Easy Eiendom – Company Description Easy Eiendom is a data intelligence company transforming how the real estate industry understands risk, value, and opportunity. Founded in 2024, we are building Norway’s most comprehensive property and geospatial data platform by merging traditional real estate information with advanced GIS and Big Data analytics. Our mission is to create a unified system that replaces today’s fragmented and manual workflows with automated, precise, and real-time insight. Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, yet its data infrastructure remains outdated and scattered across incompatible sources. Banks, insurers, developers, municipalities, consultants, and investors all face the same challenge: critical information about a property—its structure, land conditions, environmental exposure, infrastructure, regulations, and market dynamics—is siloed in dozens of systems. These blind spots increase risk, slow decision-making, inflate costs, and reduce transparency. Easy Eiendom was founded to solve this problem. We are building a high-fidelity database that integrates property records, building information, environmental risk layers, climate indicators, geotechnical data, mobility patterns, infrastructure networks, demographic trends, and private datasets—into one cohesive system. On top of this data we use advanced GIS workflows, automated analysis pipelines, and AI-driven insight models to deliver precise, standardized, and actionable intelligence. Our platform cuts research time by up to 80% and reduces analytical cost by 50%. Instead of manually searching through fragmented sources, users get instant access to automated risk assessments, geospatial analyses, and property insights that are continuously updated and delivered with high accuracy. Easy Eiendom helps banks improve collateral evaluations, insurers price risk more intelligently, developers assess feasibility faster, and investors make better decisions with complete situational awareness. We are driven by a simple belief: better data leads to lower risk, higher returns, and a more transparent market. Easy Eiendom exists because we experienced firsthand how inefficient and error-prone today’s workflows are. The spark came from the realization that professionals spend more time gathering data than analyzing it—while missing crucial geographical context that fundamentally shapes risk. We are building the platform we wish existed: a unified operating system for real estate intelligence, inspired by the ambition of becoming the “Palantir for property and geospatial data.” Our goal is to empower every professional who depends on property information—with clarity, speed, and confidence. Bio-Me Is Setting The Standard For Routine Microbiome Analysis Gut microbiome research has become essential to almost every medical research field. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies have been crucial in enabling a breakthrough in our understanding of the significant role gut microbes play in health and disease. However, the field is now moving past the exploratory research phase and there is a need to translate microbiome research findings into actionable clinical solutions. Application of NGS for this purpose faces several challenges related to precision, turnaround time, cost per sample, and the need for complex bioinformatic pipelines. Our mission is to provide researchers and industry with a qPCR-based analysis service that delivers actionable microbiome results.

Hive Initiative

The Hive Initiative is creating tools to help companies integrate adaptation and mitigation efforts within their organisation through design-thinking workshops and implementation frameworks. As our planet warms and ecosystems continue to change, businesses will be increasingly required to make meaningful- and reportable- changes. As most people do not have a background in environmental science, it can be challenging to understand the full picture and how roles can be adapted. And while sustainability courses and seminars convey knowledge, it remains challenging to keep the energy high, the culture empowered, and the knowledge put into practice. The Hive Initiative’s Mini Climate Summit makes it easy to address these challenges. It brings employees together in real time to learn science-based facts and then gives them a forum to collaborate on solutions. With ideas captured and implemented, KPIs are met, ESG requirements are fulfilled and culture is strengthened. The result: more minds that help make company sustainability more active, enabled and empowered, which in turn makes society more educated and resilient. We are a group of people with high levels of climate anxiety- but also high levels of optimism. We want to use our skills in design and communication to make it easier for everyone to stay educated, hopeful and empowered, which will make it much easier for all of us to adapt to our changing world. As the founder, I wanted to work on solutions every day, and did so while having a day job. After 4 years, myself and my collaborators have built up a good product prototype, solid relationships with other climate orgs, and solid vision of what we hope to achieve. So it was the right time to focus on this fully. I really do believe that all of us want a world that is fair for everyone and is in harmony nature. We just have to figure out how to get there.

Tromaha ble startet i 2020 og jobber i dag med å utvikle egne konsepter og for kunder. Våres konsepter er Basbaaas og Oslo matfestival. Oslo matfestival samler matopplevelser fra hele verden på 3kt på Aker brygge i juni og Birkelunden siste helgen i august, og gir byens innbyggere og besøkende muligheten til å oppleve en smak av forskjellige kulturer. Smak på somalsk sambosa, nigeriansk barbecue eller indisk finesse, og la deg inspirere av lokale spesialiteter fra både anerkjente restauranter og privatpersoner som har en genuin interesse for matkultur fra sitt eget land. Basbaas er en uunnværlig del av somalisk matkultur. Denne chili-sausen er så populær at hver familie har sin egen unike oppskrift på den. Vår oppskrift er laget av Faduma Hassan Husseen, som tilfeldigvis er moren til vår daglige leder. Faduma har laget basbaas nesten hele livet sitt og lærte å lage den ved å se på sin egen mor. Hun bruker kun de ferskeste ingrediensene og blander alt sammen for å lage sin signatursaus.

Tripletex er et norsk selskap med 55 000 kunder og 200 000 brukere. Vi startet opp i 2002, og vi har siden den gang tilbudt et komplett, skybasert økonomisystem. Tripletex er heleid av Visma og sitter i Vismas lokaler på Skøyen i Oslo.I dag huser vi 190 ansatte, som består av skarpe utviklere, dyktige selgere, faglig sterke og serviceinnstilte supportmedarbeidere, en kreativ markedsavdeling og en god administrasjon.
