Vi har gitt ut 4 bestselgende strikkebøker med et samlet opplag på 100.000, og skal straks i gang med bok nummer 5. I tillegg selger vi garnet vi bruker til våre design i nettbutikken. Firmaet vårt heter Knitting Inna As og brandet vårt heter Bystrikk.   Nettbutikken er lokalisert i Oslo, og vi har en veletablert plattform og kundemasse, og gjør det bra i sosiale medier med 50k følgere på Insta og 26k følgere på Facebook. Vi søker en investor som kan bidra til å øke veksten i vår nettbutikk betraktelig. Nordmenn handler garn for nesten 1,5 milliard kroner i året. Vi startet forsiktig for 3 år siden og har bygget opp selskapet stein for stein, uten kapital eller lån. Vi omsatte for knappe 3,5 millioner i 2019. Nå er vi klare for å utvide virksomheten og ta en langt større del av kaken (1,5 mrd). Med de rette kreftene på laget burde man lett kunne 10-doble omsetningen innen 1-2 år. Vi søker noen som kan stille med både kapital til å utvide virksomhet / varelager, samt strategisk rådgivning innen netthandel og markedsføring. Der bør også komme til noen flere hoder og hender, slik at vi kan få «arbeidsro» til å jobbe videre med utvikling, ekspansjon og salg / markedsføring. Vi har et stort navn og et innarbeidet brand i bransjen og burde ha alle forutsetninger for å lykkes, men pr i dag er vi kun 1,5 årsverk som driver alt og vi har pr i dag ikke nok timer i døgnet, eller kapital, til å ta nettbutikken videre til neste nivå.   Vil du være med på strikkeeventyret vårt?

High-quality cargo bikes and high-tech solutions for urban mobility. Bogbi is a  Norwegian-Colombian startup that produces cargo bikes in Bogota for the national and international markets with a strong integrated social impact. Our bikes are handmade by Norwegian industrial designer Johannes Hegdahl and Colombian engineer David Duarte, as well as excellent welders and other local providers of components and engineering here in Bogota. In all moderation, we are being told that we have developed a world-class product. At Bogbi we want our bikes to contribute to Colombia's future in peace. Together with the Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Colombian company Mejor en Bici we are setting up a pilot -project to provide vocational training for young people involved in the conflict to become welders, entrepreneurs and eventually work with us to develop what we call: bike magic from Colombia. To increase our impact on society and the environment we have teamed up with the Norwegian organization International Development Norway and Innovation Norway. Together we will develop a digital platform for last-mile delivery service. This will enable companies to bring goods from business to business using cargo bikes and create employment for vulnerable groups, as well. We were accepted to apply for Innovation Norway's vision 2030 grants to develop a last-mile delivery service in Bogota and around the world. The grant is for three years to develop software and bikes to establish a b2b pilot here in Bogota with international We are located in Bogota with our own production facility and capacity to produce up to 40 bikes per month.

New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). We demonstrated Proof of Principle in a model system for Alzheimer’s disease in 2Q2016. We have also demonstrated that our drug is capable of reversing diabetes in an animal model. Together with clinical and regulatory advisors, we have identified an important unmet need for a drug to treat newly diagnosed diabetes. We will use this indication to quickly progress to market and from there develop analogous drug molecules in Alzheimer’s disease, focused especially in Down syndrome. The founder of Dynamisk Helse, Ann-Kristin Johansen, worked for several years as a nurse in hospitals and elderly care organizations. She experienced first-hand the lack of proper training which sometimes led to negative incidences for the patients as well as the staff. Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.

Fishency Innovation can give access to the entire salmon industry to affordable equipment to count automatically sea lice in the cage. Monitoring sea lice is the key to controlling them, it is access to good decision support for optimized treatments and to a reliable tool to measure the efficiency of preventive measures and existing treatments. Today, sea lice are counted manually over 20 fish, every week, in each cage. It is labor-demanding, and the collected data are not reliable. Sustainability starts with good data.

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.
