The bad news is that native has remained almost entirely manual. Campaigns are hand-built, sold direct, and optimized by humans - operationally expensive on both sides of the deal. Contimo runs the full chain: the teaser on the publisher's front page, the advertorial it links to, and the cross-publisher distribution and yield optimization underneath.
