Videolink er en unikt hightech kommunikationsystem til lowtech brugere - en slags ”Facetime for Oldies” via TV. Vi ønsker at styrke kontakten mellem generationerne i familien og inkludere eks. ældre familiemedlemmer i deres familie via brug af moderne bruger- og ældrevenlig kommunikations-teknologi. Vores mission er ganske enkelt at fjerne afsavn og minimere ensomheden. Vi har udviklet et helt unikt kommunikations-værktøj (som rent faktisk er en verdensnyhed), der muliggør, at eks. en beboer på et plejehjem, kan kommunikere med sine pårørende via videotale ved brug af eget TV. Og dette helt uden brug af nogen form for tastatur eller fjernbetjening. Det hele foregår automatisk ved, at "den som kalder op” (eks. en pårørende) modtager en SMS på ens smartphone, iPad eller PC, og så klikker vedkommende på dette link, og så starter modtagerens TV automatisk op, og ”videolink samtalen” kan begynde. Når eks. den pårørende "afslutter" videosamtalen, så slukker modtagerens TV helt automatisk igen (eller skifter helt automatisk tilbage til flow TV igen). Ideen opstod bl.a. ved, at vi har oplevet meget "ensomhed" på bl.a. plejehjem, hvor manglende kontakt til de pårørende syntes at påvirke beboernes livskvalitet. Desuden har vi et ønske om "at skabe lidt mere liv" hos den ældre del af befolkningen, som måske ikke er helt så teknologivante som gennemsnittet af befolkningen. Mange har et uopdaget behov for at holde deres familierelationer vedlige, men er måske "teknologi-skræmte", "teknologiske analfabeter", eller mangler motoriske færdigheder, er demente mm. og derfor måske har svært ved at kunne håndtere en iPad eller en smartphone. Det kan vi løse med Videolink, som er utroligt simpelt at anvende og desuden ikke kræver nogen fysisk interageren hos modtageren af videokaldet. Med Videolink, vil vi forbinde familier igen, som f.eks. pga alderdom, sygsom, demens etc. er blevet adskilt fra deres familier f.eks. ved at et ældre familiemedlem er flyttet på plejehjem, og dermed måske geografisk er distanceret fra deres familier. Desuden har den igangværende COVID-19 situation vanskeliggjort besøg på eks. plejehjem. Med Videolink håber vi dermed at kunne øget livskvaliteten og reducere ensomhed og afsavn for familier generelt. Vi giver de ældre borgere, som har skabt vores samfund, "en del af deres liv tilbage".

The top management also have little clue what is happening at the first line level or at different units. Rehappen is a HR-tech product and service company that help managers become sustaible by organizing all employees sick leave data, administration around sick leave and also a help preventing and creating a sustainble corporate culture and leadership. By collecting ALL sickleave data into our tool which is a GDPR-secure platform HR and managers get a full insight in how the situations as an overview and also all the way to an individual. Rehappen has all documentation and processes gathered in the system, and that makes it easy to help individuals. Our tech team is working to get a nuged process where it is easy for managers to do the difficult work around sick leave and unhealth easy. We have 24/7 phonecall and the tool itself is so easy to work with so managers by them self knows thru reminding system what to do. All documentation needed is in the Rehappen-tool, rehab plans, link to insurance company, link to governmental rules and regulations around sick leave, the companies´policy, rehabilitationsplans, early dialouges for preventing unhealthy situations, questions, contact to occupational health specialists. What fired our spark was the unclear situation and difficulties for managers around people with special needs, with a high absence, mental unhealth that rehappen. After many years as HR-director and HR-manager and line managers we we that the process around sick leave is "broken". People are really getting hurt by managers who do not know what to do or how to start when their employees have a difficult situation. HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system. Diwala is a Norwegian-based company that is focused on building opportunities for youth, addressing the global issue of identity theft and certification fraud. Today, displaced individuals and people in emerging markets are challenged by high costs and slow manual processes to verify the authenticity of their skills, identity and credentials. As a result, these individuals have to deal with tedious and out-dated credentialing processes, and are in some cases forced to repeat years of education. This leads to both loss of productivity and inflated unemployment. Imagine that you had to flee your own home because of war. Like Aıscha Najjar, a Syrian doctor turned refugee immigrated to the United States to pursue her dream of work & a safe home. Yet, due to loss of information, she was forced to repeat medical school in the United States. If she had a verifiable skill identity, she might have had the privilege of practicing medicine without any questions. Aıscha`s story amongst others epitomizes the challenge Diwala is addressing. To tackle this challenge, Diwala has created a platform that enables schools and NGOs to issue skill-based identities, backed by blockchain technology. A skill-ID is a digitally verified record of a person’s educational and work history. Diwala is building an ecosystem of trust, by enabling educational institutions and organizations to safely and digitally issue and verify credentials. This will, in turn, save all parties time, money and build a bridge for global work opportunities for untapped talent. Complementing the platform, Diwala has built an app that allows students to easily receive, store and share credentials of both soft and hard skills. By utilizing a decentralized identity management tool, Diwala’s application will also give people ownership of their data information.
