Fugleberg Executive Search AS er ekspert på ledelse rekruttering. Vi hjelper bedrifter med rekrutteringsprosesser på alle nivå. Med foukus på å finne rett match som bidrar med vekst og lønnsomhet til bedriften. Vi ser at i dagen marked skriker markedet etter arbeidskraft. Dette er en utfordringfor alle bedrifter. Vi bidrar med løsninger som fokuserer på markedsføring og synlighet med Employer Branding. Våre søk etter rett match har fokus både på kultur match og fagkompetanse. Hvor vi bruker aktivt search, annonsering og nettverk for å finne rett person. Vi bygger nå en organisasjon med hovedbase i Norge og Oslo, med ambisjoner om å bli et multinasjonalt selskap. Vi så at det ligger et nesten urørt marked med alle våre tilnærminger på rekruttering og employer branding. Vi ønsker derfor både å hjelpe med våre tjenester, men også utdanne bedrifter i kulturbygging. Slik at de kan tiltrekke seg best mulig kandidat match.

FeltGIS AS

FeltGIS AS er et teknologiselskap grunnlagt i 2016 og som har spesialisert seg på M2M kommunikasjon og digitale kart. Med et kjerneteam på 7 personer utgjør FeltGIS en unik kombinasjon av spesialisering innenfor GIS-teknologi og mobilkommunikasjon, med lang erfaring fra -og kunnskap om moderne skogsdrift. Selskapet utvikler en digital samhandlingsplattform for planlegging og gjennomføring av hogst, og som digitaliserer rapportering av data for kommersiell anvendelse og ift. miljø- og kvalitetssertifisering. Selskapet har betydelige aktører i bransjen på sin kundeliste. Med FeltGIS sine kart- og datadrevet løsninger får aktørene, private som offentlige, unike muligheter til å optimalisere skogens sirkulære forretningspotensiale og bærekraftige natur ved å dele, samarbeide, og dra nytte av skogkultur, miljø- og produksjonsdata, fra planting til hogst og transport, og videre til resten av næringen.

Our mission is to give people the power to manage their emotions and make them smarter, more successful and happier in every area of their life. We are a company that provides emotional intelligence software for business and leaders to increase work satisfaction and decrease stress and employee turnover. Emographics is an EI (emotional intelligence) based system that empowers employees by helping them identify their own strengths and weaknesses, understand how they affect others, decreases office conflict, increases team collaboration and communication leading to increased productivity and joy at work. A combination of emotional intelligence management strategies and team insight reports help leaders identify and address workplace issues as they arise. Leaders are provided with team insights in wellbeing og mental health status. Emotionality is a strong human tendency that can take over logic and reason. Emotional intelligence can help with situations that involve others as well as self-awareness, empathy and handling different emotions. The Employee app and Leader Dashboard are designed to capture data as it happens. This real-time information is presented in an intuitive leader dashboard so they can make informed decisions on their workforce’s emotional health at all times.

Donor-Network

Decreasing sperm quality; legalisation of homo-sexual marriages; and more women chosing to be solo-moms all continuously increase the demand for donor-sperm for fertility treatment. As demand exceeds supply, it has resulted in limited donor variety and inflated prices for donor sperm. Today, fertility clinics directs their patients needing donor-sperm towards legacy sperm-banks, despite fertility clinics having the expertise, equipment, and licenses necessary for processing sperm and handling donors. Fertility clinics show increasing interest in sperm-banking but few have succeeded because it is very different from running a fertility clinic. By becoming a partner clinic (PC) fertility clinics get a large donor assortment at affordable prices - and a share of the attractive profits in the donor-sperm industry.

We were founded based on the idea and ambition to make it easy and simple to personalize your nutritional supplement. In addition, we would like to state that Zentabox works based on evidence-based science and the National Board of Health's recommendations. We do not want any waste of resources in our production, therefore our team always works hard to be able to offer as climate-conscious and sustainable a product as possible.

Cadeaux STHLM

Cadeaux STHLM is a premium furniture brand designing and producing linen headboards. The inspiration behind the brand is French lifestyle and exclusivity, in combination with Scandinavian simplicity and timelessness. We sell our products D2C through our e-commerce, with design and production made in Sweden. The company was founded in 2020 by Sara Svärd who is currently running the company.

Riedia

1. We help internationals stay informed and included with their local society with a local news aggregator in English. Riedia is a state of the art AI-powered app, where internationals can read news from multiple trusted local newspapers, translated, summarised, and personalised for them. All in one place. With us, internationals don’t have to go through all the paywalls and translation tools to stay informed and feel like locals. They can read short summaries of the top stories of their region and interests in their daily, customisable personal feed within the time of a fika. 2. It is hard for internationals to get informed and included in Sweden. Without a high level of Swedish, it is taxing for them to find and digest the local news and understand the local politics or what new development and changes are taking place in the city. In addition, there is a high subscription cost of local news, with an average of 2500 kr/year, and they have little information accessible about which newspaper to choose. This problem is shared among around 300,000 foreign-born who do not speak Swedish and around 350,000 who speak Swedish as a second language. There are around 160,000 incoming international students and immigrants in Sweden every year, with a 5.8% growth rate. These are the people we can help include with our product. By helping them, we also contribute to a more inclusive society. 3: With our AI-powered app, internationals can read news from multiple trusted local newspapers, translated, summarised, and personalised for them. All in one place. With us, internationals don’t have to go through all the paywalls and translation tools to stay informed and feel like locals. They can read short summaries of the top stories of their region and interests in their daily, customisable personal feed within the time of a fika. We plan to have three kinds of revenue. One is end-user subscriptions - we are developing three packages ranging from 20 to 150 kr/month based on the features. We plan to provide AI model services for newspapers. A few newspapers have shown interest in using our AI models on their platforms. We will also feature local businesses and events on our platform. Currently, we have no operational costs thanks to the AWS credits provided by KTH Innovation, but in the future, our costs will be marketing, cloud computing, salaries, and R&D. 4: The initial spark was during a conversation we friends had about current events in Sweden, where Melker talked about the news he heard about and experienced, however none of the internationals had ever heard about the events. I am from Sweden. And it is such a shame that in this democratic country, famous for all its inclusiveness and effort for equality, if you don’t speak Swedish, you will have a very hard time understanding the local information and integrating in society. I really believe internationals deserve to have the necessary information no matter if the don't speak swedish.
