Ecomerden is a complete producer of semi-closed cage systems for Aquaculture founded in 2012. With over 25 years of experience in delivering technology in the aquaculture industry, we started developing Ecomerden, a European patented semi-closed system for the lice-free production of fish. By 2015 the first cage was installed in Solund. Sogn & Fjordane. Here we have produced lice-free post-smolt of Atlantic salmon (90 grams-1kg) for 2 years with groundbreaking results. Using Ecomerden as a combination in the production line of the fish not only prevents lice pressure but also makes a more robust smolt ready for the open cages. With the results so far showing that the technology and biology are working, the company is now ready for commercialization.

Fluidsep DPP has achieved TRL 2 - and requires 2 years of qualifications and pilot testing to be ready for the market, TRL 7. Strong interest in the market about our technology. Game-changing technology for structural integrity monitoring. The Ferrx FEMM (Ferrx ElectroMagnetic Method) has been developed and tested for 2 decades, first by SINTEF and since 2005 by Ferrx. The method has provided unique features for the condition monitoring of steel structures. Material deterioration can be directly measured and early warning of risk for fatigue can be established long before any crack is detectable. Furthermore, the same sensors can also measure changes in metal loss, and thus provide for non-intrusive monitoring of internal corrosion and erosion in pipes. During the last years, instrumentation technology has been industrialized and the first commercial systems have been delivered and installed. Different types of instrumentation systems are available both for onshore and offshore/subsea applications. The industrialization, marinization, and production of the instrumentation systems are being done in cooperation with the most specialized suppliers. Ferrx is an independent company located in Trondheim, Norway with the business idea to provide the FEMM technology for different onshore and offshore markets to monitor the actual condition of steel structures and thus prevent loss of assets and pollution of the environment. The FEMM is protected by 2 patents and all rights are vested in Ferrx. The system for riser inspection has been qualified by DNV-GL in accordance with DNV-RP-A203 Technology Qualification.

Based in Kongsberg - the heart of the Subsea Valley - Kongsberg Ferrotech is utilizing world-leading competence to develop the first-ever automated solution, the Oktapous, for riser cleaning, NDT inspection, maintenance (coating), and structural repair (glass/carbon fiber reinforcement). The repair will be performed inside the patented Habitat - allowing for composite repairs subsea and in the splash zone while offering quality as if the repair was performed in a laboratory environment. The Oktapous will offer the client around 50% cost reduction, together with improved quality and significantly reduced HSE risk compare to existing solutions by removing the need for rope access, divers, and ROVs. Kongsberg Ferrotech is partly funded by the Malaysian-based oil and gas company, Petronas Charigali. This ensures us access to the market needs during development, an offshore platform for prototype testing, and the critical first client for market acceptance.
