Supercoach

Supercoach is made for football coaches all around the world, who want to make it easier to help their players excel at the sport. Our app contains a large number of pre-made practices, custom designed for ages 6-15 years. All practices come with detailed video instructions to make explaining them to the players a breeze.

Dashl

Dashl is digital beauty booking concierge providing beauty services for everyone, anywhere. You come to us in one of our Beauty Bars (currently at H&M and IvyRevel), or we come to you at home, work or your hotel room. Dashl’s vision is to redefine the beauty industry, for consumers and professionals, through a trusted and scalable tech platform which provides high quality beauty services wherever, whenever.  Let’s be completely honest, we do like a bit of a challenge. That’s why we’ve set out to build a platform like no other. Usually people build either a marketplace, or a digital booking platform, a photo sharing app, or a payment solution. We decided to build a platform with all of those features. Why? Because it’s 2017 and it’s ridiculous that we don't have information about a hair or beauty professionals availability, pricing, portfolio and reviews in one single place. Oh, and then the ability to turn that content to commerce. With Dashl you can Book the Look. We want to ensure that our users have access to all of their hair and beauty needs at the tip of their fingers. After all, they don’t call us a personal digital beauty concierge for nothing *brushes off shoulders*.   The Dashl team is diverse from different backgrounds and cultures. We all have very different professional backgrounds, skillsets and experiences, which when brought together creates magic. We all get along really well and have fun working. We think it's important not only to be passionate of what you do but also looking forward to going into the office and working with your colleagues. Team Dashl is driven by innovation and problem solving. We never look for quick fixes, as we know that dedication and hard work will continue to strengthen the foundation that we have already built. We like to work with people that are creative, driven and dedicated. We have an inclusive mentality, where we encourage ideas and suggestions as everyone plays an important role. Although we all have very clear responsibilities and work independently we are team players when and where required as we’re working together towards a shared goal.   We like to set trends as opposed to follow them, and that’s the kind of people that we want to work with and have in our team! Ardoq

Documentation of the things that make your organization function – processes, systems, capabilities, strategies – can quickly get spread out across many tools.  Ardoq keeps that information in a single place and makes sure it stays up-to-date through automation and collaboration. We offer a complete SaaS solution using some of the most exciting technology.  Working at numerous companies, big and small, we always had trouble finding historical documentation. It took days to navigate the local system architecture. And even when we found documentation, the lack of standardization made things even harder. To make matters worse, we never really understood the big picture, “how were we affecting other teams, processes, and systems?” we could never know. All this wasted time was costing these companies money and causing employees huge amounts of frustration, especially when new staff arrived. So we decided to stop pulling our hair out and created a lightweight, easy-to-use alternative to the solutions you find in enterprise architecture and documentation software.

Optolexia

Optolexia offers a new method for early and reliable detection of dyslexia. We use eye tracking and machine learning to identify patterns that are unique in kids with characteristics of dyslexia. We started in Sweden, in schools and municipalities, and we are right now introducing our method in new, international markets such as France and Dubai. We are a team consisting of researchers, developers, teachers, and marketers. We are all experts in our specific fields and complement each other well. Everyone does what they do best, and therefore we base our work on trust. Our vision is clear: every child with reading and writing difficulties should get support from early on, and consequently have full access to the written word. We base our offering on science so evidence and research are important to us. We maintain a very informal tone at the office, and we offer flexible work hours and location. We need to approach our customers differently depending on the industry, but we aim to speak their language and understand their challenges. Our expertise and shared vision of making education accessible to everyone, with or without difficulties, are what define us.

Gro Play

We are a game studio with a social mission. We want to entertain kids and families while also changing the way people think about important issues like health and sustainability. Games are simply great tools for learning. We are targeting the entire family, from grandmother to grandchild, which creates a common playground for all family members. Groplay is a game changer. We bridge the gap between age groups; we learn kids about important issues, and we entertain. We are interested in doing good. Social responsibility is not just a central part in our games, but in every aspect of how we work. For instance, we have recruited people with disabilities and we have worked with MISA. Doing so is obvious to us. We are aiming to merge high-level entertainment with human issues to get kids to relate to problems in a playful way. If we can make it fun and accessible, we can increase interest in social issues among children. Further, we want to create a common playground for both children and their parents and grandparents. We are a multinational team. Some of us work from home, some in Stockholm, some in Poland and some in Hungary: we assume this makes us a virtual team. Despite this, we speak every day, and we have Monday meetings to update each other and share input. We recognize effort, and we celebrate when we reach milestones.

Arctic Coliving | Voss & Lofoten

Arctic Coliving is a coworking lodge and adventure club with first location in the mountains of Voss, Norway! 🇳🇴 Set above the majestic fjords of western Norway, Arctic Coliving Voss blends mountain lodge living with a practical, community-first basecamp for adventure sports. The original lodge was built in 1939 by students from 20 nations and offers both private and shared rooms, a sauna, shared kitchen, heated pool, and cafe with a real pizza oven, as well as on-site coffee roasting and gear storage. A new coworking space is in the works to comfortably support up to 20 concurrent workstations when we open the doors this spring. We have our own train stop between Bergen and Oslo, making it ideal for digital nomads, remote teams, and adventure-seekers to conveniently work and play in the epic mountains of Norway. Our Lofoten lodge is opening September, 2026 in Henningsvær! 🏔️

Nordic Mylk

Our company has been founded on the accelerating wave of people consuming plant-based foods and beverages. Many of these people - our target audience - have taken highly conscious decisions to decrease their consumption of animal-based foods of beverages for a variety of reasons such as health, environment, ethics and economy. However, a significant proportion of these people are facing a serious dilemma as it turns out a lot of packaged plant-based foods - and especially pre-made beverages (plant-milks) - are ultra-processed (for the sake of shelf life and taste) and filled with various additives and sugar. This unfortunately makes them significantly less healthy and nutritious compared to conventional cow-milk, which is a clear and unintended aspect of people choosing plant-based fodder and beverages. By providing an easy-to-use, convenient and fast method for producing own plant-based milk, Nordic Mylk enables people to reduce their animal-based food and beverage consumption, shifting to plant-based ingredients - but doing so in way that retains quality, health and taste - while being a more economic solution at the same time. We want to be mission-driven on the purpose of consuming plant-based food and beverages - and Doing It Yourself We want to spark a (more than competition) creative recipe-universe so people unfold the taste-potential of plants We want to be a 2-way where and put users centre stage to share content, recipes and experiments with each other

SPEDA

SPEDA makes health data more accessible! We build software to automate data extraction and structuring from electronic health record systems to increase efficiency in clinical research and help them create the best possible treatments for patients. Health data infrastructure is messy, and interoperability is a big challenge. In clinical research, data is transferred manually from one digital system to another. The manual process slows research by years, and expenses for the manual labor are estimated to be in the six-digit range (DKK). The global clinical research market is worth 54 billion USD, and at least 20% is spent on manual data extraction processes. SPEDA utilizes a mashup of technologies to build the software infrastructure that makes data transfer automatic. This ranges from integrations with healthcare systems to the use of genAI to structure healthcare data. Better utilization of health records is essential to build the future of healthcare. Everything from cutting-edge ML models for preventative and personalized medicine to drug development is dependent on high-quality data. If the infrastructure is not built, innovation and development is slowed, and we will see a decrease in the quality of care.

SILVERS

SILVERS is a Copenhagen-based project that gives people access to the knowledge and expertise of the senior generation. It is a platform for local seniors (we call them “Silvers”) to host intimate dinners and workshops to share their wisdom and life experience. Our Silvers include creatives, community leaders, educators, and pioneers. Guests are invited into real homes, studios, and personal spaces across the city and nearby areas. These include a sustainable tiny house in Christiania, an art-filled apartment in Frederiksberg, and a community collective in Roskilde. Around the dinner table or through guided conversation, guests explore topics like sustainability, identity, creativity, and belonging - all through the lens of lived experience. We offer a unique space where active seniors host unique activities, showcase their talent and bridge the gap between generations. Our core value is to bring all the expertise from the senior set through real life experiences. We want to create the ultimate solution where seniors share their existing knowledge and people get inspired, meet a broader circle and live unforgettable experiences. #agingiscool

MindMind

According to WHO, 15% of all young people will get a mental health diagnosis before they turn 18. MindMind is a Danish startup developing tools for mental wellness. The first product launched is called BiBi (short for Breathing Buddy), and is a tool designed to guide users how to perform four specific evidence based breathing exercises to find calm, focus and mental balance. It is already today used in educational settings such as primary and secondary school, in hospitals, and by individuals suffereing from anxiety, stress, PTSD, and much much more. The company is located on the beautiful island Bornholm, in the Baltic Sea, from where all development and design takes place.
