SuperEgo is aiming to be the leading company in the field of digital health in Scandinavia.  We have had a flying start by getting European contracts through our collaboration with the Norwegian institute of Public Health and the National Competence Network for Children. Lately, we have changed our focus to gamification and simulated Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to develop new and innovative products for both companies (in private and public health) and consumers.   The people behind SuperEgo is a good mix of personalities and backgrounds. Our team consist of psychologists, doctors and engineers working together, - and having fun while doing it. Our hearts are in making help more available for people who need it. Achieving this goal requires team members that know the administrativ stuff and how to do business. The core team consists of Henning (business development), Geir (management and administration), Tarique (software development and engineering) and Svein (psychology and behavior change). We also have a network of advisors, all being specialists in their field. We also collaborate with user organizations, NTNU, Stanford University and Villa Sult. Games are simply great tools for learning. We are targeting the entire family, from grandmother to grandchild, which creates a common playground for all family members. Groplay is a game changer. We bridge the gap between age groups; we learn kids about important issues, and we entertain. We are interested in doing good. Social responsibility is not just a central part in our games, but in every aspect of how we work. For instance, we have recruited people with disabilities and we have worked with MISA. Doing so is obvious to us. We are aiming to merge high-level entertainment with human issues to get kids to relate to problems in a playful way. If we can make it fun and accessible, we can increase interest in social issues among children. Further, we want to create a common playground for both children and their parents and grandparents. We are a multinational team. Some of us work from home, some in Stockholm, some in Poland and some in Hungary: we assume this makes us a virtual team. Despite this, we speak every day, and we have Monday meetings to update each other and share input. We recognize effort, and we celebrate when we reach milestones.
