Aay’s Village er en norsk veldedig organisasjon startet i 2016, støttet av Kavlifondet. Vår hovedaktivitet finner sted i Laos, som er et veldig fattig land i sør-øst Asia. Jungellandsbyen vi opererer i tilbyr få og dårlige muligheter for barna der, spesielt innen utdanning.Aay's Village er drevet av et team på 4 fra Norge og Sverige, mens Aay er vår lokale initiativtaker som er daglig leder og lærer i vår lille skole.

PQA (Power Quality Analysis) er en bedrift som tilbyr måling, analyse, problemløsning og rådgivning innen spenningskvalitet. PQA har som formål å være en ressurs for nettselskap og industri ved arbeid relatert til spenningskvalitet, f.eks. i arbeid med distribuert produksjon, smarte nett og mikronett, spenningsregulering, nettplanlegging med krevende laster, og mye mer. PQA ble etablert våren 2017 av Henrik Kirkeby, tidligere forsker hos SINTEF Energi. Vi jobber med spenningskvalitet for flere ulike partnere og innen mange ulike fagområder. Vi er derfor avhengig av å være faglig sterke på de fleste temaer innen elkraft, i tillegg til å være spenningskvalitets-spesialister. Det gjør jobben både krevende, men også lærerik og spennende!

After many years in the construction industry, Kim Andre Heggenes was tired of working with poor tools for communication and documentation in the projects. That is why he started Goliath Systemer in 2017, where they developed the precursor to Gripr. Based on all experiences and feedback since then, we have spent the last year building the tool from scratch to a whole new level. If you knew us from the Goliath era, you will still find much of what you appreciated. If it's the first time you've met us, we think you'll be in for a positive surprise. Our ambitions have always been high, but we would like to admit that resources have not always matched the ambitions. That is why we are extra pleased that we have now brought Aider on the team, an accountancy group with 16 offices and 600 employees. Give messages to carpenters, electricians, tilers, plumbers or anyone else, you write or read them directly on your phone. Who is it made for? For you who are craftsmen, a toolbox that is always available, so simple that you actually use it. What benefits does it give you? A working day with fewer phone calls and easier communication with the others in the project. When you wonder, for example, who is responsible for a task, which HSE rules apply here or what has been carried out, you will find it in Gripr on your phone. And when your colleagues in the office wonder about something, they find it in Gripr instead of calling you. Why do we call Gripr a toolbox? Gripr is a toolbox with the tools you need to carry out projects neatly and efficiently. It is made especially for those of you who are more fond of crafts than paper work, and you can use it all the way through the project. Why are there fewer errors and deviations when you use Gripr? Because all agreements, HSE requirements and work assignments are available at all times, and because all deviations and changes can be documented with text and images as soon as they occur. Better overview and fewer problems, then there will also be fewer errors. Why do you get a better overview with Gripr? Because Gripr is a common channel for communication for everyone with a role in the project. Here you communicate, see how tasks are distributed, what has been done and what remains. We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Like the cool steel panels in our products, we like to join people with different backgrounds and know-how. In near future we hope to increase this team with more people, and will return to this when the time is right.
