The Building industry causes 40% Co2 outlet, energyuse and garbage worldwide.What each and one of us do matters. Better solutions exist but needs more attention from consumers and public procurers.

A fully distributed architecture allowing global enterprises and service providers so host large meetings while saving WAN bandwidth usage. Fully interoperable with industry standard endpoints using SIP and H.323. Works equally well with Microsoft(R) Lync(R) clients using H.264SVC, and with WebRTC-capable browsers.

Amino is a web portal where entrepreneurs meet. It consists of different pages where it is possible to debate, blog and exchange knowledge. 20.000 entrepeneurs is visiting Amino.dk every day. Amino makes it easier to buy or sell commercial leases, to get in contact with investors or find a good accountant.

S core Nordic

S core Nordic is developing the next generation of hardware and software (the infrastructure layer) to help city planners and parking operators bridge the urban data gap and optimize spaces, using 100% GDPR-compliant radar technology and open APIs. The Problem Cities are building advanced digital services, but the physical infrastructure on our streets remains blind. Every day, billion-dollar decisions regarding urban planning and mobility are made based on outdated assumptions and manual measurements. This leads to inefficiently used spaces, unnecessary search traffic, and increased CO2 emissions. Our Solution: The Digital Asphalt Our battery-powered mmWave sensors and Edge Computing continuously gather structured data on occupancy and flows in real-time. By using radar technology instead of cameras, the system is completely anonymous. Data is transmitted via our cloud architecture (PFind) and seamlessly integrated into the existing systems of municipalities and operators. Our Why We were founded on a simple but frustrating insight: A modern city cannot be managed by gut feeling, and citizen privacy must never be compromised to gather data. Our driving force is to give cities the right tools to govern themselves and reach their climate goals, entirely without mass surveillance. Now, we are building the team to make this a reality.

DiFacto ApS

DiFacto is an AI-powered SaaS startup based in Aarhus at Incuba, automating invoice auditing for companies with complex supplier and rebate agreements — starting with the Danish construction industry. The problem: Construction companies operate under intricate price agreements with major suppliers like STARK, XL-Byg, and others. These agreements contain volume discounts, seasonal rebates, and project-based pricing. In practice, invoices frequently deviate from the agreed terms — but checking them manually is time-consuming, expensive, and requires specialist knowledge that most SMEs simply don't have. Our own pilot data shows that around 10% of all invoices contain errors or rebate breaches, putting 1–1.5% of total procurement volume at risk. Why we built it: We spent 14 months manually analysing hundreds of real price agreements and invoice structures from Denmark's largest building suppliers. That deep understanding became the foundation for a platform that does in 30 seconds what a trained analyst would take hours to do. Our core engine reads invoices via OCR, converts them to structured data, and cross-references them algorithmically against the client's price agreements — flagging every discrepancy automatically. Why now: We have a working MVP, real pilot customers, and a clear path to a commercially scalable product. We're a small team of three co-founders building something technically complex in a space with almost no direct competition. This means an intern won't just watch from the sidelines — you'll work directly on live problems, contribute to a microservice-based backend architecture, and learn how to build AI-driven data pipelines in a real startup environment at Incuba, Aarhus.

WinWinKit provides a comprehensive solution for implementing affiliates and referral programs in mobile applications. Our toolkit simplifies the process of building, integrating, and launching effective referral systems, enabling app developers to drive organic growth through word-of-mouth marketing while enhancing user engagement and loyalty. Why for mobile apps? - Because there are no solution that solves the challenge of marketing attribution and that would fit the modern social media world. Why did I start working on it? - Because I needed a tool like that myself, and there is a huge market for the web-first apps, but not for mobile.
