We are developing a support infrastructure for the artistic production process by providing more accessible and broader talent search for arts organizations, data, and analytics for artists and artist managers that will result in career opportunities for artists based on their ability and talent and more efficient processes for all stakeholders. Behind Bars is an Oslo based design agency with a clear focus in delivering tailor made bar solutions that inspire bartenders and enhance business performance. As the founder Alex Ruas describes it as follows; I wanted to create an innovative design process for better bar solutions, taking into account the flow of creativity of the bartender, the financial focus of the owner and the service towards the guests.

We simplify the interaction between humans and computers, bringing back tactile push buttons to the connected world. Flic launched in 2014 as the largest Nordic crowdfunding campaign ever. Since our launch we have grown the impact of the product around the world while maintaining a small and young team. We release new products and services to maintain and grow our position as the go-to solution for connected buttons and novel tactile interfaces. We are a young and dynamic team of engineers and entrepreneurs. In the Flic culture we have no set working hours and very few meetings. The music is often loud and no-one complains when people talk, laugh, play videogames or decides to work from home. We do not generally follow any set processes in our work, instead we adapt and collaborate on everything in a fast paced environment. We learn from each other and we respect all points of view. We believe in transparency, freedom and collaborative responsibility.

InTouch is a communication tool for doctors to remotely follow up with patients, optimise patient care, and support patient treatment adherence. Patients can use the app for self management and be an active part of their own treatment progression. We are an agile cross-functional feature team, including designer, product owner, project manager, mobile, web and backend engineers. Currently active on the Canadian and UK market. We do this by building simple yet powerful apps that can be used by every Podio user.  We are managing 2 projects that are intertwined and make each other stronger. KampAdmin: We help youth camp organizations grow through smart automation of their business processes. We offer a complete software solution which includes an online booking system and a mobile app.  This way our clients can focus on what really counts: organizing kick-ass camps for children. Momentum: We aim to make the platform www.podio.com - the world-leading customizable work management solution - even better. We do this by building simple yet powerful apps that can be used by every Podio user (and KampAdmin clients). Both projects are really successful: KampAdmin is market leader in Belgium and is managing over 70.000 subscriptions every year. Momentum first backup app has received a lot of love from the Podio community. Now it is time to scale & accelerate: With KampAdmin we are ready to penetrate new countries and we have 4-5 exciting apps ready in the Momentum pipeline!
