Here's a glimpse into what it's like to be part of our vibrant community: So, who are we? 🤔 Culturequest is developing a cutting-edge SaaS platform to help companies enhance their employees' well-being. By measuring well-being in companies and utilizing our network of freelance consultants and coaches, we provide actionable insights and personalized interventions to solve workplace dissatisfaction and burnout with our innovative and holistic approach to employee engagement. What are we solving? 👏🏼 In today’s fast-paced work environments, employee well-being is often overlooked, leading to widespread dissatisfaction, decreased productivity, and high turnover rates. This issue affects companies of all sizes and industries, resulting in a disengaged workforce and significant financial losses. Our mission is to tackle this critical problem by providing companies with the tools they need to measure and improve their employees' well-being, ultimately creating happier and more productive workplaces. How do we do it? 🤓 At Culturequest, we are dedicated to building a comprehensive SaaS platform that empowers companies to take charge of their employees' well-being. Our solution combines data analytics with expert consultancy to deliver personalized recommendations and interventions. We gather insights through employee surveys and engagement metrics, which our network of consultants and coaches then can help to improve with customized well-being interventions. Our platform not only identifies problems but also provides actionable steps to solve them, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term success. What motivated us to get started? 🚀 The spark for Culturequest ignited from our own experiences in various corporate environments where we witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of poor employee well-being, as well as from the dream of making a greater impact on employees well-being. We realized that despite numerous initiatives, many companies still struggled to create a genuinely positive work culture. Motivated by a shared passion for people and organizational health, we decided to dedicate ourselves to solving this pervasive problem. We believe that every employee deserves to feel valued and engaged at work, and every company deserves the benefits of a happy, productive workforce. Our entrepreneurial journey is fueled by the desire to make a tangible difference in the workplace, transforming it into a place where both employees and organizations thrive. Centi

At Centi, we believe in the power of ownership. Companies that give employees, board members and other stakeholders the opportunity to be owners create better outcomes for individuals, businesses and society as a whole. That said, setting up and managing ownership is often messy, time-consuming and rarely secure. This is what we are changing. We are building the leading equity management platform that enables businesses to manage equity ownership and engage their employees. We are still in the first innings of a long game, and we are looking for talented people to join us in our mission to create better outcomes for all. SAHA

SAHA is developing a software and a mobile app to help athletes to optimize their training to reach their full potential through fully personalized training experience. There are millions and millions of athletes around the world but only very few coaches - not to mention the small amount of coaches training professional athletes. Each coach can coach personally only few athletes at a time. We are helping all athletes to access top level coaches - coaches of professional athletes to unlock every athlete's true potential true fully personalized training experience. With SAHA app every athlete can get an access to top level coaches to get optimized training through personalized training based on athlete's personal data, needs, wants and analysis. We are former professional athletes coaching current professional athletes from Olympic gold medalists to World Champions. We saw the need for more personalized coaching and realized the power of personalized training. No more one size fits for all. We want to create the best possible coaching for every single athlete so every athlete can optimize their training and unlock their true potential around the world.

Skovlyst Production A/S

SKOVLYST er en innovativ bryggerivirksomhed. Vores oprindelse udspringer fra den danske skov – Hareskoven for at være helt præcis. Her startede vores brygmester, Casper Møller, med at brygge øl tilbage i 2005, der var inspireret af skovens dufte, smage og oplevelser. Og selvom vi i dag er rykket ud af det lille bryghus i skoven til større faciliteter, så er den stadig essentiel i vores øl og den måde, hvorpå vi bringer gode øl ud til forbrugerne. Eftersom vi udspringer fra skoven, har vi altid følt et ansvar for at passe godt på den. Derfor arbejder vi løbende med at effektivisere og skabe en ansvarlig forretning, som ikke kun tager hensyn, men samtidig også giver tilbage til skoven, i form af genrejsning af dansk folkeskov. Vi arbejder altså med et langsigtet perspektiv på at reducere vores CO2 aftryk.

Foodture

Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.

Cozy Game Studio

Cozy Game Studio is a mobile game studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our mission is to make self-care more accessible by integrating tools from positive psychology, meditation, and nervous system regulation into video games. We are currently working on our first title Spirit World - self-care mobile game about becoming a caretaker in a long-forgotten sanctuary for mythical creatures.

oasi.care

More than 93 million women globally experience birth ruptures and infections from which 110.000 women die every single year. This problem reaches beyond developing countries; in Denmark, 90% of first-time childbirths will lead to ruptures. Women suffering from ruptures experience incontinence, pain during intercourse, prolapsed uterus, amongst other issues requiring medical support, and generally see a huge impact on their quality of life. Complications cost healthcare systems billions every year, even without calculating aftercare to treat side effects and further complications. We have developed a game-changing birth rupture prevention technology that supports midwives and health workers in their efforts to protect the vulnerable perineal area and reduce birth ruptures. It is a medical device that is applied in the pushing phase of labour, providing protection of the perineal wall and dampening the stress on the skin.

AirDodge

AirDodge is a Norwegian company with an HQ in Oslo, Norway. We are building an automated air traffic management system(termed as U-Space software) to enable scalable drone operations. Our target end customers will be drone operators. U-Space solves the problem for all drone operators by making it much easier to obtain permissions. It enables large scale Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations whereof today this is too costly for most companies. It also makes it safer for manned aviation such as emergency helicopters that will have full visibility of ongoing drone flights in the area they are approaching. Other drone operators such as police, search and rescue will be able to quickly deploy drones opposed to wait for helicopters to arrive. They may also mandate quick clearing of drones from any given area in case such operations must take place. Our solution is to build our own software platform and provide flight services according to the EASA framework recently published. These services will be legally required and the 4 primary services are defined by: 1) Drone Identification: This service will be focused on providing information on all the live drone traffic in U-Space to all participants (operators in the air). 2) Live Air Traffic Identification: This service will be focused on providing information on all the live manned air traffic in U-Space. All manned air traffic has to make themselves electronically visible if flying in U-Space. If a manned aircraft flies too close to a drone, then the drone pilot/operator will receive a warning message. 3) Geo-Zones: These are the core geographical definitions of airspaces on map where drone operators can see where they can or cannot fly. Examples of restricted airspaces include airports, military bases, prisons, bird sanctuaries, obstacles etc. Having an extensive dataset which displays all the possible flight restriction/warning zones is significantly important to drone operators as it ensures compliance and more efficient flight planning. 4) Flight Authorization: This gives drone operators the ability to ensure their flight path does not intersect/conflict with any other operators conducting drone flights in the same airspace. The flight authorization will require drone pilots to submit their flight path in 4 dimensions which include 3D trajectory and time. Flight authorization will also allow drone pilots to communicate with Air Traffic control to request a drone flight in restricted airspace. The response times for both types of requests will be instant. AirDodge was originally founded by Umar in 2022 in Sweden. A year later he moved the company to Norway where he met Serhii in 2024 and then they built the company together. Umar, as the founder of Skyqraft—a company specializing in drone-based powerline inspection—gained firsthand experience with the challenges of commercial drone flying while leading its operations. His deep industry knowledge, combined with Serhii’s technological expertise, laid the foundation for AirDodge. Together, they are building innovative solutions to streamline drone operations, making them safer, more efficient, and seamlessly integrated into regulatory frameworks. We are backed by Antler, Nordic Makers and also received grant funding from Innovation Norway.

We are Trackman’s only official simulator partner! We have been designing and installing simulators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the last 12 years. Our solutions span from custom simulators over DIY solutions to larger commercial facilities. We also develop and produce the Flexcages optimized for the new Trackman iO to be mounted on the enclosure. We are here to support the journey towards your golf simulator – from design and 3D drawings to supply, installation and support.

Designed and rebuild by reusing the core building structure to minimize the CO2 footprint in the construction. 🌱 We are innovating the traditional workspace and office by enabling members to also live in their space. We aim to make life easier for the entrepreneurs and young professionals, by providing an all-around sustainable universe for people to work, live, eat, experience, share and engage. We offer 138 Studios and common areas such as a private gym, roof terrace, co-working area, lounge, meeting rooms, basement parking and our environmentally conscious eatery, the Kitchen. We organize social and networking events. Siljangade is work-life optimization at its best! We wanted to create a brand that gives everyone the chance to take charge of their own creativity and self expression, unapologetically of who you are, when the occasion is or how much make up you would like to wear and even if you don’t want to wear no make up at all.
