SKOVLYST er en innovativ bryggerivirksomhed. Vores oprindelse udspringer fra den danske skov – Hareskoven for at være helt præcis. Her startede vores brygmester, Casper Møller, med at brygge øl tilbage i 2005, der var inspireret af skovens dufte, smage og oplevelser. Og selvom vi i dag er rykket ud af det lille bryghus i skoven til større faciliteter, så er den stadig essentiel i vores øl og den måde, hvorpå vi bringer gode øl ud til forbrugerne. Eftersom vi udspringer fra skoven, har vi altid følt et ansvar for at passe godt på den. Derfor arbejder vi løbende med at effektivisere og skabe en ansvarlig forretning, som ikke kun tager hensyn, men samtidig også giver tilbage til skoven, i form af genrejsning af dansk folkeskov. Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Christopher has a BSc in International Business from CBS, and also studied at Columbia Business School. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend. Introduction to Lars (CTO): Lars is a 2nd time founder with over 15 years of experience as CTO, and successfully exited from his previous venture. He has a very strong track record as a hands-on full-stack developer, with has a proven ability to build excellent teams.
