IoT Fabrikken

IoT Fabrikken was founded in 2018 by Mikkel Fischer and Jon Wichmann. However, the foundation of the company was laid long before that. The founding partners brought with them a strong track record, having previously built two highly successful tech enterprises: DIBS, a pioneer in secure online payments, which is today owned by Nets, and eSmiley, the leading provider of digital food safety solutions for professional kitchens, canteens, and hospitals across the Nordic region. Together, they share more than 25 years of in-depth expertise in developing software designed to make daily operations simpler. This experience forms the very core of IoT Fabrikken. As our name suggests, we harness the power of the Internet of Things (IoT) to remove complexity. We believe that securing vital data should be as simple as mounting a sensor that automatically finds the network and starts delivering insights. Our guiding principle is that technology must always support your daily work – it should be precise, entirely dependable, and accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of IT proficiency. Today, IoT Fabrikken operates from two offices in Denmark, located in Roskilde in the east and Hørning in the west. We also collaborate closely with dedicated partners across several countries, with Germany and Sweden standing out as two of our most significant growth markets. What started as a vision between two men has grown into a highly successful enterprise that makes a tangible difference every day. Currently, we deliver our solutions to 70 Danish municipalities, alongside a wealth of private businesses, housing associations, museums, churches, and industry advisors. We are incredibly proud that thousands of customers now rely on our system daily to support and elevate their work within facility management, space management, and cultural preservation.

Devai

Devai helps software teams turn AI coding tools into real engineering results. Most companies are experimenting with AI, but adoption often stalls: leaders push top-down initiatives, teams use inconsistent tools and prompts, code quality varies, and developers lose time debugging weak AI output. The result is lots of activity, but little measurable productivity gain. We solve this by working directly with development teams inside their real codebases and workflows. We help with selectin the right tools (for example Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot), help refining team-level ways of working, and coach developers on best agentic coding practices. Instead of generic training, we deliver practical, hands-on training that immediately applies to day-to-day engineering work. Why this matters: AI changes fast, and most teams need partner-level guidance to adopt it safely and effectively. Devai closes that gap and helps engineering organizations ship faster with better consistency, quality, and confidence.

Bind

Bind is the AI-native contract automation platform used by organizations like Slush to get deals from handshake to signed agreement without the delays that kill momentum. Our AI Contract Agent drafts contracts from emails, sales notes, or call transcripts — then handles the negotiation autonomously, resolving redlines, answering counterparty questions, and enforcing your company's playbook rules at every step. Instead of waiting days for legal review or losing deals to slow back-and-forth, sales teams can send a contract the moment commitment is highest and let Bind's agent manage the rest. Every draft, review, and negotiation follows your organization's rules automatically through customizable playbooks and templates. Bind also gives teams full visibility into their contract portfolio — surfacing key terms, clauses, obligations, and risks in seconds. Track renewals before they become problems, search across your entire contract library with AI-powered search, and close the gap between signature and revenue. Built for in-house legal teams, sales organizations, consultancies, recruitment agencies, and event organizers, Bind replaces the manual contract workflow with an intelligent system that gets deals signed faster — so your team can focus on selling, not paperwork.

ChronosHub

Millions of research papers are published every year. They contain discoveries that save lives, protect the planet, and inspire technological breakthroughs. But today, scholarly publishing is coming up against some big challenges. Behind every paper is a tangle of mandates, fees, and licenses. And the systems used to manage these things are outdated. It leaves everyone involved up to their necks in confusing admin. As industry outsiders, we have the chance to take a shake things up. By building a user-friendly platform that simplifies this complexity through great design and powerful integrations. So authors, publishers, institutions, and funders can put their full focus on quality research. We’re an international team headquartered in Copenhagen, with a handful of employees working remotely from elsewhere in Europe and the US.
