Tid is a watch startup challenging the assumption that products should be designed for a single, default body and identity. Most watches are built around narrow aesthetic and ergonomic norms, leaving many people adapting themselves to the object rather than the other way around. We design unconventional, modular timepieces that prioritize fit, expression, and personal meaning over tradition. The problem we solve is not accuracy of timekeeping, but relevance: creating objects that reflect diverse bodies, lives, and ways of being in the world.

Testflow AS

Testflow is a Norwegian SaaS platform that makes it fast and easy for companies to test products and services with real users through access to over 120,000 test participants. Our customers include some of Norway's largest companies such as Skatteetaten, DNB, Vipps, VY, and Norsk Helsenett. We have facilitated over 12,000 user tests through our platform, making it faster and easier for companies to gather valuable user insights.

Dimmi

Dimmi is an early-stage Danish legaltech SaaS start-up revolutionising how European companies navigate the complexities of immigration law across the European Union. Companies across Europe are increasingly in need of international labour and talent. Yet navigating immigration law and obtaining work permits is highly challenging and costly for companies of all sizes. Combining unique research and legal insight into migration law and global mobility with augmented retrieval technology, Dimmi is building the first-ever digital infrastructure for end-to-end case handling of international hires, making legal immigration compliance fast, easy, and cost-predictable. From guiding users through the most viable visa track, deadlines, and documentation requirements, Dimmi empowers companies to file compliant applications to the authorities faster, cheaper and with higher rates of compliance. Dimmi is a spin-out company pioneered by a research project conducted by research conducted at the University of Copenhagen, Center of Excellence for Global Mobility Law by Dr Christian Prener with aim of resolving the major legal and financial bottlenecks that European companies face when hiring candidates from outside of the EU. The project is funded by Lighthouse, University of Copenhagen’s innovation centre and currently based at the University of Copenhagen. We are in search of a co-founding CTO to lead the development of the technical platform in collaboration with the Alexandra Institute. It listens, learns, and dynamically captures every pipeline shift, deal movement, and team interaction - all without a single CRM entry. Mellow Chocolate

Mellow Chocolate produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand by us. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft them into chocolate bars at our workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark. We make chocolate from carefully selected cacao beans from some of the world's unique cocoa origins. We buy exclusively from farmers who grow their cacao under 100% ethical and sustainable conditions.

Parlia

Parlia AI is reimagining how Government Relations (GR) teams produce policy-facing documents. Today, these teams spend countless hours drafting structured, templated content — ministerial letters, submissions, talking points, and briefing notes. Our goal is to build a purpose-built AI platform that learns from an organisation’s historical materials to generate high-quality, on-brand, and policy-aligned outputs, freeing professionals to focus on strategy rather than manual drafting.

BioPilot

Only 7.9% of new medicin is approved for phase 1 clinical programs - life saving cures are being scrapped because of poor reproducibility. Today, researchers designing complex in vitro and in vivo experiments jump between many tools that do not talk to each other. Protocols are written in free text, naming is inconsistent, raw data is scattered across drives, and inventory and cell banks are tracked separately. This makes it hard to reproduce experiments, compare results across projects, trace which cell material went into which batch, and satisfy regulatory expectations. Small and mid-sized labs often cannot afford enterprise platforms like Benchling or Dotmatics, so they manually glue everything together and rarely get to use advanced analytics or AI. BioPilot solves this by standardising the full early-to-in-vivo CTR pipeline in one product. Users can register and template in vitro experiments (differentiation, expansion, cryopreservation, device testing, etc.) and in vivo studies (animals, groups, dosing, housing, ethics documents) using fixed ontologies. This gives every experiment a structured schema and a precise schedule of readouts, barcodes and data types to collect. Raw data (FACS, scRNA-seq, imaging, counters, bioreactor logs, etc.) is then automatically linked back to the right experiment, condition and sample. On top of this, BioPilot offers: • Inventory and cell bank tracking that makes it trivial to trace which vial, edit or expansion batch was used where. • Live bioreactor monitoring with alarms (email / phone) to prevent losing expensive batches. • A growing library of free analytical tools, including automated FACS gating, scRNA-seq pipelines and image analysis that can feed results straight back into the experiment records. • A global ontology service for vendors, instruments, cell lines, species and process terms, with a roadmap for a public API. Because everything is structured and queryable, BioPilot makes it much easier to compare experiments, run Bayesian optimisation on process parameters, and let AI suggest next-step experiments. The pricing is kept aggressively low (free tier plus a simple paid tier based on storage), so smaller biotech and academic groups can access capabilities that are normally reserved for organisations with large software budgets. In short, BioPilot aims to become the operating system for cell therapy R&D: a single, affordable platform where experiments are planned, executed, monitored and analysed in a way that is standardised enough for automation and flexible enough for real-world biology.

Multi-carrier shipping software Aigol is a multi-carrier transportation management solution designed for the needs of road freight and parcel shipping. The platform supports the full shipment lifecycle, including booking, label and document generation, consolidation, and end-to-end tracking. By centralizing connections to multiple carriers in a single system, Aigol provides operational flexibility and ensures consistent handling of shipments across different logistics partners. Automation capabilities reduce manual work, enhance planning efficiency, and improve cost control. Aigol enables organizations to manage their logistics processes with reliability, transparency, and scalability.

Tapp

Tapp is developing a software-only POS suite—tap-on-phone payments, eshop self-order, Native AI data platforms, and AI-assisted menu/setup - to help small UK service businesses ditch expensive hardware POS, solve slow service and rising operating costs, and stay compliant by default, powered by our ultra-fast UX, AI onboarding, leading AI features, and embedded payments. Independent cafés, massage parlors, and any other service spots are squeezed by hardware terminals, clunky back-office flows, and staffing shortages—which translates to slower turnover, longer queues, and lost revenue. Operators also face VAT/receipt/tips complexity and card-data obligations that traditional POS doesn’t simplify. The market is crowded, but legacy and “one-size-fits-all” tools still mean slow UI, multi-minute setup, and rigid pricing. Our analysis of UK-relevant providers shows many still require dedicated hardware or fragmented QR solutions—creating cost, training, and integration friction for small teams. Whilst providing insights on all the data collected, without the user having to ask. Tapp replaces boxes and paper with a phone-first POS: - Tap-to-Pay on iPhone & Android: take contactless cards/Wallets directly on staff or owner smartphones—no reader required. Fully productised in our “Staff” flow. - QR self-order, eshop & pay: guests scan, order, tip, and receive receipts digitally; staff stay focused on giving the best service, not card machines. - AI onboarding & menu import: snap a menu or upload a file; Tapp auto-parses categories/items, generates a store description, and lets owners tweak with guardrails (VAT, pricing, tags, duration). - Built-in compliance for UK SMBs: support for e-receipts, VAT invoice scenarios, and transparent tip/service handling—plus card-data best-practice via our payments stack. - Embedded payments on Adyen: unified acquiring, wallet rails, refunds/chargebacks, payouts, and potential embedded finance/share—with clear IC++ economics and SoftPOS fees. - Elite performance: our internal tests show UX runs 2.7× faster LCP and 3.3× less blocking than a leading competitor—keeping staff in “flow” during rush. Why this wins: zero hardware CAPEX, minutes-not-weeks deployment, faster service cycles, and fewer receipt/VAT/tips headaches—all in a single app the team already knows how to use (their phone). Feature depth is production-ready across signup/KYC, menu, staff, orders, payout views, and refunds per our shipped user stories. Whilst (soon) providing industry-breaking intelligence to make the small merchants play in the big leagues. We started Tapp after watching small venues spend too much on terminals and too long wrestling slow software—only to still miss orders at peak. We dug into the UK compliance tangle (VAT, receipts, tips) and saw a chance to bake the rules into the workflow, not bolt them on. Then we validated the experience with hard performance data and a best-in-class payments partner so owners can serve more customers with less kit and less stress. That’s why we’re doing this: give time back to small operators with a POS that is fast, compliant, and delightfully simple.

PharosBio is building an autonomous AI scientist—a platform and APIs that help biopharma and research teams reduce R&D risk by turning fragmented evidence into decisions across discovery and translation. The problem Despite billions spent on R&D, the research ecosystem runs on incomplete, siloed insight. Around 90% of drug candidates still fail in the clinic, wasting time and capital and delaying therapies for patients. This affects 4.5 million scientists across pharma, biotech, and academia who must constantly decide what to study, why it matters, and whether to proceed—with evidence that’s scattered and stale. Our solution We’re building the first agentic AI built for life sciences: a system that plans, reads, reasons, and writes like a tireless collaborator, and plugs into existing workflows via APIs.
