We build everything in-house and believe that a state of the art product combined with worldclass service is the only war forward. We are a healthy and streamlined business that enjoys moving fast. Monotree consists only of highly skilled people, who get a maximum amount of freedom to contribute to the company in the way they see fit. We are a part of the new breed of tech companies where profitability matters - we are here tomorrow - and the day efter that. We play the long game. Monotree currently employs 11 people and we are actively hiring for more positions, with at least 2-3 people joining 2025. HQ is in Copenhagen, but some work remote. Company atmosphere is relaxed, we keep meetings to a minimum and let people dive deep into their work. We do spend a decent amount of our profits on eating out at very good restaurants.
