AutoGlove is the first product from Ecocentric Innovation. A product development company with a sustainability focus. MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

"Lifeboats have killed more people than they have saved!" The statement is as far as I know unsupported, but widely known within the market of lifesaving equipment. Regulatory development, or rather a lack of such, has created a worldwide situation where lifesaving equipment on ships, ferries, cruise liners, you name it, have been torn between manufacturers, owners, service providers, and class and flag authorities, where all parties are biased by their commercial interest and their hopefully unconscious gamble that such equipment never has to be used. Not on their vessel. Not on my watch. The gamble is made with human lives at stake, and unfortunately, the odds are already written in blood. My system is based on my almost 20 years in this busyness. I have been a sailor who has trusted my own life on such equipment. I have been fortunate enough to use such equipment to save others. I have been responsible for the maintenance of such, I have worked with the leading manufacturers of such equipment as well as with companies providing service and inspections. I have also been part of the international organization responsible for the development of the rules for lifesaving equipment, and I have monitored this work closely for the last 10 years. I have seen all sides of the above-mentioned struggle. I know at the end of the day safety is at stake. I also have the solution. My system will benefit all parties and make equipment integrity and safety profitable for all. I am looking for a co-founder, CTO, and system developer to make my dream come true. I need someone with a passion to make a difference. In order to maintain Norway's position as the largest and most important ski nation in the world, climatic changes require new thinking, types of facilities, snow technologies, and strategies. HST has a letter of intent with Vestfold county to take over the Holmestrand 1862-meter car tunnel at NOK 1 to be redeveloped into a NOK 200 million all-year-around ski facility for cross country, biathlon, and Paralympics. With SIAT/NTNU and Terje, Grønmo Architects developed an opportunity study ("Mulighetsstudie" found at www.holmestrandskitunnel.no). Business and marketing plan currently at work with University College of Southeast Norway, Campus Kongsberg. Why Holmstrand? Because the town is entering into a stage of comprehensive transformation and development, merging three municipalities into a 24,000 people unit, with a number of developments and construction projects coming up downtown at the seaside during the next 5-20 years and a NOK 6,7 billion state investment in a new railway system that takes passengers to Oslo in 45 minutes. 1 million people can reach Holmestrand in one hour by railway and E18. The railway stop is 100 meters from the future ski facility, which might serve as a magnet for other developments, creating health and social conditions for people at large. With an undeveloped fjord area, there is an opportunity to create a sports hub for unique marine and ski activities. Other projects are Gjelsten's leisure island Langøya, Kullboden (1 acre), Uni Quarter (1 acre) Hakan (might have swimming and hotel facilities, an architect study to be opened this fall), new car-free and covered main street (Langgaten), high stories car and boat parking with the business opportunity, heating/cooling systems (fjernvarme) based on excess energy from ski tunnel and Hydro smelter cooling water being served by an NTNU master study, an extension of 1200 leisure boat facilities and undeveloped south town area under the name Hagemann Brygge. Hagemann, in particular, is an excellent 55,000 sq.m. seafront residential and business opportunity with an option to be developed together with the neighboring ski tunnel. The ski tunnel and Hagemann together with some of the other projects would certainly become a long-term investment opportunity.
