Cognite

Cognite has a unique starting point and great of momentum on its side. The idea behind Cognite came when I was working on a digitalization project with the industrial conglomerate AKER ASA.  In less than 15 years there will be over 50 billion physical assets and machines connected to the Internet, and over seven billion Internet consumers. The exponential growth of data resulting from the increase in Internet users, combined with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) will challenge the status quo of across all industries. We believe that data handling will become a competitive advantage for industrial companies across a range of sectors. Unlocking its tremendous capabilities should not just be for an elite group of companies. Cognite makes this technology available to our customers. Furthermore we think that the most successful companies will create alliances to leverage the numerous and complex data sources. We aim to deliver breakthrough customer benefits facilitating productivity-related savings, improved operations, increased safety, and new revenue opportunities. Our initial focus is to aggregate and process data from industrial sensors and corresponding applications combining it with 3D-models to see how these sensors are related to the physical world. KiteX

At KiteX, we're revolutionising energy with innovative wind turbines inspired by kites. Our mission? To make wind turbines that use significantly less material, offering a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to traditional turbines. Our journey began by envisioning wind turbines that combine the efficiency of kites and autonomy of drones. On this path we found an hybrid design with guy wire supported tower and blades could achieve almost the same material savings, but without any of the disadvantages. Our unique approach centres on patience, refining technology step by step, and focusing on sustainable solutions. We're scaling up production of the groundbreaking Wind Catcher, a portable off-grid turbine, while designing a larger, grid-connected successor. Zerify AB

Zerify is developing SafeCall to help individuals and businesses solve the global problem of phone fraud and lack of digital trust with verified calls using BankID. The problem is that phone scams deceive thousands of people every year, causing a breakdown in trust where people no longer know if the person calling is genuine. With the rise of AI, this has become even harder, as technology enables realistic voice clones that can mimic a parent, a boss, or remove language barriers for scammers. "No verification = no trust," meaning people are afraid to share sensitive information over the phone. We are building technology to make digital trust possible. Our solution is SafeCall, an app where you call with a verified identity by using BankID to authenticate the call. For businesses, we offer SafeCall Business, allowing companies to verify their calls so customers feel safe to answer, thereby strengthening the trust between company and customer. We are "Swishifying" (swedish app Swish) telephony to make verified communication the new normal, where unverified calls are ignored just like we avoid clicking on unknown links today. Our vision is to make the digital world safe, credible, and human. The motivation comes from a desire to protect people and companies against fraud, AI manipulation, and false information. We believe that IT should not be complicated; it should be easy to use correctly. By creating solutions like SafeCall, we aim to be a driving force towards a safer digital Europe where trust is a given, not a risk.
