Nuviou

I’m building Nuviou — an AI-powered career assistant that helps people figure out what they truly want to do and gives them a clear, personalized plan to get hired. It's like having a personal strategist at a fraction of the cost for a career coach , from self-discovery to job offer. I’ve built this solo so far — MVP’s in alpha, backed by Innovasjon Norge, won a pitch competition, and there’s solid early traction. But it’s time to stop building alone. Most people care deeply about their careers. The real problem? Career reflection is slow, exhausting, and restarts every time. I’m building Nuviou so that you only have to do it once — and then you own it, forever.

Next Utdanning AS

Next Utdanning AS is an innovative edtech startup focused on modernizing and adapting the education system to meet today’s needs. We develop flexible, digital learning solutions that bridge the gap between theory and practice, making education more relevant to the workforce. The problem we are solving: Traditional education often lags behind the fast-paced changes in the job market. Many educational programs have fixed curricula that do not quickly adapt to the evolving demands of technology-driven industries. As a result, students may graduate without the up-to-date skills required in their fields, creating a disconnect between what they learn and what is actually needed in the workplace. Why we do this: We believe that education should be flexible, current, and directly aligned with the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s job markets. Through Next Utdanning AS, we aim to enhance the learning experience by offering modular courses, personalized learning pathways, and technology-driven teaching methods that integrate practical experience.

SHITIKA STUDIOS

SHITIKA STUDIOS is a fresh and unique jewellery brand that also dwells into sculptural objects for the body. The jewellery pieces are forms of artworks that can either be worn or adorned as objects. It focuses on bringing masculine and feminine characteristics together, making all the jewellery pieces unisex and for all. The sculptural objects and jewellery are inspired by nature’s rough qualities, industrial modernity, and futuristic aesthetics. Giving the brand a dark and mysterious vision. All the jewellery pieces are handcrafted by the designer and artist herself in her little studio in Oslo. With over 8 years of experience within the jewellery and production industry, she takes part in developing the brands sustainability awareness by continuously collecting recycled silver which is used for producing new pieces. SHITIKA STUDIOS also uses other precious materials such as gold for custom orders, and precious gemstones that are sustainably sourced. There are also other projects that the studio dwells into and that is the research and development of biomaterials, and how recyclable and sustainable materials can be innovated. This is carried out with a collaborative project called the Bio Deep Map, founded by the BioRegion Institute in Norway.

Dyrk

Dyrk is like an Airbnb, but for gardens. We let garden owners rent out their garden to people who needs some space to grow their own vegetables. The growers will pay a monthly subscription to be able to grow their own vegetables in a garden. The garden owners can put their garden out on our platform and wait for growers to apply so they can earn money. There does not exist a way to rent a garden space or to rent out your garden. The alternative today if you do not own a garden yourself is to sign up for allotment garden through the municipality. In Oslo the allotment from the municipality has a waiting time of atleast 20 years. The waiting time is far too long on today’s alternatives for growing. After corona the interest for growing vegetables has been booming. We tackle this problem by letting people who own a garden rent it out to these people that want to grow, but do not have the space themselves.

StarCruiter International AS (Ltd.)

THE URGENT ISSUE IN TODAY'S JOB MARKET IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES: ✪ Traditional recruitment prioritizes CV algorithms and keywords over human potential, by an astonishing 90%. When ATS/AI control who gets seen, we lose the most important factor: the human behind the CV. This creates not just unemployment, but social exclusion - when people can't find work, they lose connection to society and experience profound isolation. ✪ Todays recruitment methods are narrowly fixated purely on qualifications and historical experience, relying heavily on algorithms to sift through CVs. This approach overlooks the unique talents and motivations of individuals, drivingforces, personality and thus missing out on valuable opportunities for growth and success. ✪ THE RESULT: People are often using ChatGPT or Copilot to write their applications + HR are using AI to read them = nobody is getting hired. ✪ Sweden struggles with high youth unemployment and urban-rural divides. Refugee integration remains uneven, and platform work is eroding traditional protections. Union influence is waning, especially in tech and service sectors. ✪ Denmark’s famed flexicurity model is under pressure. Women are overrepresented in part-time roles, and older workers exit early. Gig work is expanding faster than regulation, challenging collective bargaining norms. ✪ Finland faces persistent long-term unemployment and mental health-related exclusion. Industrial restructuring is shifting jobs to tech hubs, leaving peripheral regions behind. Labor mobility remains low despite retraining efforts. In conclusion; the Nordic countries face mounting labor market exclusion despite strong welfare models. Norway leads with 700,000 adults outside the labor force, driven by regional stagnation, immigrant underemployment, and early retirement. The green and digital transitions are creating jobs—but not where displaced workers live. THE PERFECT STORM FOR US! TURNING THE RECRUITMENT MARKET UPSIDE-DOWN «From employer initiated to 100% talent focused.» Our Solution: Talentity.ai = AI meets empathy! Nordic's first community for job seekers, where talent takes center stage. Meeting the talents, rather than relying on historical data on a piece of paper. Creating an empathic AI, that combines human expertise with technology, supporting decision making and not taking over the entire process.

GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-

REPAIRABLE COMMUNITY

There are too few products repaired, and e.g. clothes therefore have a short lifespan and end up as waste before their time. Brands have a producer responsibility for the entire life cycle of the products they put on the market, and must contribute to the product's increased lifespan to avoid waste production. However, they do not have global scalable solutions for this, but have inefficient expensive and manual processes (difficult to communicate around) which make most employees avoid repairs, and would rather give a new product, or the money back. Whether they offer repair is challenging. There are no global solutions that collect repair data for learning and improving design. Consumers have, always!, 1 or more garments awaiting repair, but the service is not available in the correct format. Repairers have challenges in scaling, employing and growing their company into a modernized service offer and a more predictable and appealing "call to action". The problem is common because we have developed habits influenced by "Planned obsolescence". The problem we solve are solved firstly for brands and retailers. Consumers are asking for products with a longer lifespan, and the European Commission is doing the same. Branded goods will in the future HAVE to repair complaints if it is not cheaper to give a new one. In practice, consumers will expect repairs from responsible parties. The brands are global and do not have a system for complaints and repair management, which is easy to communicate internally and externally. Secondly, consumers have broken products, but poor access to certified repairers outside the city centres, and too little information and management of expectations. Local services that brands back, and transport solutions increase accessibility and use and extend the customer relationship with brand. For the repairers, digitization offers opportunities for scaling, interaction with more people in a more efficient way, learning, as well as the capacity to use digital customized products and better purchasing conditions. We develop an API, a plug and play solution for the landing pages of manufacturers, brands and retailers. It is a "white labelled" fully integrated saas API, similar to how brands have integrations for payment and logistics. Then all stakeholders have a common point, for inquiries about damaged products, and the API supports the producer responsibility scheme/compliance. All product-level data will be collected here for feedback and improvements in design as well as sustainability reporting. Complaints are handled automatically through a decision tree linked to regulations. It makes customer service more efficient. Different transport solutions/delivery addresses with different costs will be offered. Local repairers will be certified and, with a simple interface, will receive more assignments from more customers. They will have a structure behind them that can help professionalize the operation as well as respond to the EU's requirements for documentation. Consumers will get fixed prices, predictability in the service and the possibility of personalisation.
