Who are we? Harmoniq audio is a tech start-up, founded in Dec 2018. Our goal is to innovate the way speakers are produced, used and recycled. We started this journey with a focus on the development of new, sustainable alternatives to speaker components, including insulation and cabinets. At Harmoniq audio we are mainly working remotely, but we have a production facility 175m2 in Randers we are trying to setup with PNP machine and CNC machine, etc. Harmoniq audio was originally founded by Lasse Hald Andersen and Troels Mikkelsen. Lasse and Troels have known each other since kindergarten and their passion for making speakers started, like many others, with building speakers for the camp at Roskilde Festival and later for friends who needed to use festival speakers for their own camps. Since then, Lasse contiuned the journey and has been educated as an electronics technologist and prof. Bachelor in innovation and entrepreneurship, and are now running the startup, while having a full time job on the side. The interest in speaker production has led to an insight into the speaker industry, which has formed one of Harmoniq audio's central goals: to develop sustainable speakers while creating as good Hi-Fi as possible.

Fischer Lighting is a sustainable front-runner who has developed a unique circular business model where waste is transformed into new beautiful lamps that make buildings more sustainable and people healthier. In 2023, Fischer Lighting saved more than 53 tons of discarded lamps from being thrown away, and with the concepts ReUse, ReDesign, and ReCreate, unique lighting solutions are created in a beautiful and industrial design that meets all the requirements of a new lighting fixture. In addition to environmental sustainability, social sustainability is also an important part of the concept. Therefore, all the old lamps are separated and assembled by people on the edge of the labor market in Denmark. At the same time, the lamps are equipped with the latest technology, which, among other things, enables circadian lighting, which can stimulate the production of hormones in our body and create better well-being for people in buildings.

Startup Refugees exists because the solution for the fast integration of newcomers to the labour markets needs to be created now. Startup Refugees offers asylum seekers, refugees, and other immigrants support in finding employment, skills development, and starting a business. Marin Design is located in Kolvereid in Nord-Trøndelag County, and was founded in 2006. Our staff include engineers and skilled technicians with experience from several different disciplines within the marine and maritime sector. There are many companies within maritime industries such as fisheries, aquaculture and logistics in Kolvereid and in close-lying regions (e.g. Vikna). These companies are also some of the main clients in our professional activities, which are primarily focused on design of vessels, covering all aspects from hull shape to interior machinery and equipment. We are also qualified for certifying deck-mounted cranes. We have designed a series of different vessels, including service vessels for the fish farming industry, tugs and fishing vessels. In addition, we have experience in modifying existing vessels and specialized design of vessels for specific purposes. Since 2011 our quality system have been certified by Bureau Veritas, according to ISO 9001:2008 - Design and construction, stability calculations, and technological services and innovative environmentally correct solutions in the field of marine and maritime enterprises, nationally and internationally.
