Praice Aps

Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and even Princess Diana have an essential thing in common: it was their personalities that changed the world, not their cv. Praice is a Saas platform that helps HR and recruiters to bring any applicant’s personality into the recruitment process. We enable them to consider candidates’ personalities in the same way they can with experience or grades. We aim high and proudly collaborate with some of the biggest companies in Denmark being e.g. PFA, TDC, 3 Mobile Praice is a company that offers a lot of involvement, creative freedom and personal ownership to its team members. We are ambitious but believe we manage to find a great balance between work, fun, and general free time.We like you to be around the office as much as you can – and by contract everyone have assigned office hours. But team members should work when they feel like working, since delivering the best possible product is what matters.Founded in the middle of 2014 we are still young in ”company age” but know what matters: Personalities. The team spirit is key, and that is what drives us. Together we make a difference, and collaborately we learn to become the best we can be.   Our vision is to ”Empower everyone to make qualified people decisions” - and while skills a commonly easy to expose, personality is just as important, and Praice is the most simple and trustworthy way to provide that information.

Mofibo

Mofibo started in Copenhagen (2013) as one of the world’s first book subscription services. We are currently in three countries and will be expanding into more countries within the next 12 months. Our overall goal is to transform the way millions of people interact with books, through using a data-driven and customer centric approach to fundamentally change the reading experience crosses multiple countries. We are a fast growing, innovative and extremely fun company to work at - we can’t hold ourselves back from getting new ideas. Tradeshift

Founded in 2010, Tradeshift is the world's largest business commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers. Tradeshift connects over 1.5 million companies across 190 countries, processes over half a trillion USD in transactions value yearly, and has a marketplace containing 28 million SKUs.  Tradeshift is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Copenhagen, New York, London, Paris, Suzhou, Chongqing, Tokyo, Munich, Frankfurt, Sydney, Bucharest, Oslo and Stockholm.

Dinero

Dinero wants to be the leading supplier of accounting systems for small companies. The idea is to make it possible for everyone to control their invoices, VAT declarations and vouchers. They do that by crowdsourcing data and finding patterns in the way companies do their book-keeping. Then they present that knowledge to other companies. In other words Dinero is the worlds first social acconting system. It is simple and user-friendly and found on the principle that it should be easy and cheep to manage ones accounts. On the long run Dinero wants to offer other services like credit ratings, collective shopping and a social help function.

TrueMass

Today, companies report sustainability metrics using estimates, averages, and spreadsheets. That creates noise, greenwashing risk, and enormous manual work. ESG reporting is becoming mandatory under regulations like CSRD, but the underlying data foundation is broken. We fix that. Our platform parses real accounting and procurement data and converts it into structured, auditable, product-level environmental insights. Instead of guessing emissions from spend categories, we calculate impact based on actual quantities, materials, and suppliers. We turn financial transactions into physical truth.

SQUARELY

SQUARELY Copenhagen is a Danish design brand creating sustainable wooden planters, wooden plant systems, and acoustic solutions for offices, hospitality, and commercial spaces. We operate at the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and the growing plant & indoor nature industry. As companies increasingly invest in wellbeing, ESG initiatives, and biophilic design, the demand for integrated plant solutions in commercial environments continues to rise.

KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. We develop, own and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell the clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

StreamWerk

Plug&Play Audience Streams – for Conferences, Events, Tours and Public Spaces. StreamWerk is a technology provider that enables event planners and video/sound engineers to plug&play streams from multiple sources and broadcast AI mixed channels to screens and headphones in all kinds of hybrid events. Based on AuraCast and other emerging audio/video broadcasting technologies.

SILVERS

SILVERS is a Copenhagen-based project that gives people access to the knowledge and expertise of the senior generation. It is a platform for local seniors (we call them “Silvers”) to host intimate dinners and workshops to share their wisdom and life experience. Our Silvers include creatives, community leaders, educators, and pioneers. Guests are invited into real homes, studios, and personal spaces across the city and nearby areas. Firtal Tech

Firtal Tech is a part of Firtal Group, owned by Matas A/S. Our primary product is SELVEO, an e-commerce logistics management SaaS, hyperfocused and -optimized towards modern e-commerce businesses. SELVEO was born from a need from our sister company, Firtal Web, to fulfill orders, manage stock and do purchasing in a highly efficient manner. SELVEO is currently in closed beta and is used by multiple e-commerce businesses - big and small. The ambition is to become "Shopify for e-commerce logistics." The platform is so simple that it's easy to use even with 20-30 orders a day and up to 5.000 orders and beyond (our current customers represent all parts of that range). On the technical side, SELVEO is built API-first and made up of several microservices written in multiple languages (Go, NodeJS, Rust, PHP), depending on which language best suits the service.

Aino.ar

Aino.ar (www.aino.ar) is democratizing design by building the easiest 3D configurator & space designer. Our self-built 3D engine gives unprecedented flexibility and ease of use directly in the browser; fully configurable products and spaces, sharing, AR, pricing etc - all wrapped in an easy and fun user experience. Our AI transforms the way we reimagine the spaces around us. Our customers are design brands and retailers. One day, consumers. Founded by senior 3D, gaming (e.g Supercell), and technology experts. We are helping our customers to supercharge their customer experience, increase conversions and sales, and making purchasing from them both enjoyable and fun. We have raised more than 800,000 euros from prominent angel and pre-seed investors from Europe and US. We are value-driven and aim to have a positive impact.
