Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. Our culture is built on trust, freedom and humour. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. In addition we believe in a high level of freedom for each colleague to find their own optimal w/l balance. Prioritising a run before lunch or picking up kids in the afternoon is all up to the individual colleague. You know best what works for you. Finally our culture is also characterised by a high level of humour, with lots of laughs and a good vibe between team members. Our team today consists of passionate and skilled people representing deep industry knowledge and experience. We are constantly open-minded scouting for entrepreneurs with a varied skill sets with the proper drive to take us forward, together with a few dedicated roles (as below). We started Dr Hud because we believe that skin patients deserve a better healthcare experience. Several of us have ourselves suffered from skin problems, long waiting times and incorrect assessments, and unfortunately we are not alone. The team, which consists of both dermatologists and people with many years of experience in healthcare scaleups (incl Doctrin, Kry, Uber and others), aim to offer a service that is better for patients, doctors and the healthcare system as a whole. Let's fix skin. One rash, mole or itch at a time.

Vi arbejder hele tiden på, at designe og producere tøj der sidder perfekt og er så behageligt at have på, at man ikke kan lade være med at gå i det selv, når man ikke træner. Vi tester alt vores tøj grundigt sammen med vores brugerpanel inden, at der lanceres noget for, at sikre at vi kan stå inden for kvaliteten.

Megapop AS

We are in indie game developer based out of Oslo, Norway. We have to date launched five games for PC, Switch and mobile platforms. At the moment we develop "Life Below", a creative strategy city-builder where you build and manage ocean ecosystems. So a reef builder! In addition to our own IP, we develop games and gamification projects for society. We call ourselves an impact game developer as many of our projects are focused on positive change to society. Right now we develop a game for all kids going into hospital, a history game to spice up history learning in schools, a city cleaning game using the mascot of Oslo, a climate game and an awareness game tackling difficult issues in relation to sex and identify. Many of our impact projects are successes, and are widely used. Our aim is to make society better, one game at the time.

OrbisCure

OrbisCure - A tool for organizations to detect and remedy stress in time. Stress can be extremely difficult to detect and remedy before it develops into sick days or sick leave. Lack of insights makes it difficult to act in time. Fortunately, you can combat stress when you detect it and provide preventive support. OrbisCure is an app-based solution that provides your employees with monthly stress measurements, on-demand psychology sessions, and tailored eLearning courses. Farmers First AB

Disruptive distribution of farm equipment and supplies. Unified commerce; digitized, local, personal. Creates conditions for fair and sustainable farming. Farmers First, a Swedish start-up, decided to solve the problem with the domination from the tractor manufacturers in the value chain for agricultural machines. This domination leads to difficulties for big and small implement manufacturers to reach the farmers. It is also leading to lack of competition and higher than necessary prices for the farmers. “Somebody had to do something about the broken value chain – We decided to be Somebody!” The current value chain is not able to re-invent and solve the problem. A disruptive solution is needed. The Farmers First solution is combining digitalisation of machine sales with online expert help and a local network of workshops. It is including a maintenance solution to extend machine lifetime and improve farmers financials. The platform is creating networking and use integrated marketing methods. It is a Tech-solution in the AgTech area with a platform providing a Marketplace and E-commerce. To create an open and competitive value chain for agricultural machines is important for the climate, securing access to new innovative machines for efficient farming and regenerative methods, and to improve self sufficiency in food production. We are driven by this purpose, are convinced that putting farmers first is the right way to go, and are determined to solve the problem. We are warmly welcomed by manufacturers, retailers and farmers. We have launched, we see sales starting to pick up, and we are now gearing up to be able to grow sales and scale in Europe.
