People spend most of their waking hours at work. And yet, our wellbeing there receives very little attention. This is something we want to change with &frankly, and we’re bit naïve in our belief that it shouldn’t be so damn hard. &frankly is a cloud based service that help make your workplace better. We give managers and employees an innovative tool to continuously check the pulse of the employees and trigger the organisation in a positive direction.  Join us in making a difference People spend most of their waking hours at work. And yet, our wellbeing there receives very little attention. This is something we want to change with &frankly, and we’re a bit naive in our belief that it shouldn’t be so damn hard. We’re not big, but with commitment, creativity, curiosity and guts, you get quite far.Ambitious but humbleWe're a small but quickly growing team that are passionate about making a change. We value creativity and getting things done over formal titles and fancy business cards. We work collaboratively and hard, with a flat, open and honest culture - and we know that in order to be creative we have to have fun doing it! And have a nice place to work. And satisfy the foodies. We meet with large international companies one day and small creative agencies the next, which we mean need innovative creators, tech nerds, driven sales reps as well as seasoned HR experts on our team; people that we believe may come from all over the world and join us in Stockholm to realize our vision. What can you expect? We are a young company that not too long ago tried our wings with the first (minimal) version of our product - and got caught up in a stamp of customers that impatiently had been waiting for something new. This means if you're looking for an org chart and clear processes we might not be the right place for you. But if you're a doer, got ideas and is keen on being part of the building a company from an early stage you can't find a better place to be.An exciting journeyBe part of the startup journey in a company that's actually earning revenue already, and take part in the experience of how to build a company. (Joining early also means you can claim a really cool role now before anyone else takes it :)Room for creativityWhat you do will not be set in stone, nor is how we work - we want people who dare to try new things; we A/B test everything from sales & marketing methods, customer engagement and try out the new tech in order to find out what works best and apply it where it adds most value. If you've got ideas that make sense, we will support you in realizing them.Bootstrapping is overWe're an early stage startup but we're no longer working out of café or our friends' spare room. We've got a nice office at a great location, do Friday breakfasts, go out to eat at funky new restaurants and work out together. We haven't got a ping-pong table yet, nor the possibility to exit the office through a slip-and-slide, but I guess that's just a matter of time.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between cultures and languages. We want to make the world smaller by breaking the barriers that separate people. We feel like there is still too much hate in the world. Generally, we want to help people through communication. We want to help the refugee to get integrated into the country and to feel comfortable. Last year the government spent 500 million NOK on interpretation services. This year, the budget has doubled because of the refugee crisis. Half of the money is earmarked for travel. If you can convert 10-20% of that money to video, then we could save a lot of money both for the government and the taxpayers. Then we could spend it on education and health systems.

At Trine, we have pretty clear responsibilities, and our work is based on trust: we trust each other to do the job that needs to be done. We respect each other's skills, and everyone has a saying. We work with our three values: people, planet and profit. We do what we do to contribute to better quality of life for people, to reduce the C02 footprint on the world and to make this a profitable business. These three words are incorporated in everything we do, both internally and externally. We never compromise on any of them. We spend most of our time at the office, even though we do offer flexibility.
