Ducksuite is a visuel marketing platform for user-generated content that makes it easy and scalable for marketers to implement the content in real-time on websites and events. User-generated content is today the digital worlds word of mouth. By using images and videos created by consumers, you are able to increase trust, traffic to website and sales. Ducksuite enables brands to easily discover user-generated content, ask for permission and showcase the content on self-owned media.

Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.

AssiTech designs physical aids for people with mobility challenges, to help overcome daily obstacles in an active manner. Our first product is the unique AssiStep, a stair assistant which gives support for climbing stairs in a controlled manner. This promotes activity, mastery and independence of our users, at the same time as it is considerable cheaper than alternative solutions for the stairs. The AssiStep currently sells in Norway and Sweden.

We have very diverse backgrounds, characteristics, interests, and competencies. We complement each other very well! The Spotscale team consists of engineers and developers with degrees in mathematics and computer science. Most of us work in Linköping where we meet once a week to share what we’re working on. A startup is a lot about balancing structure and chaos, and we need to adapt quickly. Within the team, we are respectful to each other, and we stay open-minded. Since we are a pretty small team, everyone is involved in everything, and every opinion is valued. All of us are very self-reliant and use each others strengths.
