Despite its importance, mental training remains underutilized, especially in grassroots and academy-level sports. With over 50% of players reporting struggles with confidence and performance pressure, this is a problem that affects millions of young athletes worldwide. The How: Mindbuddy bridges the gap between mental training and accessibility by delivering tailored sports psychology tools directly to players’ phones. Using AI, the app helps players set SMART goals, generate visualization tracks, and build mental routines for training and matches. For clubs, Mindbuddy offers a simple platform to track team well-being, measure progress, and provide coaches with actionable insights - allowing mental training to seamlessly integrate into the day-to-day routines of both players and teams. The Why: As a professional footballer for 18 years, including many as captain of Vålerenga, I’ve experienced firsthand the enormous pressure players face. It wasn’t until the latter part of my career, when I discovered the power of mental training, that I realized how much better prepared and focused I could be. That sparked the idea for Mindbuddy. I wanted to create a tool that made mental training accessible to every young athlete, breaking down the barriers of stigma and cost, and ensuring they can unlock their full potential - both on and off the pitch.

Plando gør det nemt og overskueligt at arbejde med vedligeholdelse og forbedring af en ejendom - eller hele ejendomsporteføljer. Samtidig sikrer Plando overblik over bygningers CO2e-rejse og energimærke - noget som kun bliver vigtigere i fremtiden, hvor krav om bæredygtighed og ESG-rapportering (virksomheders miljømæssige, sociale og ledelsesmæssige rapportering) vil fylde endnu mere. Derudover vil der det kommende år være endnu større fokus på egne interne projekter og produkter inden for AI feltet. Vi startede med udelukkkende at udbyde kurser i AI til danske virksomheder, med stort fokus på praktik. Vi afholder stadig mange kurser, men oplever oftere og oftere, at folk søger yderligere specialist hjælp til projekter. Hvorfor vi udvider den gren. Udover HverdagsAI.dk driver vi også "subbrandsne" ChatGPTkursus.dk og Copilotkursus.dk. Plus et par andre brands/produkter, der snart vil blive lanceret.
