Skovlyst Production A/S

SKOVLYST er en innovativ bryggerivirksomhed. Vores oprindelse udspringer fra den danske skov – Hareskoven for at være helt præcis. Her startede vores brygmester, Casper Møller, med at brygge øl tilbage i 2005, der var inspireret af skovens dufte, smage og oplevelser. Og selvom vi i dag er rykket ud af det lille bryghus i skoven til større faciliteter, så er den stadig essentiel i vores øl og den måde, hvorpå vi bringer gode øl ud til forbrugerne. Eftersom vi udspringer fra skoven, har vi altid følt et ansvar for at passe godt på den. Derfor arbejder vi løbende med at effektivisere og skabe en ansvarlig forretning, som ikke kun tager hensyn, men samtidig også giver tilbage til skoven, i form af genrejsning af dansk folkeskov. Vi arbejder altså med et langsigtet perspektiv på at reducere vores CO2 aftryk.

Nikris offers premium, sustainable plantbased cheese alternatives for cooking in professional kitchens. Cheese is used in various meals. However, there is a need for alternatives as the carbon footprint emissions from conventional cheese is significant. Our products have low carbon footprint emissions and can replace conventional cheeses used in cooking. The characteristics of our products are: good natural taste, good functionality in cooking, have a strong nutritional profile and are free of allergens.

Facecheck

Our startup, Facecheck, addresses the increasing need for innovative solutions in health monitoring. We have a vision to develop a unique platform in the form of an app that enables individuals to digitally measure their body fat percentage using their camera. I (Victor) am looking for a CO-Founder for this startup. I am searching for someone that has experiance with software development, and thats specializing in machine learning. This idea is being realized through extensive data collection, where we have test subjects stand on a health machine that measures their body fat percentage. We then record this and other relevant data while simultaneously taking a picture of the person's face. From there, the vision is to train a neural network using this data. Through facial scanning, it can provide a qualified estimate of the body fat percentage. We are currently actively engaged in this data collection process and anticipate having enough data for a prototype soon. Regarding the market, we have evidence of its existence and interest in our product. We have been in discussions with a fitness chain that has shown interest in our product, which serves as proof of concept. They recognize the potential of our technology to enhance their customers' health monitoring experience. Once we have a prototype in place, we plan to reach out to them with a Letter of Intent (LOI), with the purpose of having them sign on to test our product when it is fully developed. More than 93 million women globally experience birth ruptures and infections from which 110.000 women die every single year. This problem reaches beyond developing countries; in Denmark, 90% of first-time childbirths will lead to ruptures. Women suffering from ruptures experience incontinence, pain during intercourse, prolapsed uterus, amongst other issues requiring medical support, and generally see a huge impact on their quality of life. Complications cost healthcare systems billions every year, even without calculating aftercare to treat side effects and further complications. We have developed a game-changing birth rupture prevention technology that supports midwives and health workers in their efforts to protect the vulnerable perineal area and reduce birth ruptures. It is a medical device that is applied in the pushing phase of labour, providing protection of the perineal wall and dampening the stress on the skin.

Puzzle is here to help brands connect directly to new customers with second to none intermediation by enabling the possibility for groups to buy directly on the brands e-commerce site, and thus tapping into the community of new customers available through the Puzzle network. We want to add a fun new channel to the customer experience journey. Our ambition is to help brands with loyalty, improve how brands reach new customers, average basket sizes and conversion rates. Nordic Boba

Nordic boba, a young startup founded in 2022, has experienced significant growth over the past two years. Specializing in the production of popping boba for bubble tea, Nordic Boba primarily exports within EU. The company has HQ in Aarhus, Denmark. Currently Nordic Boba consists of a small Aarhus based team and collaborative partnerships with various companies. We have customers in over 12 European countries, including retail businesses, restaurants, production facilities and wholesalers. Our mission is to become the leading wholesale provider of bubble tea equipment and supplies.

Paint'R

In the European Union alone, more than 1.5 million paint buckets are discarded daily, constituting a disposal of 340 tons of single-use plastic that is incinerated each day. Starting from early 2023 (2025 in Denmark and Slovenia), manufacturers are obligated to cover the disposal costs of their packaging based on sustainability criteria. In Denmark, this translates to an estimated 15% fee on paint buckets. Furthermore, the conventional round shape of packaging has proven suboptimal for logistics and transportation. Beyond its environmental impact, the traditional paint bucket poses challenges for professional painters. These challenges encompass ergonomic issues during handling, such as the strain of lifting two buckets simultaneously, which exceeds recommended weight limits according to the Working Environment Authority. Painters also find themselves in awkward positions when pouring paint into a roller bucket for wall application. The demanding physical nature of the painting profession in Denmark results in accelerated fatigue and early retirement for painters. Additionally, issues like lid leakage due to dried paint and the use of fragile, porous plastic contribute to unexpected spills, particularly during abrupt vehicle stops. Our innovative solution involves a cardboard box housing two patent-pending plastic bags, each containing 5 liters of paint. This packaging not only enhances the workflow for professional painters but also reduces costs and lowers carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions by approximately 65% per unit. The box's design facilitates easy and ergonomic transportation, allowing for a 45% increase in units per pallet. The box is opened, and one of the bags is inserted into a standard roller bucket used by painters. The bag effortlessly opens and seamlessly fits into the roller bucket, wrapping around the edges, and enabling the painter to begin work promptly. This functionality is made possible through an innovative patented design and specific plastic welding techniques.
