - 16 %, paving the way for a more sustainable and aware public and private residential real estate industry. Vi har på 6 måneder 1000 bestilte oppdrag og 300 registrerte renholdere. Selskapet har brukt mye tid på å tilpasse systemet til norske lover og regler, slik at alle renholdere har en komplett leveranse via appen med full oversikt over økonomi og moms. Vaskehjelp er nå et team på fem personer som gjør seg klare for å skalere.
