Although available to everyone, our target is painters, product designers, and artists.  Restack AS is an app development company specializing in Elixir-Phoenix Development. Alexander Grover, originally from the USA, holds both an engineering degree and an MBA. Before moving to Norway he served in the US Navy and worked on Wall Street.

Our goal is to fix the issues with IT recruitment by challenging the role WE used to have for many years. The issues are that:1.
