EquiConnector gjør hesteglede tilgjengelig for flere ved hjelp av den digitale delingsplattformen EquiBooker. Equi betyr hest, og hester er en verdifull ressurs for folkehelse og regional utvikling. Dessverre er hest i dag både dyrt og tidkrevende, noe som gjør at mange blir ekskludert. Hestebransjen er i sterk vekst. Likevel ligger bransjen langt bak på den teknologiske utviklingen. Med delingsøkonomi til hestebransjenMed utgangspunkt i grunnleggerens masteroppgave om innovasjon og delingsøkonomi i hestebransjen fikk EquiConnector bevilget 1 000 000kr fra Norges Forskningsråd. Målet var å utvikle en fleksibel plattform for booking av hesteaktiviteter, hvor alle aktuelle tilbud er samlet på en plattform. Slik kan vi senke terskelen for å komme i gang med, samt gjøre driften mer effektiv for ridesentrene. "AirBnb" for hestResultatet ble EquiBooker, som ble lansert på Sørlandet høsten 2019. Tilbakemeldingene fra pilotkundene har vært gode, og vi åpner opp for ridesentre over hele landet fra 2020. De første ridesentrene har allerede signert og er klare for oppstart i januar. Vi leverer også kurs og konsulenttjenester spesielt tilpasset hestebransjen, innen markedsføring og innovasjon. Både EquiBooker og våre øvrige tjenester har blitt møtt med stor interesse fra hestebransjen. Gå til EquiBookerEquiConnector ble stiftet i januar 2019 og holder ved UiA Nyskaping i Kristiansand. Vi er i dag fire ansatte fordelt på to årsverk. Vi har også et arbeidene styre. Teamet har solid kompetanse innen hest og forretningsutvikling, samt innen markedsføring, IT og foto. We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

Behovet for A-lags-spillere er høyt.Homesourcing finner fantastiske personer i Europa og integrerer de i norske utviklingsteam. Vi mener det finnes mer enn nok av utviklere i verden, men for få utviklere som også har lederevner. Vi coacher og bygger utviklere til ledere for å sørge for de blir like effektive som oss nordmenn og kan ta et større ansvar. Ikke minst kunne tenke selv og ta gode avgjørelser for teamene de er i.

MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Vaskehjelp er en digital markedsplass som knytter kunder med renholdere i sitt nærområde. Vi er en fullfinansiert startup med solide eiere. Vi lanserte piloten i Trondheim 3.mars 2017 og har på 6 måneder 1000 bestilte oppdrag og 300 registrerte renholdere. Selskapet har brukt mye tid på å tilpasse systemet til norske lover og regler, slik at alle renholdere har en komplett leveranse via appen med full oversikt over økonomi og moms. Både kunde og renholder er forsikret og vi gjør all markedsføring. Det eneste renholderne selv må passe på er å betale sin egen skatt. Vaskehjelp er nå et team på fem personer som gjør seg klare for å skalere.

The program has three principal aims:- transfer skills and knowledge from elderly people at the end of their professional careers to young immigrants just about to start theirs - provide a meaningful activity for people entering into retirement- support young immigrants in their job search- create relationships between different generations and cultures

High levels of wind noise are a health and safety hazard for motorcycle riders. Noise levels can exceed 110 decibels at highway riding, but also reach dangerously high levels even at city-riding speeds. 95% of riders want a quieter helmet. Current measures to combat noise levels in helmets have yielded very limited results. DAAL Noise Control Systems is a Norwegian start-up tech company founded in 2016 by acoustician and motorcyclist Dag Loe and physicist Sigmund Birkeland. DAAL is currently developing an active noise control system (ANC) for MC helmets. Our system dampens wind noise without interfering with important traffic noises like car horns and sirens.
