We find the right team and work toward the company culture that enables us to deliver value to our customers quickly. The key to achieving this is reinvesting all our profits in the ideas of our employees, or selected entrepreneurs. Five years into this strategy, we own shares in fifteen ventures; all of which are showing promising results. Our 70 designers, developers, and product managers just moved into new locations in the center of Oslo.
