Crystallize was founded in 2017 based on two principles: Using Internet craftsmanship to design and engineer the best headless eCommerce service for building a business online. Utilizing the same principles of internet craftsmanship in every aspect when we build our own company and defining our own business model. Giving us an extreme focus on removing friction to free up resources and focus on what really matters; team, customers, product and growth. Creating even more value for our customers and partners. Exemplified by our simplified legal framework and the way we price our service with a free tier with generous quotas and no limit on features to how we build our globally distributed team and digital customer journey. We want to use these principles to build a movement based on Internet craftsmanship. The founding brothers Bård and Aleksander Farstad have taken earlier ventures to the global scale, serving some of the most demanding clients globally, like The Economist, Financial Times, KitchenAid and NASA, building global ecosystems of partners and developers across all continents. New Normal Group is a venture accelerator and investor, founded by Bård, Aleksander and their partners, with a mission to build exponential software companies that chase the new normal of their industry. RePlan fokuserer på 3 hovedtjenester:- Annonsering på SoMe og søkemotoroer- SEO - NettsidebyggingSelskapet består av 4 sistesemesters studenter i markedsføring, med planer om å skape jobber med selskapet. Vi måler vår suksess på kundenes resultater, og vi skal bli Norges største digitalbyrå for små og mellomstore bedrifter. I RePlan mener vi det når vi sier at digital synlighet skal være tilgjengelig for alle, ikke bare de største. Å outsource markedsføringen trenger ikke koste skjorta, og resultatene snakker som regel for seg selv.

Minuendo

At Minuendo we are passionate about sound and the sense of hearing. We are equally concerned about the state of hearing for both consumers as well as professionals, ranging from musicians to workers in the construction industry. Minuendo was founded in 2018 by a team with extensive experience in acoustics, hearing protection, and product development. Our mission is to deliver category-defining hearing protection products that users will truly enjoy wearing and that will provide real protection.  Shortly after starting the company, we raised a total of EUR 2.5 million from investors such as Construct Venture and EU grants to accelerate our development. Minuendo is a fast-growing start-up based in Oslo. The founders have a track record of start-ups and product development. We have raised NOK 25 million since we started the company in the fall of 2018. We have offices in the loft at Pakkhuset close to Stortinget.  We are just about to launch our first product internationally and we need your help to make sure we succeed with product marketing and reaching users online that we otherwise would not have sold to through traditional channels. What we have made is a new high-end prosumer earplug that reduces noise and protects your hearing, while maintaining high fidelity of ambient sounds, such as music from your own instrument or at concerts. The technology and product are unique, and so must our digital marketing.

Tinymesh

Tinymesh™ holds a unique position in the fast-growing Indian market for smart energy metering & smart street light connectivity. Driven by high demand growth, the company expects revenue of $39 million with >40% profitability margin in 2022. Substantial orders proving the solution, quality, and trust in smart energy metering and smart street lighting segments were signed in Q2-2019. Demand-side is escalating and Tinymesh is inviting investors ready to scale with the company.

Kinera

Kinera's Fast Fix technology addresses the need for more efficient no-dig repair and rehabilitation techniques for large-diameter pipe infrastructures. The solution is a versatile remotely operated robot that can rehabilitate much faster than traditional labor-intensive methods. The robot will prepare the pipe and spray a designed polyurea pipe inner liner. A proof of concept was carried out in the Qatalum Power plant in Qatar. The European wastewater repair market is worth app. 15 bEUR in 2021 and for Norway 280 bNOK is needed for rehabilitation next 20 years. Markets to serve; municipals, power plants, and O&G.

Renteradar

Renteradar monitors our users' mortgage rates over time and compares them to the offers available in the market. We want to make the process of monitoring and comparing mortgage rates as easy as possible by creating transparency. We automatically match our users with their cheapest lenders as well as assist in the following transition. Our system uses BankID to collect the required information which makes the experience as effortless and uncomplicated as possible.

LANARS AS

LANARS ble grunnlagt i 2016. Vi utvikler applikasjoner, nettsider og ferdige løsninger for IoT for våre kunder (for eksempel smarte ringeklokker og systemer for kvalitetskontroll av planter). Vi skaper merverdi og strekker oss langt for å møte våre kunders ønsker og behov. Hovedgrunnen til at kunder velger oss, i tillegg til selve produktet, er vår evne til å forstå behovene og forventningene deres og dermed levere akkurat det de trenger.

GRIN

We make smart collection systems for the circular economy. Helping companies get their circular products back from consumers. So that the products can be reused, refurbished or recycled. Think reverse vending machines for bottles and cans- but for other products, and with a twist of cutting edge technology and beautiful design. We’re an early phase start-up based in Oslo, collaborating with some of the largest companies in the world, helping them transition from linear to circular. We are located at StartupLab at Oslo Science Park, the epicentre of Norway’s tech start-up scene. As part of the GRIN team, you will be given the opportunity to shape and scale a company, as well as innovating, developing, and growing new global business models necessary for a sustainable future.

Payrest

Bransjeekspert Yngvar Andreassen hadde tilbake i 2017 en teori om at man ved å digitalisere gjestereisen på restaurant kunne øke omsetningen med 20 %, og redusere kostnadene tilsvarende. Dette var som musikk i ørene på Jørn Bertelsen som oppnådde denne type resultater i et pilotprosjekt på Lekter´n på Aker Brygge våren 2018 – og som har analysert tall i bransjen i over 20 år. Det er en etablert sannhet at det er irriterende for gjester å vente på å bestille, betale og påkalle oppmerksomheten til servitørene. Payrest er en løsning for dette. Det som ikke like kjent at mange restauranter sliter med et høyt kostnadsnivå, og noe av grunnen til dette er at personalet bruker opptil 30% av arbeidstiden sin på å betjene systemer. Vi løser dette gjennom Payrest ved at gjestene selv registrerer bestillingen og betalingen på sin egen mobiltelefon. Dette gir deg som restaurantdriver muligheten til å bruke mer tid på servering og service! Payrest skal levere fremtidens løsning for servicebransjen – og har fokus på å levere en bedre gjesteopplevelse. Sammen med innovasjonsselskapet Norsentio driver Yngvar og Jørn, Payrest Norge. Løsningen er klar til å gi solhungrige og corona-leie nordmenn en trygg og effektiv restaurantopplevelse sommeren 2021! Gjennom 2018 og 2019 ble det investert 10 millioner i løsningen, og brukerne er så langt godt fornøyde med det som er levert – men vi gir oss ikke med det. Selskapet backes også av Innovasjon Norge og Skattefunnordningen.

Gruten AS

Gruten is an Oslo-based company that creates new value and meaning from coffee waste. We use coffee grounds in the production of soap and body scrub, and run an educational program with lectures, courses, and workshops to create awareness and knowledge about coffee grounds as a valuable resource.  We have a small production/workshop/outlet at Torshov, and sell our products on our own webshop + in ca 35 stores around Oslo and the rest of Norway. At the moment we are working hard to set up a site for mushroom production, growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. When we get a go-ahead for this we will be in demand for funding to set up the production site (we will be growing in used cooling containers, so-called reefers) and need people to work on the site.
