We have a web app called Carrot bank. A company that uses a carrot bank has: - better employer image - more motivated employees - more productive staff The purpose of the carrot bank is to motivate members/people to perform tedious tasks or additional tasks. On the other hand, it is intended to reward the perpetrators of those tasks for their work. This allows staff to focus on what is essential and important to the company. Example 1: The controversy over the coffee brewing turn ended like a wall after the introduction of the Carrot Bank. The time previously spent on daily arguing who will make coffee, is now in billable work. Example 2: Construction workers are motivated to use the waiting time to do other work, such as cleaning and finishing a completed site or helping a co-worker.
