Making it safe, easy and secure to by a used item will make more people choose used items instead of buying new witch will lead to a greener consumption.

We prevent dangerous and unwanted motion through a patented mechanical and autonomous emergency brake system.Our technology is the world´s only brake system that reacts to changes in motion opposed to motion itself enabling immensly shorter stop distance compared to existing technologies. In addition to emergency braking, our technology is also able to prevent overspeed and control line and web tension.The next big Swedish industry in its making. We are a startup currently looking for funding in order to prevent serious accidents.The journey started many years ago when one of the founders, who is a watchmaker, decided to solve a problem still thought to be unsolvable: eliminate backlash on fishing reels without reducing performance. Today we have several working prototypes that provides both longer casts and eliminates backlash ultimately allowing anglers to fish longer.As we've worked and developed the technology other applications have been identified and verified. The patented technology is a platform that can be used in a multitude of applications where fishing reels is only one. Now we are developing a new type of emergency brake system for elevators that reduces stop distance from meters to centimeters.We want to provide safer motion.

Our product core is an automatic search engine which can produce a quotation of any car maintenance or repair job the vehicle manufacturer has described. The core is used to automate garages quotation process to minimize their workload. With our service garages can focus on their key selling point; customer service. JackFinder is a startup founded in 2017 and located in Maria 01 startup campus. We are currently two guy team and a bunch of advisors and investors supporting us. We both Akseli and Heikki are engineers (our soft spot is weird old cars) and a bit nerdy, but you don’t have to be. Njus aggregate news from hundreds of Swedish news sources, and at the same time offers the opportunity for freelance journalists across the country to make money by publishing local news in the platform.  Njus was launched as beta in spring 2017 and has since been working close to users to develop the ultimate news app. We now have over 100,000 visitors per month and receive over 2,000 news per day from over 500 news sources. We have a central editorial editor who reviews reporters and content. We are currently a team of 8 with different ages, competences and backgrounds. We have journalists working with the central editorial desk and we have a development team with UX- and graphics designers and programmers.  We get a lot of positive feedback from our users and a lot of media attention so we are frequently reminded about that we have a huge impact. But that doesn't mean we take ourself to seriously. We are having good laughs together all the time.
