Klausen & Benefix

Benefix is aimed at companies that want to focus on employee well-being and want to give employees a relevant skills boost via self-development videos. Benefix is an employee-oriented course platform and at the same time a management dashboard for management use, which is used both to manage employee well-being and at the same time create an overview for management of the organization's mental health status. Benefix originates from Klausen-HR, which mainly works to get employees on sick leave due to stress back to work. The insights from this are, among other things, that prevention of stress is significantly more important than investing in treatment once the damage has occurred. It saves the company a lot of money to spot and stop stress in time and at the same time it spares the employees the psychological and physical hard journey that a sick leave with stress entails. We believe that stress can be avoided with the right knowledge and the right tools for mental and physical well-being - for both managers and employees. In fact, it is not something that requires a lot from the workplace or is difficult to implement in a busy everyday life. That is why we have created Benefix, an e-learning portal that quickly pays off, where everyone can learn to take responsibility for their own well-being and avoid being affected by stress at their own pace.

Wepost

Short ------ Wepost makes marketing your superpower. We are developing the greatest platform for marketing. We combine artificial intelligence with design to provide high-quality creatives for scale-up companies. Each creative is tailored every individual social media platform based on the company's strategy and publishing plan. Long ----- Problem: The problem is that the vast majority of companies do not know how to use social media marketing strategically or effectively. This leads to them either; 1) spending too much money on paid advertising to reach their target audience, or 2) not having a clear strategy behind their marketing, resulting in low quality content. In the worst cases, they do both. This leads to low visibility and ultimately loss of customers and revenue. In fact, 14% of startups fail as a result of poor marketing. In addition, those who work in marketing experience that daily content production for social media is a repetitive and boring job. They themselves feel that they are overworked, and social media often fall far down the priority list. Solution: Our solution is to use artificial intelligence (AI) to turn marketing into a company's superpower. We create a platform that helps companies create a strategic marketing plan, and then automatically generates the content using AI. The content is adapted to their brand and segment, which makes the software unique on the market. In addition, the service is priced as a software, where there is a public fixed monthly subscription to the content production, something similar services from agencies do not offer today. The focus on software development also makes the service highly scalable, and with our team it is only a matter of time before it is developed.

Dream Delivery

Dream Delivery is a foodtech startup on a mission to make food delivery fair for restaurants and couriers through democratic ownership. Say goodbye to the abusive tech giants - now we take control! THE DEMOCRATIC SOLUTION TO FOOD DELIVERY Dream Delivery began with a wish to stop the exploitation that couriers and restaurants experience from the current takeaway platforms. At the moment, couriers get a low salary and are afforded very few rights. Meanwhile, restaurants are forced to hand over large chunks of their revenue without getting any control in return. We are rethinking takeaway from the buttom up by democratizing the ownership of food delivery, along with the profits and the control. A TRULY UNIQUE STARTUP Dream Delivery is a democratic enterprise, also known as a cooperative. Cooperatives have in common that they are owned by a broad group of people, whose needs are met by the company. Decisions are made democratically, and all owners have one vote each. Ordinary people deserve to have a greater say – and that extends to our workplaces! This is what Dream Delivery is all about. THE DREAM TEAM Dream Delivery's developer team consists of young and dedicated idealists skilled within business strategy, organizing, software development and design. Our offices are in the heart of Copenhagen, with the opportunity for remote work, as well. TioTech AS

We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

SquareRoot

We want to make our cities green. Literally. Urban green infrastructure is one of the most important climate adaptation instruments for cities. They help manage water, temperature, air quality and improve life quality. The design process, the sourcing of plants and the maintenance systems for these spaces are however challenging today: they are not fit to properly respond to the ever more demanding regulations and the increased complexity of projects. We are solving this with a platform for all urban green spaces stakeholders. Put simply we want to create the OTOVO of urban green spaces. This means we are orchestrating stakeholders to make sure the right plants are used in the right place to create cities we thrive in.

Flove Norge As

In this industry, we are not required to disclose the content of the products we sell. There are no requirements for the production, process, or raw material before the products are sold. The vagina is the most absorbent organ you have. If the products you use contain potentially toxic chemicals, you may run the risk of getting them right into your bloodstream. With this in mind as well as an idea for more transparent and to-the-point marketing, the founder of Flove, Jeanett wanted to develop a well-documented menstrual cup, of high quality and without toxic chemicals. After 2,5 years of testing, prototyping, failing, and researching Flove menstrual cup finally launched in May 2019. The cups are designed and developed in Norway and are produced in a certified "clean room" in Taiwan. Jeanette visited the factory in March 2019. The silicone used is certified medical-grade silicone from Dow Corning. The bag coming with the menstrual cup when buying one is made of lyocell Tencel, printed and sewn at Fabrikk Oslo. The packaging is made of carton and is printed at 07 media in Oslo. The goal is to make menstrual cup mainstream and to sell more sustainable products. *  One of the reasons Flove was established was to help girls to stay in school around the world. There are so many girls who can't afford sanitary pads and the result is often that many girls drop out of school. We are looking for the right partner to help us help as many girls as possible to stay in school.
