Startup Foundation was founded in 2012 by fifty-seven Finnish technology influencers, entrepreneurs and investors to create a new generation of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to be. The foundation was born from the ecosystem to give back to the ecosystem in a concrete way. The Foundation’s mission is to create more entrepreneurs, new companies, growth and internationalization, as well as supporting and promoting the startup mentality. This mission is supported by initiatives by the foundation. Externally, the Foundation supports both not-for-profit initiatives advancing the mission of the foundation as well as individuals wishing to start their entrepreneurial journeys.

We are a game studio located in Helsinki, Finland, operating independently in a long-term partnership with Supercell. Our goal is simple: to develop and self-publish games with best possible gaming experience and high production values by small independent teams of talented game developers without managers.

We are a small construction company with a lot of potential and with a lot of effort that have been done until now. We would like to have a good cash flow for now and to invest in real estate in the future. Maptionnaire is a map-based community engagement tool that bridges the gap between the community and planners. The engagement is done through map-based questionnaires that collect GIS-based data.It is mainly applied by cities, consultancies, and universities working in the field of urban and city planning, and research. Mapita Oy, the team behind Maptionnaire, is a Finnish spin-off company from Aalto University's Land Use Planning and Urban Studies research group.

TimeJam gamifies time tracking by applying elements from social media and a lot of humor to make it a fun and a social activity to track time. RagnaRock Geo’s mission is to make the interpretation workflow more efficient and creative so that geoscientists can focus on the value-creating tasks. We are a young and agile startup that aims to excel at using machine learning on subsurface data.
