Zoly

Zoly is the first automated online marketplace for buying and selling secondhand fashion to men. The clothing industry is currently standing as the worlds second most polluted industry, right under the oil-industry. It is estimated that around 85% of our clothes end up in landfills or burned according to calpirg.org. Comparing the CO2 emission of new clothes vs secondhand clothes, it is estimated by thredUP that new clothes has a 5,7 times higher CO2 emission. Our mission is to change that. We want to make secondhand the future mindset of clothing by attracting sellers and buyers to our marketplace where we have developed an automated system that makes it unbelievably easy for the seller to sell his/her clothes and for the buyer to easily filter through thousands of preowned clothing items as well as having a return-policy so the customer can always shop safely.

Buzz - Virtual Office for Remote Teams

Buzz is the virtual office platform where remote and distributed teams connect to work together - as effortlessly as if they were sitting in the same room. Users can see where their team mates are and if they are available, jump in and out of voice or video rooms without creating links and simply talk or screen share in one click. By re-thinking today’s technologies and enhancing them with intentional and smart UX, Buzz aims to translate a lot of the interactions that happen when working in a physical office, into their equivalent virtual representation. So that people can interact and express themselves without limitations or friction. Heaply

Heaply is an upcoming plant-based confectionery brand on a mission to make chocolate eating for everyone. It is a colorful chocolate universe that will create a lot of smiles and that hopefully many people can relate to. Our portfolio currently consists of five tasty plant-powered (and addictive) chocolate products including milk-free chocolate coated almonds & liquorice and banana mallows covered with dark chocolate. We are furthermore constantly working on bringing even more cool ideas to life! We take pride in thinking different, using heaps of humor and that our products will convince non-vegan people too. Actually, our products are for everybody, and we know that sounds too much of a target group but hey... if you taste our choccies you will definitely understand. The lack of newness and limited options in the Danish confectionery industry, gave us the courage to get started and chase the position as frontrunner of plant-powered confectionery in Denmark. We are currently super busy with everything from new products, updates of our packaging, cool marketing initiatives and lots of SoMe stuff! We have a long way to go but our products taste fantastic! (at least that's what we think - and luckily we also had lots of positive feedback from customers all over Europe!) Relocare Taxation International ApS

Relocare has developed Relocare Compliance App which helps companies and employees to be safe and compliant at work in EU. Relocare Compliance App is a digital tool for social security and application for A1 certificates for business travelers, and for handling of compliance and applications under Posted Workers Directive. Both EU directives causes a lot of problems for companies that work cross borders, and we at Relocare have the solution. Relocare Compliance App, handles all data management for EU and EEA countries for A1 applications. We provide HR with a full overview in the Dashboard for A1 applications and compliance for all EU and EEA countries. In addition, we have automatic application for A1 to the authorities in Denmark and Sweden and thereby save between 30 to 60 minutes per application. Business travelers traveling without an A1 risk fines of € 5,000 as well as claims for social security payments in the country they visit for work purposes. It has been a legal requirement for years, but the new thing is that the countries have established a common communication system which makes it much easier to control the A1 applications and employees. Legal registration requirements are required even for a business travel of just a few hours duration, so it is quite serious and demands a lot for the companies. HR and admin can create reports in the Social Security App from a Dashboard where they can see the estimated travel activity from each country 12 months ahead, the individual employee's travel activity and the total travel activity when the employees have confirmed that they are traveling for the company. Relocare Compliance App also comes with a warning if an employee travel into a country where they do not have social secuirty, and HR can always get an overview of the countries the employees have applied for A1 for via the App. There is no doubt that we see significantly increased control and employees after / during Corona are significantly more aware of whether the company takes care of them. Relocare Compliance App secure the employees on the business trip and ensure that they do not lose their social security rights.

CrewNew

We're building various products for remote software developers and a re-seller platform for our customers who refer, re-sell and partner (manage software projects) with us. We're building a platform of freelance and in-house development teams across various mostly Eastern European countries (from Estonia to Balkan countries). Our customers are individual salespeople who sell web/mobile apps but also small agencies who need tested quality developers. The platform allows them to add their profit margin and either re-sell their services under the CrewNew name or white label. All our products can be installed in customers' servers and be branded by them. Our main products: 1. Platform of developers and managing projects. Like UpWork and many other similar platforms but there's a project manager user between customer and dev team, not client + developer only. The project manager can be the re-sellers' PM or from our platform. It has built-in Escrow payments, invoicing and integration with free WaveApps accounting software. All our apps are built on top of Hasura so we have easy API integration with any external software. 2. ATS (applicant tracking system) for our in-house recruiters & for customers. Built-in scraper for fetching developers from Github, LinkedIn, StackOverflow and many other platforms. ML models to suggest recruiters who to contact first. One difference from other ATSs: every skill is rated by developer and recruiter / interviewing lead developer. Eg. someone may have a skill React rated higher but VueJS lower. 3. Trello-like Kanban board integrated with Slack-like open-source team chat Zulip (including chatbots that ask when team member works less hours than expected, doesn't appear to work on-time and much more). Kanban board is integrated into our TimeDoctor-like time tracker. It tracks time to the correct project/task automatically so the developers don't need to put any effort to track time for the right project/task. They just need to use the board that keeps the projects' board always up to date. Time tracker part we launch open-source because it has access to screen, keyboard and mouse so it must be transparent what information is sent out from the PC. A lot of information is used locally to automatically track the right project/task and to increase productivity (a lot of functionality that popular productivity app ResqueTime has). Our core team has experience with both TimeDoctor and ResqueTime since 2014 so we have picked the best functionality from both and integrated it with the Kanban board.
