Grayn AS

Grayn is a female-founded, Norwegian green tech startup that develops a real-time sustainability accounting system for businesses. This software enables our users to track, manage, and reduce their environmental and social footprint at scale across their organisations. Our mission is to make sustainability easy by tracking progress and achievements in an efficient, intuitive, transparent, and traceable way. By incorporating elements of machine learning, automation, big data, and blockchain we can accelerate the speed at that companies reach their sustainability goals. We have seen exponential interest in our product, even at an early stage, and we now work closely with a diverse group of clients in the Nordics and DACH region to develop an MVP. Therefore we are looking for a full-stack developer who is eager to build an efficient, secure, and scalable back- and front-end software system in close cooperation with an external team of developers.

Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. SoftOx Solutions AS

Antibiotic resistance and bacterial infections are a large threat to modern healthcare. The Norwegian company SoftOx Solutions has developed a patented technology with the potential of becoming a game changer in fighting infections. To achieve this SoftOx has a highly competent organization and established a long-term relationship with leading scientists from the University of Copenhagen and Excite International, Canada. SoftOx wound cleansing solution shall become the first antiseptic with solid clinical evidence of infection removal in chronic wounds, giving us a unique market position in a 90 billion NOK wound care market.

Ably Medical

Together with four Norwegian hospitals, we have developed the next generation hospital bed. A bed that prevents pressure ulcers, fall and reduce nurse load by removing heavy lifting and monitors the patients state, non intrusive. Have recieved contracts in Toronto that accelerates development, and secures uptake and sales if the clinical trial goes as planned.

BRGN AS

The Norwegian fashion brand BRGN was founded in 2015 by Ros-Mari Tobiassen Gaundal and Karine Trellevik Lunde. Their mission is to offer great alternatives to the traditional all-weather jacket, through high-quality garments and shoes that can be worn on any occasion and in any kind of weather. Their technical and waterproof products, designed for a functional and urban lifestyle, are now sold by over a hundred retailers in Norway, Germany, France, and the UK in addition to their two concept stores in Oslo and Bergen. BRGN set a new turnover record in 2021, at 25.8 MNOK. Up from 16. MNOK in 2020.

We want to create better options for healthy living, and doing it in an unseen, fun and revolutionary way. We are a small but ambitious team, working on expanding The Organic Crave ® to international standards and penetrate new markets. At the moment we sell our products to the Nordic markets, as well as The Netherlands and Germany.

Akademikernes Startup

Akademikernes Startup er blandt Danmarks største og mest succesfulde iværksætterprogrammer. Siden programmets begyndelse har vi hjulpet over 1.400 virksomheder med at tage deres første skridt mod succes. Programmet er et intensivt tre-måneders forløb, der gennemføres cirka tre gange årligt med 50 deltagere på hvert hold. Her mødes engagerede iværksættere på vores kontor for at danne et stærkt og dynamisk fællesskab, hvor idéer udvikles og vokser i samarbejde med eksperter og ligesindede. I takt med at vi videreudvikler Akademikernes Startup, arbejder vi også på at styrke vores brandtilstedeværelse og øge kendskabet til programmet gennem sociale medier.
