iNANOD

iNANOD AS is a nanotechnology based anticancer drug developing company operating from Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator established in 2016.  The objective is to increase efficacy of cancer drugs and to reduce unintended side-effects for cancer patients and maximize their longevity. We have a strong group of people to deliver on the promise which comprises of our collaborators, scientific advisors and business advisors.   Our aim is to become a pharmaceutical company for anti cancer nanomedicines.  We will take a comprehensive approach, using collaborative research from many small projects and existing literature and infrastructure. Our team consisting of experts within nanotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine. Our partnerships with research institutions, makes us well suited for developing and commercialising this technology. As the focus is on improved delivery, the technology can greatly improve safety and efficacy of existing cancer drugs. Moreover, the costly development of new drugs will not be necessary. Monetisation and exit will therefore be available in an earlier phase than normal within pharmaceutical development, through selling IPR to established pharmaceutical companies after clinical phase IIa. The Norwegian Research Council has granted our pre-project application in NANO 2021 call and research has started in August 2017. Innovasjon Norge has also supported us with mentoring hours. We are a member of Oslo Cancer Cluster now.

ShareLab

ShareLab incubator is about to be established at Oslo Science Park in Oslo. This role as ShareLab Incubator Manager is a unique and highly rewarding opportunity to join a newly established laboratory based life science incubator, where the goal is to build a new generation of biotech startups in Norway. You will be joining a small team responsible for growing the ShareLab incubator into one of the leading life science incubation communities in the country.

Cirqle Biomedical

Our mission is to create a contraceptive technology that renders hormonal birth control obsolete. We are addressing the millions of women that are demanding non-hormonal products with fewer side-effects to manage their fertility. Today, nearly 60 years after the first oral contraceptive pill was sold, most prescription birth control methods are variations on the same synthetic hormones. In collaboration with the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, we have developed a technology that reinforces the natural barrier properties of cervical mucus. The principle of the technology is to use topically-applied biopolymers to make cervical mucus impenetrable to sperm cells throughout the menstrual cycle. Our approach enables a potentially groundbreaking product that protects within a minute and for extended periods without the systemic side-effects known from hormonal contraceptives. In 2019 we raised $1.8M for pre-clinical development. Today we are incubated at the BioInnovation Institute, conveniently located in central Copenhagen, with access to state-of-the-art labs.

YSE Capital Management

YSE Capital Management is a pan-European growth equity platform investing in tech and AI-enabled businesses across Western Europe. We are in the process of building an AI-first technology stack to power our investment operations, LP experience, and portfolio monitoring, and are embedding AI across every layer, from deal sourcing to portfolio value creation - we are looking for a software engineer to own that effort from the ground up.

Tepui Agentic Labs

Tepui Agentic Labs is Europe’s first AI-native agentic data platform , built in Denmark from the ground up on EU-sovereign infrastructure for mid-market businesses trapped on legacy systems. Most mid-market companies across Europe are sitting on years of valuable business data locked inside outdated databases, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. They have no data team to fix it, and enterprise solutions are priced for companies ten times their size. The result: critical business decisions made on gut feel, manual reports that take days to assemble, and institutional knowledge trapped in files nobody dares to touch. Tepui solves this with three product lines. Datarcon modernises legacy data, extracting, cleaning, and transforming it into a modern analytics layer the business actually owns. And Tonin, our autonomous 24/7 AI agent, monitors the business continuously, triggers alerts, generates reports, and answers operational questions in plain language. A standout feature of our AI agents is the Consciousness Core , an integrated ethics layer ensuring responsible AI behaviour and compliance with the EU AI Act from inception. Every agent decision is traceable, auditable, and explainable by design. The platform is built on an enterprise-grade 7-layer security architecture, fully EU-sovereign with no data leaving European soil. We serve multiple industry verticals across Denmark hospitality (restaurant groups, hotels), construction (mid-market contractors), social housing (almene boligorganisationer), investment funds (PE, VC, family offices), food suppliers, automotive (parts distributors, dealer groups), and law firms with additional verticals in development. Every vertical has the same problem: years of data locked in systems that never talk to each other. Same core product, different industry configuration. EV-Remarketing

At EV-Remarketing we’ve built a digital platform that transforms how used electric vehicles are bought and sold across Europe. We take the complexity out of selling an EV - from offer to payment to pickup - and replace it with speed, transparency and fairness. Last year we completed over 5,000 vehicle transactions with a 98% success rate, helping more than 25,000 sellers across Europe. Our tech stack handles everything: automatic data-extraction from documents using AI, integration with national vehicle databases, fraud detection, full digital workflows and logistics orchestration. We focus exclusively on electric vehicles, giving us deep domain expertise - which means we offer better value to sellers and turn-around times that beat traditional routes.

GolfMore

We’re building the operating system for modern golf clubs. GolfMore helps clubs run smarter, sell more, and deliver an excellent experience for members and guests - from the driving range to the simulator room and everything in between. Our story GolfMore grew out of Probox24, a self-service vending solution tightly integrated with national tee-sheet booking systems. What started as a single product is now a suite of connected software and hardware that powers daily operations at golf clubs. Today, GolfMore serves clubs across 18 countries, from small local clubs to large, prestigious venues.
