The founder of Dynamisk Helse, Ann-Kristin Johansen, worked for several years as a nurse in hospitals and elderly care organizations. She experienced first-hand the lack of proper training which sometimes led to negative incidences for the patients as well as the staff. Sometimes the result had devastating outcomes, with a person's life at risk. Ann-Kristin felt sad and angry and felt the need to personally take action. This resulted in the foundation of Dynamisk Helse AS in 2011. We believe in small drops of theoretical and practical case-specific training, tailored naturally into our daily work. As there was no software platform available we felt was appropriate, we made it ourselves. Starting with making the “Drops first aid” app, which received fantastic feedback around the globe. (still available in Appstore) After this first test of response, we continued developing our own philosophy into a software platform that exceeds normal standards today. The number of elderly and inhabitants with chronic diseases, is going to double within ten years, resulting in dramatic demand for qualified healthcare workers. Ecomerden is a complete producer of semi-closed cage systems for Aquaculture founded in 2012. With over 25 years of experience in delivering technology in the aquaculture industry, we started developing Ecomerden, a European patented semi-closed system for the lice-free production of fish. By 2015 the first cage was installed in Solund. Sogn & Fjordane. Here we have produced lice-free post-smolt of Atlantic salmon (90 grams-1kg) for 2 years with groundbreaking results. Using Ecomerden as a combination in the production line of the fish not only prevents lice pressure but also makes a more robust smolt ready for the open cages. With the results so far showing that the technology and biology are working, the company is now ready for commercialization.

In the autumn of 2016 was CSI Marine Cleaning AS [CSI] established and included in Validé's incubation program with our idea for a ship hull cleaner and cleaning of other structures submerges in the sea. CSI's idea and goal with this unit are to collect 100% of all bio-marine fouling that comes off of the surface while cleaning. The collected fouling will then be rendered harmless by killing all bio-marine life that is collected before returning it back to the sea. As of date, there is no ship hull cleaner that can document 100% collection of the fouling. Competitive ship hull cleaners vary in the collection of the bio-marine fouling from 25μm and upwards. The need for collection is as low as 2μm according to a study.CSI has secured letters of intent with Yanmar Co. LTD., Østerbø Maskin AS, and Optimarin AS with regard to the development of the collection system and ship hull cleaning unit. CSI has also in the letter of intent with Optimarin AS secured exclusive rights for use of their technology in our line of business. Furthermore, CSI has secured letters of intent with Teekay Shipping Norge AS and Transpetrol Tm AS stating their interest in the finalized product. They may intend to use the cleaning service if the product function as described and the service has competitive pricing.  Information about the development project: The technology for the collection system needs to be developed as a prototype. When it's developed the prototype will be fitted to Yanmar's net cleaner that will be modified for solid surfaces and connected to Optimarin's technology for filter and UV treatment. The cleaning speed is about 1500m2 per hour and is using water pressure in three rotating disks for cleaning the surfaces. iCsys AS will be engaged with implementing sensors and creating unique 3D-mapping software. iCsys will also implement autonomic features for the unit. Regarding research and documentation, we will involve Christian Michelsen Research AS that will document the effectiveness of the finalized unit. Østerbø Maskin will assist with CAD, engineering, and manufacturing of the unit.CSI intends to apply for Innovation Norway's Environmental technology program to start the development of this unit, thus searching for companies or investors willing to finance this project.

Five seasoned experts with over 175 years of experience in the oil & gas industry have developed a new patent pending disruptive revolutionary technology.   Water is separated in a horizontal well bore close to the reservoir and thereafter re-injected via a lateral well as pressure support to increase oil recovery. The Fluidsep DPP combines production and injection in one well with no spill to the surface, all excess water and sand is re-injected and never sees the surfaceThe technology enables  35% extra oil production and at the same time results in significantly reduced CO2/barrel of Oil. More than a 30% reduction compared with conventional production. An example of simulations shows extra income of > 1 Billion NOK per well. Fluidsep DPP has achieved TRL 2 - and requires 2 years of qualifications and pilot testing to be ready for the market, TRL 7. Strong interest in the market about our technology. Currently inviting investors and Seed capital funds to participate in the joint development of building a new international downhole service provider based in the Bergen region.
