SquarePeg AS

Apple made one of the most iconic ads “Here’s to the crazy ones” to lift their campaign “Think Different” in 1997. This ad was so “new” and controversial that it since has made history, and is now part of most curriculum in most marketing schools around the globe. It was written by Rob Siltanen, Creative Director for TBWA/Chiat/Day and Creative Director at Apple Lee Clow. It wasn’t Steve Jobs, but it was he who made the quote famous (Originally it was the voice of Richard Dreyfuss in the ad). This, for us marketing geeks, is food for thought, awe and inspiration. Not because of the text itself, Steve as a celebrity, but for what impact that ad had on its audience. Knowing now, in retrospect, the ad was basically describing Steve himself, and beautifully put together with famous “rebels” of their field, we cannot help empathizing and relate to the ad, the history and the text. Don’t get us wrong, we are no rebels. We do not contribute to any groundbreaking tech innovation or have a goal of changing the world. What we believe in, is changing the way advertising is perceived, consumed, and targeted. The glory days of “buying a TV ad and you’re set” have long passed. The effect of “Here’s to the crazy ones” can still be archived, and is our goal in everything we do. We are forever inspired by Steve Jobs, and his rebel being, and we named our company after his ad, written by an agency. The agency does not matter, the sender does.

EKKO MEDIA ER NORGES FØRSTE DIGITALE MEDIEBYRÅ SPESIALISERT MOT EIENDOMSMARKEDET.Ekko leverer digitale markedsføringsløsninger for eiendomsprosjekter og meglere i hele Norge. Vi har fokus på utvikling av ny teknologi for å alltid ligge langt foran konkurrentene. Byrået ble startet opp i 2013 av gründerne Lars Henrik Sand og Asgeir Brude Wærås. De opplevde at eiendomsbransjen var preget av byråer som var sterke på fagfelt som 3D eller nettsider, men de så et behov for spesialisering av digital markedsføring. På kort tid har byrået vokst til en meget sterk aktør innen digital markedsføring, hvor mye av grunnen til den sterke veksten er byråets nysgjerrighet, engasjement og serviceinnstilling. Med disse egenskapene er Ekko Media alltid med på å skape nye metoder, strategier og markedsanalyser – som igjen gir et unikt fortrinn i et marked som aldri står stille.

Norwegian eye AS

Kom tett på! Ønsker du å være tett på naturen året rundt, og oppleve ditt favorittsted i solskinn, når høststormen blåser eller regnet høljer ned? Med en gjennomsiktig iglo har du trehundreogseksti graders utsikt til fjell, skog og hav – uansett vær! En Norwegian Eye iglo er unik og har mange bruksområder: overnatting ute, store og små happenings, et sted for de gode samtalene, eller nyte en bedre middag i godt selskap. Veggene er laget av et utrolig sterkt, gjennomsiktig materiale. Igloen kommer med et spesialbygget, isolert gulv og døren er låsbar. Konstruksjonen består av moduler, noe som gjør den lett flyttbar. Likevel står den stabilt og trygt året rundt. Så tøff at den står imot troll og uvær! Til tross for kun 5 mm uknuselig skille mellom ute og inne, gjør gode oppvarmings- og ventilasjonsløsninger det komfortabelt. Panel-, gass- eller vedovn, samt kjøle- og varmepumpe er gode løsninger for å gjøre det behagelig inne. Om skjerming for innsyn er viktig, er det bare å trekke opp rullegardinene. Øvrig innredning skaper et personlig sted. En investering i Norwegian Eye igloen er enkelt med utgangspunkt i våre skreddersydde finansieringsløsninger. Opplevelser uansett vær. Tett på naturen! TV Klipp AS

TV Klipp tilbyr kreative medietjenester med egenart til bedrifter på Helgeland. Vi jobber blant annet med videoproduksjon og fotografering (herav også i 360º), medierådgivning, innholdsproduksjon til nettsider samt drift og annonsering i sosiale medier (SoMe). Vi mener vi lager de mest skreddersydde filmene for sosiale medier i Nordland. Målet er å bli den foretrukne leverandøren av film, 360º og annonsering på sosiale medier på Helgeland.

"Lifeboats have killed more people than they have saved!" The statement is as far as I know unsupported, but widely known within the market of lifesaving equipment. Regulatory development, or rather a lack of such, has created a worldwide situation where lifesaving equipment on ships, ferries, cruise liners, you name it, have been torn between manufacturers, owners, service providers, and class and flag authorities, where all parties are biased by their commercial interest and their hopefully unconscious gamble that such equipment never has to be used. Not on their vessel. Not on my watch. The gamble is made with human lives at stake, and unfortunately, the odds are already written in blood. My system is based on my almost 20 years in this busyness. I have been a sailor who has trusted my own life on such equipment. I have been fortunate enough to use such equipment to save others. I have been responsible for the maintenance of such, I have worked with the leading manufacturers of such equipment as well as with companies providing service and inspections. I have also been part of the international organization responsible for the development of the rules for lifesaving equipment, and I have monitored this work closely for the last 10 years. I have seen all sides of the above-mentioned struggle. I know at the end of the day safety is at stake. I also have the solution. My system will benefit all parties and make equipment integrity and safety profitable for all. I am looking for a co-founder, CTO, and system developer to make my dream come true. I need someone with a passion to make a difference. Dynamisk Helse AS

The founder of Dynamisk Helse, Ann-Kristin Johansen, worked for several years as a nurse in hospitals and elderly care organizations. She experienced first-hand the lack of proper training which sometimes led to negative incidences for the patients as well as the staff. Sometimes the result had devastating outcomes, with a person's life at risk. Ann-Kristin felt sad and angry and felt the need to personally take action. This resulted in the foundation of Dynamisk Helse AS in 2011. We believe in small drops of theoretical and practical case-specific training, tailored naturally into our daily work. As there was no software platform available we felt was appropriate, we made it ourselves. Starting with making the “Drops first aid” app, which received fantastic feedback around the globe. (still available in Appstore) After this first test of response, we continued developing our own philosophy into a software platform that exceeds normal standards today. With limitless scalability and access on all digital surfaces. The number of elderly and inhabitants with chronic diseases, is going to double within ten years, resulting in dramatic demand for qualified healthcare workers. The leaders in healthcare struggle with high turnover and a shortage of both time and recourses to train the temps. Drops smartphone solution gives access to short and precise information about what to do when they need it, by scanning a QR code. Our Drops Skill aid system enables healthcare leaders to support staff in day-to-day tasks. We save costs for our customers, and provide a better service for patients, while we support care workers in building their skills and confidence.

BRIK as is a company specialising in new web technology, pedagogy and professional dissemination of knowledge. The team has extensive experience in the dissemination of knowledge with new web technologies and video. Our investors and partners are Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Research Council and several customer partners. The budget for the initial development phase (2013 - ) has been 12 MNOK. Now we are looking for partners for the next stage, where we will commercialize and increase sales.

Ferrx as

Game-changing technology for structural integrity monitoring. The Ferrx FEMM (Ferrx ElectroMagnetic Method) has been developed and tested for 2 decades, first by SINTEF and since 2005 by Ferrx. The method has provided unique features for the condition monitoring of steel structures. Material deterioration can be directly measured and early warning of risk for fatigue can be established long before any crack is detectable. Furthermore, the same sensors can also measure changes in metal loss, and thus provide for non-intrusive monitoring of internal corrosion and erosion in pipes. During the last years, instrumentation technology has been industrialized and the first commercial systems have been delivered and installed. Different types of instrumentation systems are available both for onshore and offshore/subsea applications. The industrialization, marinization, and production of the instrumentation systems are being done in cooperation with the most specialized suppliers. Ferrx is an independent company located in Trondheim, Norway with the business idea to provide the FEMM technology for different onshore and offshore markets to monitor the actual condition of steel structures and thus prevent loss of assets and pollution of the environment. The FEMM is protected by 2 patents and all rights are vested in Ferrx. The system for riser inspection has been qualified by DNV-GL in accordance with DNV-RP-A203 Technology Qualification.
