AuroraDelta is a Finland–Bangladesh innovation platform that builds multiple impact‑driven projects under one umbrella – from waste management and circular economy to smart ports, logistics, renewable energy, technology and skills development. Our goal is to connect Finnish expertise and financing with Bangladeshi growth sectors, creating commercially viable solutions that also deliver strong social and environmental impact. At this stage AuroraDelta is a pre‑startup initiative led by a Bangladeshi founder living in Finland, with experience in grassroots entrepreneurship, cross‑border business, and community leadership. Today, getting it right typically means specialist mapping, hours of playlist work, and daily device hassle, which caregivers and families can’t sustain. Ode makes it practical: curate in minutes, then play instantly with one knob—so the right music is there when it’s needed, without adding workload.

Mellow Chocolate produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand by us. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft them into chocolate bars at our workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark. We make chocolate from carefully selected cacao beans from some of the world's unique cocoa origins. We buy exclusively from farmers who grow their cacao under 100% ethical and sustainable conditions.

The Problem: What problem are you attempting to solve, and how big is it? Children suffering from school refusal systematically fall out of the education system because traditional teaching methods fail to meet their individual learning needs. Today, 110,000 children have experienced school refusal—equivalent to one in five students. This target group becomes isolated at home during their school years, which later leads to difficulties in securing and maintaining employment, costing society 2.2 billion annually. Research shows that the most critical factor for these students is restoring their self-confidence regarding learning; they need to experience learning as a positive activity and process the traumas that led to their school refusal (The Back2School Modular Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, 2024). Therefore, before attempting to reintegrate students into the physical school environment, it is crucial to rebuild their confidence and bring them up to the academic level of their peers to reduce feelings of stigmatization. The Solution: What is your idea? Describe your product or service. GradeAid is an AI agent that creates personalized learning experiences. Students simply scan their homework or verbalize what they wish to learn. Our AI then generates tailored content derived from pedagogically validated materials, specifically designed for children who lack academic confidence or have fallen behind. The system continuously learns from the student's interactions and automatically adapts the curriculum. This helps restore the self-confidence and joy of learning that many of these students lack, while ensuring the process is both personalized and fun. The platform features a 24/7 AI tutor providing instant feedback. Through gamification, students earn coins for their virtual pets. This approach was selected because research has long established that gamification effectively builds confidence and helps children re-engage with learning (Impact of gamification on school engagement: a systematic review, 2024). Instead of forcing the child to fit the system, our technology adapts to the child's way of learning. Our intention is to build confidence so that children find it easier to return to school, equipped with the mental energy to focus on social reintegration. The platform supports both English and Danish. We are currently testing the Danish version.

We solve the lack of modern, inclusive gaming- and hobby environments by offering a 655 m² hybrid hub built around TCG, esport, community events and structured activities, powered by strong partnerships, low inventory risk and a highly scalable franchise-ready model. ✅ 2: The What – The problem we are solving Across Denmark, young people and adult hobby enthusiasts lack safe, structured and inspiring spaces to gather around gaming, TCG and shared interests. Most environments are either too small, too informal or lacking supervision, creating a gap between commercial gaming cafés and traditional youth facilities. At the same time, parents struggle to find positive, healthy gaming communities for their children, while hobby players (Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana) lack dedicated spaces for trading, events and tournaments. This problem affects: Children and teens seeking social belonging Adults looking for hobby communities Parents who want structured and safe gaming spaces TCG players who currently lack large-scale physical hubs Municipalities who need modern, engaging offers for youth Retail customers who want combined experiences, not just shops The demand is widespread and growing. TCG, gaming and event-based hobby retail are among the fastest-growing entertainment segments in Europe. Yet Denmark remains underserved with almost no large-scale hybrid centers combining retail, gaming, community and structured activities. When COVID forced that project to close, it sparked a deep understanding of what young people and hobby-focused adults truly need: a safe, structured, social and modern environment that supports healthy gaming behavior and real-world connections. The vision has grown stronger since. Heinrich has a background in police, defence, leadership and youth work, and has seen firsthand how powerful gaming and structured hobbies can be when given the right environment. This is the foundation of SGC Arena: creating Denmark’s leading chain of gaming- and TCG-based community hubs.
