We founded Metaito in February 2019, after spending more than four years at NTNU. The initial idea was sparked in 2014 when we discovered the challenge of organizing our resources as students. Since then, we have gone through several iterations of prototypes. We created a platform for organizing and sharing tools, links and documents on the Internet - Factsplat. As of Q3 2024, we have several paying customers, investors, raised amount of 5 467 041 NOK, almost 6,000 users of the platform, contracts with various non-governmental organizations, 19 sports teams on board as our partners, a solid team, and a working product. Factsplat has evolved into a platform designed to help users manage their digital lives efficiently. Our mission is to give individuals and organizations control over their online resources, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and shareable, thereby reducing distractions and improving focus. We want to create a distraction free environment where you can organize the internet in a way that makes sense to you, while utilizing the strengths of the community. We want to give you focus and collaboration, without compromise.

Sage Corps is a global entrepreneurship program that sends top university students ("Fellows") to work abroad with startups for 2-12 weeks. Fatigue failures of metal structures, for instance in working machines and energy production equipment, cause breaks in production and processes. Failures caused by the errors in design and analysis, and on the other hand, the redundant over-dimensioning of structures are both undesirable issues. LUT University originating realtime fatigue monitoring (ReFaMo) system is based on the life cycle assessment of devices and structures from the mechanical status viewpoint. The system measures loading history of structural components, and generates end-of-life estimation of structural components.
