Laavu Performance Oy

Laavu is a Finland-based performance coaching company built for entrepreneurs, executives and key talent who want to lead with clarity, resilience and sustainable high performance. Our mission is to create a psychologically sustainable future, where taking care of your mind is as normal as taking care of your body. A world where going to a psychologist is as casual as having a personal trainer, where emotional skills are trained as proudly as biceps, and where psychological skills are seen as an essential foundation of success. Since our founding in 2020, we have supported leaders who face a universal yet often overlooked challenge: the psychological load of leadership. While companies invest heavily in strategy, tools and operations, few invest in strengthening the inner capacity of the people making the hardest decisions. Laavu offers research-based psychological coaching that helps leaders improve self-awareness, manage stress effectively, communicate with clarity and make decisions from a grounded, focused state. Our approach bridges psychotherapy and business coaching, offering in-depth yet goal-oriented support from a certified psychologist who truly understands the world leaders operate in. Laavu offers a comprehensive membership designed to support leaders continuously: The membership includes: • Regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a dedicated psychologist-coach • On-demand support between sessions • Access to Laavu App with goal tracking, notes, and curated material • Monthly community events that bring leaders together for peer-to-peer support, shared learning and open conversations about real leadership challenges. The goal of the membership is not only to solve problems but to create an ongoing environment where leaders grow steadily, stay mentally sharp, and maintain a sustainable pace year-round. By 2025, Laavu has grown into a team of 16 professionals serving over 230 leaders monthly from top-tier growth companies in Finland and abroad. Today, many shoppers struggle to make confident purchase decisions alone in the fitting room. They want instant feedback from friends or to share their experience online, but most in-store solutions are static and lack digital features. For retailers, this means missed opportunities to connect with customers, gather insights, and differentiate in a highly competitive market. Social Mirror bridges this gap by connecting offline shopping with online interaction. With the mirror, customers can: Invite friends to join their fitting session live via video. Capture outfit photos and receive them directly by email. Experience interactive features that turn the fitting room into a platform for inspiration, sharing, and social feedback. For retailers, Social Mirror creates a new way to engage customers, enhance satisfaction, and strengthen the connection between brand and shopper.

movogo

MovoGo is developing a high-speed, AI-powered rental platform for contractors who need heavy equipment - fast. We’re solving the chaos of fragmented rentals with instant booking, dynamic pricing, and real-time availability. Think Uber meets Airbnb, built for construction. The What: what are you solving? The €35B+ equipment rental industry is stuck in the past. Contractors waste hours calling rental houses, chasing quotes, and juggling delays. Meanwhile, suppliers sit on underutilized machines and outdated booking systems. It’s fragmented, analog, and slow - killing time, budgets, and margins across the board. This isn’t a niche problem. It affects tens of thousands of businesses, every single day. The How: How MovoGo solves this We’re building the infrastructure layer for machine rentals, not just another marketplace. Contractors get real-time availability, instant booking, and transparent pricing. Rental houses get automated fleet management, AI-driven pricing, and higher utilization. The platform controls pricing logic within supplier-defined ranges eliminating race-to-the-bottom chaos and creating a unified user experience. We’ve validated the problem, mapped the tech stack, built brand and design assets, and have multiple rental houses ready for onboarding. Now we need the right CTO to bring it to life. Fast. The Why: Why we’re doing this We’ve built companies before. We’ve scaled. We’ve seen how clunky, offline workflows bleed time and value especially in construction. But this one stuck with us. The inefficiency was everywhere. Nobody had built a true platform that just works. No AI. No instant rentals. Just friction. So we said screw it. Let’s build it ourselves and flip the industry.

Aeoflo helps e-commerce brands maximize their visibility in AI-driven search results (think ChatGPT and similar engines). We start by automatically resolving the technical issues on brand websites that keep them off the AI radar and prevent selection. Then we optimize integration so AI engines consistently surface brands and their products to the right customers. As shoppers shift to AI-powered search for product discovery, it’s crucial for brands to remain visible.

ESEBA

ESEBA, a deep tech startup from DTU, transforms low-quality textile waste into MDF boards without binders or formaldehyde. We offer a sustainable, non-toxic alternative to traditional wood-based panels. Textile waste is a massive and growing problem in Europe – less than 1% is recycled into new products, and most ends up incinerated. At the same time, formaldehyde regulations are tightening, and deforestation pressures are increasing demand for alternatives to virgin wood. ESEBA’s mission is to enable local, circular board production through a scalable, plug-and-produce production line for furniture manufacturers.

This leads to parents quitting their jobs, going on sick leave and feeling inadequate in their roles as parents. In addition to families suffering, loss of talented employees costs employers billions of dollar annually. We provide a complete AI-powered platform for employers to offer for their employees. The core feature is the Plussa-app with 24/7 parent coaching through expert AI-bots and psychologists combined with an extensive library of personalised engaging programs, exercises and articles. We support both moms and dads from pregnancy until the children move from home, covering areas like stress, sleep, NPF, work efficiency, child development, co-parent relationships and mindfulness. We founded Plussa after becoming parents in high achieving workplaces and found there is a lack of effective mental health services tailored for parents. Herodesk

Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. We've found product market fit, and it's time to scale the businesses nationally and internationally.
