HEIMDALL'S Hørecenter

1. Short Description (The Pitch) HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center is developing a modern and more human approach to hearing care, helping people with hearing loss improve their quality of life through personalized guidance, advanced hearing technology, and professional expertise. We combine technology, flexible service, and close customer relationships to make hearing aids less complicated, more accessible, and far more tailored to each individual user. 2. The Problem – What Are We Solving? Hearing loss affects millions of people and is a growing societal challenge, especially among older adults, but increasingly also among younger generations due to noise exposure, stress, and constant use of audio devices. Many people live with untreated hearing loss for years because the process around hearing aids often feels overwhelming, impersonal, or driven by standardized solutions. The consequences are significant — both socially and mentally. Hearing loss can lead to isolation, misunderstandings, reduced quality of life, and in some cases stress and loneliness. At the same time, many customers feel a lack of trust in the market because the guidance they receive often feels sales-driven rather than genuinely focused on their needs. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center wants to change that experience. We believe hearing care should be personal, transparent, and built on trust. Our goal is to create a hearing center where customers feel understood and receive solutions that fit their daily lives — not just their hearing test results. 3. The Solution – How Are We Solving It? We are building a hearing center focused on personalized service, modern technology, and long-term relationships with our customers. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center provides professional hearing tests, individual counseling, and carefully selected hearing aid solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle, needs, and budget. What differentiates us from traditional providers is our focus on the complete customer experience. We want to make the process simple, comfortable, and trustworthy from the very first contact to ongoing follow-up care. We combine in-person support with digital solutions, flexible appointments, and close customer service so users feel supported every step of the way. We work with the latest hearing aid technologies and fitting methods, but our greatest strength is our ability to turn technology into something practical, understandable, and meaningful in everyday life. Our mission is not only to improve hearing but to improve people’s social lives, confidence, and freedom. 4. The Why – What Motivated Us to Start? HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center was founded from a desire to make a real difference for people who feel overlooked by the existing system. We saw a market where many customers experienced a lack of personal attention, standardized solutions, and too little focus on the human side of hearing loss. We believe great hearing care is about more than technology. It is about giving people the ability to actively participate in conversations, family life, work, and social communities again. Our motivation comes from the ambition to build a company based on professionalism, honest guidance, and strong customer relationships. HEIMDALL'S Hearing Center should be a place where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely helped — not just treated.

BARONS

"Sharp is a feeling. Not just a look." Founded in Copenhagen in 2016, BARONS is a premium menswear lifestyle brand on a mission to challenge the status quo in a conservative clothing industry. As a lifestyle brand, we are synonymous with the feeling of being sharp. We believe sharp is a state of mind as much as it is a look. We offer a small curated assortment of timeless garments which are constantly refined with each passing season. Unlike most other shirting brands, we have developed our own organic signature fabrics - used for our core organic shirt collection. Something which to this date is quite unique in our industry. We are religious about fabrics and fiber qualities. Luxury to us means clean natural fibers of the highest possible quality - no matter if it's organic extra-long staple cotton, pure EU linen or recycled wool. We use the best of the best, but at the same time strip away the BS that adds cost without adding value. BARONS is all about building a great brand on a healthy foundation. We are chasing simplicity and are continuously developing One Permanent Collection. At the same time we are obsessive about making life easy for the customer who wear our products every day.  Building a world-class brand should be both challenging and fun. After all, we spend a significant part of our lives working, so it should be fun and rewarding to work with us.

LYS Technologies - Live Healthier with Light

Hi, we're LYS. We’re not here to build smarter lighting products, but to enable a smarter and healthier living with light. We look beyond the lifespan of a light bulb, the aesthetics of a lamp and the technology of smart lighting systems. Instead, we focus on what should always come first — people and supporting their healthy livelihood. Just as air, food, and water, light is a natural and vital source to health. To most people, the absorption of light is an unconscious choice in life. It’s everywhere, always. But not necessarily in a healthy way. We can choose to eat better, drink less, run more… but what about the things we don’t see, but subconsciously feel? The things that can truly energise our day and make us happier and healthier. We are here to improve people’s health by enabling personal light adjusted to their inner rhythms and daily routines. Light can only be truly healthy, if it’s powered by people and the lives they live every day. So, whenever you are ready to feel the difference, we are here to help you live a healthier life with light.

Gungnir of Norway

The main piece of equipment in the gym is the barbell. It is as simple in its form as it is timeless in its design. But when it comes to using the proper safety equipment that comes with the barbell, that’s when the flaws become visible. Today’s methods of securing weight plates to a barbell is done by using collars or clips, which often lead to a poor user experience, and they are often hard to put on and pull off, can easily break or slip during lifts, they are often hard to find and even disappears. The Olympic barbell has remained virtually the same for the last 93 years, and despite today’s standards, improvements can be made. In a seemingly ever-growing market, people’s expectations of safety, design, quality, and user-friendliness in products are on the rise. Gungnir of Norway is a Norwegian startup company that designs and manufactures high-quality gym equipment. The company’s first product is the Allrounder, a standard Olympic barbell with built-in collars for securing weight plates. The built-in collar system or “SlideLock” makes the lifting experience safer, faster, easier, and more reliable than the standard safety equipment in use today. Also, the SlideLock system can be applied to several other bar types like compact group training bars or loadable dumbbells. This solution has shown enormous potential in the fitness market, which we intend to continue to take advantage of. The SlideLock is the first of many solutions that we seek to create within the fitness equipment industry. We started as a company in 2018 in Oslo, Norway, with an idea for a better solution to a problem well known to many who use weightlifting equipment regularly. Gungnir’s vision is to become the new standard solution for securing weight plates worldwide. A game-changing solution to a century old problem.
