Herodesk

Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. We've found product market fit, and it's time to scale the businesses nationally and internationally.

Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. More Music Technologies

More Music Technologies is built on a fundamental love for music and a desire to secure that more people get access to unfold their musical potential. For this, we have built a platform that supports our online marketplaces for private education that makes qualified music education more accessible to the general population while securing more teaching jobs for many musicians with a decent pay. Practically, this works by giving the teachers easy access to market themselves to potential students along with a range of digital tools that simplify the administrative aspects of their work. Simultaneously, students find it easier to find the teacher that match their musical dreams and ambitions, along with flexible booking and payment solutions. Since 2014, more than 50,000 students have found instruction through one of our sites in Denmark (Musikundervisning.dk), Norway (Musikk-undervisning.no), the Netherlands (muziekonderwijs.nl), and the United Kingdom (MusicTeachers.co.uk), and it's actually going quite well, if we may say so ourselves. That's why we need an extra sharp mind on the developer team.
