BRIM offers next generation ships for silent, sustainable tourism and eco friendly adventures.   Brim means ‘breaking wave’ in Old Norse. We provide wave breaking, silent and sustainable ocean excursions in Northern Norway on board the silent electric ship Brim Explorer. Brim Explorer sails in complete silence and emission-free with batteries powered by clean local hydropower. By respecting nature, she allows us to get a little bit closer, and we use an underwater drone and hydrophone to capture wildlife both above and below the surface. Brim Explorer is designed especially for sightseeing in Arctic waters. Three decks and two indoor salons offer panoramic views and comfortable seating for over 100 passengers. An onboard restaurant serves local dishes and drinks.   We’re a travel company with a passion for the ocean.
