Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. It’s the best-performing sector in the ad industry (40% growth in 2016). Our market is both the media buyer and the publishers; Agency customers / buy-side We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 agencies and all of the global media agency groups in the Nordic countries. It is predicted that programmatic buying and selling will soon and completely take over the ad market. We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. Together with four Norwegian hospitals, we have developed the next generation hospital bed. A bed that prevents pressure ulcers, fall and reduce nurse load by removing heavy lifting and monitors the patients state, non intrusive. Have recieved contracts in Toronto that accelerates development, and secures uptake and sales if the clinical trial goes as planned.

Social Bites manufactures and sells frozen dairy products in Kenya, East Africa. It is a company of 35 full-time employees and 200+ sellers working from the three largest cities in Kenya - Mombasa, Kisumu and Nairobi. The production headquarters are in Nairobi, Kenya, where the production of frozen flavored milk and frozen yogurt products takes place. The company operates a distribution model where it engages youth to become sellers of its products in the market. The sellers are offered an attractive commission-based salary with performance incentives as they retail the products in the major cities in East Africa. All new sellers go through our training academy that provides vital business training, setting them up for success with the product. Our ambition is to develop thousands of meaningful jobs in East Africa with this unique distribution concept. Currently we're doing +100.000 USD in sales per month, but we're looking to 10X that by expanding to the entire European continent.
