KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Book My Ride

Introducing Book My Ride Book My Ride began with a simple mission — to help local taxi companies compete in a world dominated by global ride apps. We noticed that most taxi companies in Sweden still run everything manually. Calls come in, staff write down addresses, and drivers wait for instructions — a process that costs fleets hundreds of thousands of kronor every month and often frustrates passengers with delays or missed rides. We believed there had to be a smarter way. That’s where Book My Ride comes in. We’ve built two connected products that work hand in hand to modernize the taxi industry. Our first product is an AI-powered Dispatch System that replaces call centers entirely. It can take bookings through phone, chat, email, app, or website — just like a human operator, but faster and cheaper. Taxi companies get their own white-label passenger app, branded in their name, and a powerful backend that automates the entire flow from booking to dispatch. Many fleets, like MiniTaxi in Gothenburg, now save over 260,000 SEK each month by switching to Book My Ride. Our second product is the Book My Ride Marketplace — Sweden’s first nationwide taxi marketplace. It brings together fleets from across the country, allowing passengers to compare, choose, and book rides in one place. The marketplace gives smaller companies visibility and new customers they would never reach alone, while giving passengers more choice and transparency. Together, these two products create a complete ecosystem — where taxi companies can operate efficiently with AI, and passengers can find rides anywhere in Sweden through a single app. Book My Ride was founded by Karthik Sengottaian, who saw firsthand how much time and money local fleets were losing just to keep up with everyday bookings. His goal was simple: to give every taxi company, no matter its size, access to the same technology that powers the biggest players — but with full ownership, control, and a local touch. Today, we’re live with multiple fleets across Gothenburg and Stockholm and are preparing to scale across Scandinavia. Book My Ride is redefining what it means to run a taxi company — AI-powered, fully digital, and proudly Swedish.

Cuiz Game Design is a game design studio that aims to communicate academic & scientific knowledge of our sustainable future through the experience of game playing. We design, develop and consult game learning solutions on topics such as climate change, sustainability & circular economy. Climate change and sustainability are no longer buzz words, but global priorities, new climate policies, and commitments create new jobs and demands for knowledge upgrade so we can do our job in the low carbon future. Our survey showed that working professionals are motivated to learn but often overestimate how much they know about sustainability and climate. This inspired us to create games that people can erase this illusion and learn what’s needed to be successful at their job

We are a Danish food production company creating powerful cooking ingredients to make food taste better. Our goal is to support a successful plant-based transition by delivering naturally transformed pastes, liquids and powders. Using advanced fermentation processes, we extract the umami flavor from protein-rich peas to create balanced, versatile and powerful food enhancers for professionals. Nordic Koji's miso is a fermented bean paste made with Danish organic ingredients. Advanced fermentation turns simple products into a concentrated and versatile umami enhancer used in cooking.

At Kryptoskatt, we are building a One-Stop-Shop Solution to help monitor, manage and report Cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets Kryptoskatt (Krypto + Skatt means Crypto Tax in Swedish). We are a Swedish company with a mission to help the crypto-economy reach its maximum potential. We created a product to address the much growing problem of crypto mass adoption. The idea and need for our platform became more evident when handling our own crypto portfolios and after talking with hundreds of users, accountants and tax authorities. We started with this radical idea of building a One-Stop-Shop platform that reduces the complexity of starting and participating in the crypto-economy. Today, we offer an easy-to-use platform that can help individuals, accountants, tax authorities across the globe to monitor, manage and report cryptocurrencies and digital assets(NFTs). Our journey doesn't stop here, together with our team, community and partners we are determined to grow and drive the adoption of the crypto-economy to reach its maximum potential.

Quickit

YOU KNOW IT Sitting at a Restaurant and trying to get in contact with a waiter to either order or pay the bill. You can see that the staff is busy and not very easy to get eye contact with. In some cases it takes 10-15 minutes to either order or pay the bill. THE SOLUTION IS It’s a software developed to assist the staff while serving all the visiting guests by allowing the guests to order and pay through their own smartphones. This application minimizes waiting time and dispersion of bacteria, it eliminates queues and increases up sales. Despite all of that it’s also a direct marketing channel between restaurant and guest. Vision: Quickit’s vision is to be the leading Scandinavian ordering and paying application when dining in. Mission: Quickit aims to streamline the service by assisting the waiters and become the quickest and easiest way to order and pay. Problems solved with Quickit - Minimizing waiting time - Eliminating queues - Empty tables - Streamlining service - Up sale - Marketing directly to the guests We were a bunch of girls who enjoyed meeting up at cafés to chat about all and nothing for hours, as a break from our exams and boyfriends. We would buy a café latte and then one more and sometimes we would have wine instead. The only problem we met again and again, were the time we had to wait for the waiter in between our orders and mainly when we wanted to pay the bill and leave. Often the result were that we wouldn’t order the extra café latte or glass of wine, because it simply took to long time. The subject of our conversation then changed into how we could solve this problem and optimize our visits and so the concept began to take shape. Not only would the concept solve the problem that gave us the idea, but it’s beneficial for so many other reasons. Like during Covid where we need to social distance and the restaurants gets a direct marketing channel to their guests to promote themselves and set up nice deals to fill their tables. With my (Anne Sofie, Founder) 7 year industry knowledge from being a waiter and manager alongside with my studies, I could then put together the two needs from respectively a business and an user and create a beneficial concept that would make the restaurant experience even better!
