MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Vi har nå utviklet en lab modell for å bevise at dette lar seg gjennomføre – dette kan du få se. ID TAG TECHNOLOGY GROUP har blitt innvilget patent i Norge, USA og Kina (2017). Det er for øvrig søkt patent i EPO, Russland, Hong Kong, Japan og Sør Korea. Søknadsprosessen går over all forventning. Teknologien kan benyttes både i profesjonelt utstyr og i personlige enheter som smarttelefoner og nettbrett/PC og egenutviklede hardwareprodukter for industrielle behov. Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.

Software developer and game studio. Our first release is the retro game UFO Hunter, which has been released for iOS, Android, Mac and Windows. We have just released a major upgrade of this game and are also planning several other projects related to software and gamification. More information will come soon. We are serious about having fun!

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Well Conveyor is a downhole engineering company who are developing a battery powered slimhole conveyor, ideally suited for small horizontal wells.   The conveyor is designed to pull a small diameter, lightweight logging cable to the toe of the horizontal well.   A logging cable will give full access to the necessary information required by the operator.

Five seasoned experts with over 175 years of experience in the oil & gas industry have developed a new patent pending disruptive revolutionary technology.   Water is separated in a horizontal well bore close to the reservoir and thereafter re-injected via a lateral well as pressure support to increase oil recovery. The Fluidsep DPP combines production and injection in one well with no spill to the surface, all excess water and sand is re-injected and never sees the surfaceThe technology enables  35% extra oil production and at the same time results in significantly reduced CO2/barrel of Oil. More than a 30% reduction compared with conventional production. An example of simulations shows extra income of > 1 Billion NOK per well. Fluidsep DPP has achieved TRL 2 - and requires 2 years of qualifications and pilot testing to be ready for the market, TRL 7. Strong interest in the market about our technology. Currently inviting investors and Seed capital funds to participate in the joint development of building a new international downhole service provider based in the Bergen region.
