Swed Fintech AB is developing tech-driven investor outreach and capital allocation programs to help emerging finance talent bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice through advanced, systematic learning. There is a critical gap between traditional finance education and the demands of a modern, technology-driven investment ecosystem. Many talented individuals struggle to translate academic knowledge into real-world investor relations, capital allocation, and relationship management skills. This problem affects graduates, career changers, and even early-stage professionals — limiting their ability to build successful careers and slowing innovation in the financial sector. Swed Fintech AB is tackling this problem by integrating advanced tech, systematic research, and global best practices into a unique internship program. Interns work side-by-side with senior professionals to gain firsthand exposure to capital raising, investor outreach, and allocator psychology, while also interacting with modern CRM systems, outreach automations, and AI-based research tools. We blend human skills with technology to deliver a transformative learning experience rooted in Nordic excellence and strategic thinking. bclude is a digital leave platform for managing maternity, paternity, parental leave, and long-term sick leave to help People & Culture teams and organizations streamline their processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the employee experience during leave. Our solution automates complex tasks, ensuring automated reimbursement and offering seamless communication between employees and employers. The problem we're solving is the time-consuming and manual management of parental leave, sick leave, and related processes. People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.

About Us: Monogram is a startup focused on art inventory management for individuals and businesses. The project originated from the realization that 98% of all art buyers/collectors do not have a digital inventory system. In addition to inventory management, the platform has two other main features: a social component where users can view other collectors' collections and a marketplace where users can sell works without a middleman. The product currently exists as an MVP being evaluated by a test panel.
