DIGS

Our mission is to create a thriving and evolving community of startups and creatives.DIGS is an innovation platform located in Trondheim, built on exchanges between members and partners who unite entrepreneurs, ‘makers’, and ‘doers’ from varied sectors. DIGS supports startup activities by providing an office environment and space for public activities, stimulating a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and mutual innovation through shared knowledge and experience. We participate in entrepreneurship networks across Norway, Europe, and internationally and aim to strengthen ties, stimulate the local community, and boost business development in and around the region of Trondheim. The idea of creating DIGS started with three enthusiastic people who wanted to make space for innovation in Trondheim. They started working on the idea in 2011 and acquired the space we are currently located in in the summer of 2013. The word DIGS means workplace and living space.

Rendra AS

From the very beginning, we have been working very closely with the Norwegian construction industry and their construction sites. We have spent a lot of time in the field and on construction sites, we have interviewed decision-makers and users, received their feedback, ideas, and comments, tested mock-ups, and improved. Then back for more testing and more feedback and more improvements. We have organized workshops and been working shoulder to shoulder with the people on site while developing StreamBIM – with one goal: To create a very user-friendly 3D BIM collaboration platform across platforms! Julius Caesar AS

David Strømman Nedal (born 1 march 1986) is a Norwegian fashion designer. He is the head of the Norwegian luxury suit brand Julius Caesar. Julius Caesar is a luxury private suit label that specializes in high-net customers with limited time and high demands. David is often used in the national press, both TV and print giving his advice on how to dress.

AYR AS er bygget opp av to avdelinger, henholdsvis Kommunikasjon og Infrastruktur.Kommunikasjon leverer ytelsesbaserte kommunikasjonstjenester og markedsføring. Vi har derfor et stort fokus på det digitale. I Infrastrukturavdelingen leverer vi de tradisjonelle IT-tjenestene men den grunnleggende idéen er at vi skal bruke den nye teknologien, herunder skyteknologi. Vi ønsker å gjøre IT enkelt og kombinert med at tjenestene vi leverer er tett knyttet til hverandre – gir det kundene ett kontaktpunkt. Teknologi kan både påvirke samfunnet og miljøet. Alle som jobber i AYR ønsker at teknologisk utvikling skal dytte samfunnet i riktig retning, hvor teknologi gjør at alle kan bidra og bli hørt. Vi bidrar derfor gjennom at 5% av konsernets overskudd fordeles mellom barne- og ungdomsarbeid innenfor teknologi og støttearbeid innen teknologi i utviklingsland.

Cutters

I 2015 begynte Cutters sin reise med mål om å kunne tilby alle hårklipper av høy kvalitet til en fornuftig pris. I dag er Cutters Norges mest innovative og nytenkende frisørkonsept og har for dette blant annet mottat støtte fra Innovasjon Norge to ganger. Frisørsalongene våre er av de mest besøkte i hele landet og vi får mye oppmerksomhet fra media, kunder og konkurrenter. Hos Cutters gjør vi ikke ting slik det alltid er blitt gjort. Det farligste uttrykket vi vet om er «vi har alltid gjort det på denne måten». Vi ser etter mennesker som tør å tenke annerledes og som våger å bryte regler og normer. Pinovo AS

Pinovo AS is a Norwegian scale up that has developed, patented, proven and commercialised surface maintenance technology that stops Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions. Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions are a large but little known problem that we estimate could be generating between 1.5m and 2.25m tonnes of ocean pollution each year (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/09/how-to-reduce-microplastics-from-paint/). Pinovo has developed a clean, circular dustless grit blasting solution, which stops these emissions and which is also up to 60% more cost efficient than the traditional methods of surface maintenance for spot blasting.

Målet er å gjøre prosessen med flytting til Norge så smooth som mulig slik at disse spesialistene kan flytte hit uten bekymringer - fokusert på sin nye jobb og sitt nye liv i Norge fra dag én!
