Vi vil helst ikke sige det højt, for det er ekstremt hypet, men… Vi arbejder med AI. Alt lige fra rådgivning, til udvikling og implementering af AI – you name it, we got it. Det betyder at vi rådgiver kunder om, hvordan de implementerer AI i deres forretning på en måde så de sikre, at man er compliant (AI forordningen, GDPR og jeg skal gi dig skal jeg), har styr på governance (looking at you OpenAI), omkostninger (still looking) osv. Men også at vi selv udvikler og implementerer løsningerne (kode, kode og mere kode). Det er både træning af modeller, optimering af vektordatabaser, opsætning af kubernetes clusters, design af chatbots og en masse andet, mere eller mindre AI relaterede opgaver. SPEDA makes health data more accessible! We build software to automate data extraction and structuring from electronic health record systems to increase efficiency in clinical research and help them create the best possible treatments for patients. Health data infrastructure is messy, and interoperability is a big challenge. In clinical research, data is transferred manually from one digital system to another. The manual process slows research by years, and expenses for the manual labor are estimated to be in the six-digit range (DKK). The global clinical research market is worth 54 billion USD, and at least 20% is spent on manual data extraction processes. SPEDA utilizes a mashup of technologies to build the software infrastructure that makes data transfer automatic. This ranges from integrations with healthcare systems to the use of genAI to structure healthcare data. Better utilization of health records is essential to build the future of healthcare. Everything from cutting-edge ML models for preventative and personalized medicine to drug development is dependent on high-quality data. If the infrastructure is not built, innovation and development is slowed, and we will see a decrease in the quality of care.

Mirage is building a platform that leverages artificial intelligence to seamlessly integrate medical journaling, consent collection, booking, and consulting into a modular "Patient Journey" experience that involves both healthcare providers and patients. Our product was inspired by the challenges we encountered in our own clinics with regard to consultations, patient management, and scheduling. The current options for medical practices often have limited and outdated capabilities and poor integration between medical records, appointments, and payments. In addition, there is typically no interface for patients to monitor their treatment plans or communicate with their healthcare providers. We plan to bridge this gap and provide a comprehensive solution to address these issues. Mirage was founded in 2022 by experts in the field and is currently based in Växjö, Sweden. The future is looking bright and we are eager to bring on more people to join us as we continue to grow and develop.

Time to Raise is a Nordic acceleration program for women-led startups with full focus on fundraising (today in partnership with Microsoft, SEB, Invest Stochkolm and WeWork). Women-led start-ups account for a very small portion of VC funding (0.7% to female-only teams and 7.3 to mixed teams in the Nordics). We are devoted to accelerating the development and adoption of technologies that can help fight climate change by actively removing CO2 from the atmosphere. The challenge We are emitting 50 Gigatons of CO2 every year, and that needs to be reduced by at least 80%. However, that still leaves 10 Gigatons of CO2, and we need to get all the way to zero. Trees are great, but we need many more solutions as well if we are to get to zero. Currently, most of these are way too expensive (and limited in capacity) for companies to use. We've developed a platform that combines methods and makes it available to every company that wants to compensate their emissions.
