Kvist Solutions AS

Empowering construction projects ​to make a sustainable impact​, with human centric technology. Building sustainable is difficult. Today, building sustainable involves unstructured, unscalable and time-consuming processes. Drowned in paperwork and documentation, experts waste time on mundane and frustrating tasks instead of exploiting their expertise. Kvist makes the first complete digital system for sustainability reporting for construction projects. By delivering a cloud-based software that makes it really easy for projects to collect, validate and analyse environmental data, we remove friction in the unstructured processes that occur when choosing to build sustainable. Lower costs​. Lower risks​. Greener cities​. With big names among our customers and backed by investors like Alliance Venture, Arkwright X, DNB and Startuplab, we are well on our way to grow full speed. We are a relatively young team of currently 14 people, spread across expertise areas with a mix of engineering, developers, customer success and business development, some coming directly from university and others with a background in the industry. We have a very nice office at a co-working space in the very centre of Oslo, surrounded by both small startups and some established companies, and there is great and low-priced canteen, where we have lunch. We have access to many meeting rooms and facilities when you need silence, but also a great young and dynamic environment, where things are happening all the time. Our culture is fully flexible, meaning that everyone is allowed to work from home when needed, but as a small team we also enjoy working together, and most of us prefer to come to the office. We are a very social team, which easily comes when being small, and we do a lot of activities together like team dinners, Friday bars etc., but it is also fully accepted to skip and go home, when parts of the team decide to go for Karaoke at 1am. We have room for every kind of person, so you decide what you want to join.

Chassis Autonomy

Chassis Autonomy is a deep tech company that enables autonomousmobility through actuation, with a focus on developing a class-leadingsteer-by-wire system for highly automated & fully autonomousvehicles. The technology ensures that automated vehicles have thereliability and redundancy to continue to operate even in the event of asystem or vehicle fault. After securing investment and a €2.5mEuropean Innovation Council grant in 2022 and securing customerprogrammes in 2023, the company is now in the scale-up phase.

To Øl is a young Danish craft brewery founded in 2010. We brew a wide range of different craft beers; some potent and provocative, others fresh and floral. Kobbr is on a mission to lead craftsmen, such as electricians, painters and carpenters, into a data driven future. Craftsmen are used to old and outdated software that requires several training days to master. We are building a product that our customers actually love to use and requires no training to get started. Our approach sets us apart from traditional software companies in the industry. We prioritize integrating seamlessly with existing tools, rather than replacing them. Kobbr simplifies workflows and decreases manual tasks by offering a modern alternative to pen, paper, and Excel. Since our software can be easily integrated with craftsmen’s existing software, it shortens our sales processes significantly and opens the opportunity for product-led growth. Colab

Similarly to how cars replaced horse carriages, a new era of influencer marketing is approaching. Influencer marketing has become a jungle to navigate. Colab enters the market with polarity and new ways of doing things, aiming to re-invent, simplify & streamlining the influencer marketing process by offering a more effective product to brands with a cooler interface. Colab is helping brands facilitate, manage and scale their influencer campaigns, whether they have experience within the field or not. The industry has moved towards limited transparency and unfair pricing, with the general perception being that the more followers, the better the candidate for a campaign. However, the inverse relationship between follower volume and engagement rate makes this notion untrue. By harnessing the power of nano and micro-influencers, we're proving that relation matters more than size regarding impact. We are building our value proposition on this: By activating 10-20 micro-influencers instead of one macro influencer. This way, brands can have a more cost-effective campaign and deliver a higher ROI. Micro-influencers tend to have a more niche audience which can be highly targeted and more likely to convert to customers. This will reduce the risk of fall-throughs and ultimately have greater reach, effect, and overall return. We handle the influencer volume through our platform. The content creators follow brands they like, which is how we pick the relevant content creators for a particular campaign. No need to reach out to multiple influencers that don't like your brand in the first place. The relevant content creators get picked, can access the brief, order products, track packages, upload content for approval and chat with us through our Colab app. In other words, we have compressed the process to its core, turned the table, so the content creators pick the brand, and assembled all necessary steps and communication in one place. One of the most crucial factors in our approach is the community we build and nurture. We are very selective regarding brands we collaborate with and content creators. Hence, insofar as possible, we prioritise working with authentic brands and mainly content creators with some edge in a niche market, making them valuable to the brands wanting exposure to their particular niche. Colab began because we all saw how the influencer marketing industry was speeding out of control with the perception that the greater the reach, the better the candidate, at the expense of prices going through the roof, despite a lack of transparency and all campaign-associated data showing how well the campaign performed. In combination with the fact that trust tends to be more prevalent among nano and micro-influencers and their audience, mainly driven by their ability to create content that is perceived as more authentic and relatable, which can lead to greater credibility among their followers, additionally, making their engagement rates higher than Macro-influencers. Colab autogenerates a digestible data report on campaign performance comprised of every content creator participating in the campaign, which gives an overview of the content, the reach, impression rate and many more metrics. In Colab, it is, therefore, not crucial whether you have 2.000 followers or 200.000 followers as long as you are authentic and make an effort in what you are creating and posting regardless of what it is.

Kleda

Kleda is a platform that allows users to share their personal styles and earn money from it. The platform allows users to create a profile to showcase and share pictures of their clothing style, as well as add links to where the clothing items were purchased. These links are then transformed into "deep links" that enable tracking of purchases made through a given user's clothing style. Users who share their styles on the platform will receive a commission of approximately 10-20% on sales made through these links. Kleda facilitates transactions between users and clothing stores, with the aim of making it easier for users to shop for clothes and get inspiration to create a good clothing style. Kleda solves several problems in the fashion industry. Consumers often experience friction when they have to visit multiple different stores or websites to find the clothes they want. Kleda provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by offering multiple stores on one platform. Additionally, Kleda provides publishers with a platform to build their own brand and earn money through collaborations with clothing stores. Kleda provides clothing stores with an easy way to sell products directly to consumers on a platform that already has a large and engaged user base, thereby increasing their visibility and revenue. Kleda has three different customer groups. The first group is shopping customers who use the Kleda app to find and purchase clothes from various stores on an easy and user-friendly platform. The second group is publishers who share their clothing styles and inspire other users. Kleda offers publishers the opportunity to build their personal brand and earn money by collaborating with Kleda's clothing store partners. The third group is clothing stores that want increased visibility and accessibility on a new platform. Kleda provides clothing stores with the opportunity to sell their products directly to customers and collaborate with Kleda to promote their products through campaigns and marketing. Overall, Kleda is solving the problem of the friction and inconvenience that consumers experience when shopping for clothes, while also providing opportunities for publishers and clothing stores to benefit from the platform.

At Ringtail Interactive, we are consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible for a fast-growing development team. We currently have three different departments working on a variety of projects; from a high-quality game platform for creators of all kinds, to a cutting edge game development tool that we believe will change the industry forever, and more. The company is made up of a diverse group of experienced professionals from all around the world united by a passion for games. SPARKI is a marketplace for on-demand & performance-based influencer marketing through user generated content - in form of a mobile application. The idea is that brands should let their customers do the marketing on social media for them with their own, authentic & unique content - only paying creators whose posts reach the predefined views & engagement goals.

Late Lecture

Late Lecture is a student initiative that was works towards inspiring students with free 1 hour keynotes at universities in Copenhagen. Other activities include short articles that aim to give an insight into the work after graduation, these are called shortreads. We are supported by Tuborgfondet and are looking for more students to help organising more Late Lectures at your university as well. Furthermore, we would like to make more articles that can help give an insight into life after work. Lunsjkollektivet er en fleksibel og digital kantineløsning, som skal revolusjonere jobblunsjen. Vi har store planer for vekst de neste årene og skal etablere oss internasjonalt.
