Care Communicator Europe AB

We are creating a new and unique initiative within digital health with our vision “Make your own choices for your own health”. A digital health communications platform, Care Communicator, for international use that links the patient with the caregiver that simplifies the process to get quick and adequate health care outside the patient’s normal geographic border. Access through a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Useful both to the patient and caregiver. The Care Communicator (CC) project is a Freemium project. Problems to solve: A quick description of problems that the Care Communicator can alleviate/solve: There is no care intermediary linking different clinics, nationally or internationally. Both patients and caregivers are in obscurity regarding the possibility for care within the EU and even more obscure on a wider international scale Care varies depending on where you live. Using care quality as a choice for care is rare. Certain countries offer care guarantee (within X months) – this is often not transparent for patients. It is complicated to get the knowledge of which clinics are good with a specific treatment. It is complicated to get the knowledge of where the care queue is short. It is often difficult for patients to find the care they strive for. Solution: Our digital platform will help patients to find care at trusted alternative clinics in a simple way. Learn how to find caregivers/institutions with desired care quality outcomes. Learn how to reduce your care queue. Learn how to find care in a streamlined process. Learn how to find care within your own region or nation or internationally. Learn more about research and news of their areas of interest The process unburdens the caregivers by making it easier to find adequate specialist care to send a referral towards. Saves time for the caregiver. Possibility to give or receive a medical 2nd opinion. Caregivers can sell care. Our customers are: Care givers and service providers to users like banks, insurance companies, legal providers, vaccination clinics, translations service providers, gyms and other wellbeing institutions etc Revenue streams: Apart from the commissions from the health care provided, we will have a major part of the revenue streams with a large number of users from services provided through CC platform like: Banking – for mainly transactions (and possible financing) Insurance – for mainly health and travel insurances Vaccinations Travels – guides, insurances, travel arrangements – flights, car hire, hotels (this could in the future be connected to a premium subscription) Translation services Legal – wills, disputes etc Physical wellbeing institutions like gyms (this could in the future be connected to a premium subscription) Therapists Recurring preventive screening, for instance health check-ups, CT, genetic testing Courses Dental care (if not covered by insurance) Queues to premium care homes Rehabilitation Detox facilities Etc Sales and market strategy: We aim to initially market the Care Communicator through major organizations as an added value to their HR-offerings to their employees. That way we can have a head start and also get quick trust. Some parts of the offer to the employees for these major organizations can be easily be personalized and thus connect even more to their own organization. Competition: There are a number of key areas where Care Communicator differentiates itself from the competition 1. No commission or fees from patients and national clinics with referrals 2. we do not offer or provide healthcare in the solution 3. we span all medical diagnoses 4. we connect healthcare both nationally and internationally including both public and private caregivers 5. We use clinical data to measure the quality of the care given Traction: Medical and political added value confirmed. 3 major tech partners with subject matter knowledge from the health care industry.

Nabo Farm ApS

Nabo Farm er et urbant landbrug drevet efter bæredygtige principper. Vi dyrker dild, koriander, fennikel, tallerkensmækker og andet mikrogrønt, som vi leverer til en kundekreds bestående af lokale restauranter og kantiner. Vores kunder er både kvalitets- og miljøbevidste. De kan se værdien i at modtage deres bestilling, senest to timer efter den er høstet. Hverken smag eller næringsværdi går tabt under leveringen, som selvfølgelig foregår med cykelbud. Sådan trækker vi i fællesskab fødevareindustrien i en sundere og mere bæredygtig retning. Det er det, vi forstår ved godt naboskab. Afgrøderne er naturligvis fri for sprøjtegift og genmodifikationer. Deres næringskilder er en nøje udvalgt sammensætning af ilt, mineraler, varme, vand og god musik. Tilsammen har vi mere end 15 år i tech-branchen på bagen. Den erfaring har vi brugt til at udvikle en software, som kan styre planternes omgivelser ned til mindste detalje. Resultatet er sundt og velsmagende bladgrønt. At Friday Home we develop and globally markets iconic smart home devices all wrapped up in an attractive design by the Danish Bjarke Ingels Group, BIG. At Friday we are putting an effort in developing inhouse – we own the full stack from firmware to apps and servers.

Pepbercorn

Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.

Encryptia

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. EasyR ApS

EasyR is Denmarks new App that makes it easy and simple to order profesional services directly to your home. We are digitalizing the cleaning and window polishing industries, but will soon move into other categories as well. Our vision is to give people the possibility to order profesional assistance to help with everything you can imagine in your home meanwhile giving our customers more time and value in their everyday life. Our app is also making the everyday life for our partners much easier. We have simply developed an entire system that gives our partners the tools to manage their clients, communicate with them directly and send automatic notifications easily.

Hjemmelegene

Why should the sick patient travel and wait, to see the healthy doctor? We use new technology to reintroduce the doctor house call, offering a platform to connect patients with doctors in the same area. Patients can see a qualified doctor in the comfort of their home, when it suits them. Doctors can manage their own time, and have the admin support they need to focus their time on the patients. Hjemmelegene opened for patient visits in the summer of 2017, and has experienced strong traction from customers already, and major media attention from leading newspapers in Norway such as VG, Dagbladet and Finansavisen. The team consists of of seven entrepreneurs with broad medical, design, IT and business experience, and a proven record with stellar companies such as kolonial.no and Nabobil.

I et samarbejde mellem Lolle & Nielsen Inventions og Mylocker er udviklet et unikt IoT baseret låsesystem som nu danner rammerne for Ambitlocker som en selvstændig virksomhed. Løsningen tilbyder kunderne et nemt og fleksibelt låsestem som administreres over nettet. Der er blevet brugt et par år på at færdigudvikle produktet, og nu er der rejst en betydelig kapital, som skal bruges til at opbygge en organisation og sikre den brede lancering. The heterogenous data is often insufficient and hard to interpret, while non-standardized operation procedures lead to human errors. Sciar Company solves this problem with an intuitive and agile software to manage protocols, data and projects, combined with next generation technologies to augment and simplify human work and gather more and better data.

Oyama

Oyama is a mental health company on a journey to enable individuals to become balanced, sustainable humans. We are creating an evidence-based self-guided app with AI-assisted personalized self-care recommendations to help prevent depression. We have developed, Oyama, a platform to talk about your life challenges. We provide personalized, evidence-based tools from psychotherapy to understand yourself better and a peer-support community to encourage you on your journey. When a user enters the Oyama app, they join an anonymous community, where one can relate to other users’ stories. You can give helpful advice and positively reinforce one another. At the core of our app is our personalized journal, which teaches you to express yourself and guides you through a motion of evidence-based psychotherapy exercises to help you build healthy and sustainable habits. These exercises will help the users reflect on their thoughts, emotions, levels of stress, difficulties and possible relationship problems on a regular basis. We are introducing a unique pedagogical user-experience with gamified and interactive features, which will allow outcomes to be continuously monitored and followed up, reinforcing the learned healthy behavioral patterns. Currently, we rolling out our beta to consumers and high schools in Sweden and Finland and starting a collaboration with a Finnish occupational healthcare company. Additionally, we wish to deliver our new mobile app focusing on social support as soon as possible in the midst of a historical period in time, the COVID-19 pandemic.

SundhedsTV

SundhedsTV er et digitalt og videobaseret samlingssted for sundhedsinformation. SundhedsTV er skabt som en reaktion på den stigende forvirring blandt danskerne omkring, hvad der er sundt og usundt – en forvirring, der bl.a. kommer af det (mis)informationsoverload, der findes på nettet samt det paradoks, at rigtig meget sundhedsinformation er tekstbåret, mens over en halv million danskere har svært ved at læse og forstå en simpel tekst. Derfor er der brug for overskuelig og korrekt viden om sundhed og sygdom til alle. Både for at give tryghed til den enkelte og for at understøtte sundhedsvæsenet, hvor der er travlt og behov for at kunne fokusere på det vigtigste. Men også, fordi den øgede mængde sundhedsinformation har gjort det sværere at gennemskue, hvad der er myter eller halve sandheder – og hvad der faktisk er korrekt og videnskabeligt bevist. SundhedsTV tilbyder troværdig og relatérbar viden om de mest udbredte emner inden for sundhed. Fra myter om lus til diagnosticering af kroniske sygdomme. Vi formidler i korte video-formater, som gør emnet letforståeligt, og vi gør en dyd ud af at give seeren håb og mulighed for at handle – hvad enten det handler om gode råd til, hvordan du giver dit lille barn medicin eller gerne vil høre andre fortælle, hvordan det er at leve med en kronisk og måske alvorlig diagnose. SundhedsTV er en online tv-kanal på eget website, men de fleste danskere vil møde os dér, hvor de er i forvejen. Alt indhold bliver distribueret på tværs af de største sociale kanaler og maksimalt Google-optimeret. SundhedsTV-platformen er sponsorfinansieret og det sponserede indhold lever dermed også på sponsorernes egne kanaler og kan bruges som en vigtig del af et content marketing spor.

Digital Diabetes Analytics

People living with diabetes and the healthcare sector currently spend billions on continuous glucose measurement (CGM) sensors. Despite the ease and convenience of use, patients and their caregivers are currently drowning in data generated by CGM since we still lack digital tools to generate automated analyses and interpretations. Digital Diabetes Analytics ( DD Analytics) provides a state of the art automated digital solution which analyzes CGM data and generates systematic interpretations to truly transform diabetes care – Diabetes 3.0. We are developing a never before seen digital tool for people with insulin-treated diabetes and the healthcare sector. Our decision support tool generates automated analysis including root-cause interpretations of CGM based on machine learning algorithms. Recent technical advances with CGM make it possible to map all glucose fluctuations. However, there are currently no tools available for analyzing all the data which constitute a major challenge for both the affected individual and the healthcare sector. For the individual, the amount and continuous nature of the data make it nearly impossible to systematically make adequate adjustments of the insulin treatment. For the healthcare sector, the introduction of CGM has resulted in an avalanche of data to interpret which can consist of 50.000 data points for each patient at each visit. Our ambition is to solve this major hurdle and provide the digital tools needed to truly transform diabetes care. Our product is a software as a service and our long-term ambition is to make it available to everyone living with insulin-treated diabetes and their healthcare providers.
