FÆRM has developed and patented FÆRM Original - a fermented, plant-based cream cheese built for professional kitchens. FÆRM Original is made from few, organic ingredients and produced using dairy-inspired methods, FÆRM Original has 11% protein, clean label ingredients, and it’s sold at the same price as dairy cream cheese. We built the product around functionality and performance and FÆRM Original behaves like dairy cream cheese in both hot and cold applications. That’s also why it’s relevant across restaurants, hospitals, canteens, cafés, catering, and bakeries across Denmark. We’ve sold-out our pilot production since October 2025 and have recurring demand across multiple foodservice sectors.
