Ticom

Hvem er vi ? TICOM har en liten, men sammensveiset kjerne med bakgrunn innenfor innovativ mobilteknologi, og som de senere årene har jobbet med å utvikle lignende høykvalitetsprodukter innenfor klokker og headsets. Det er også gjennom denne kunnskapen og erfaringen våre medlemmer har opparbeidet seg et unikt kontaktnettverk I Asia, noe som igjen gjør at TICOM har tilgang til kvalitetsprodukter til priser få kan konkurrere med I vesten. Hvis noen I det hele tatt. Vi har egne og lokale representanter “på bakken” I Kina og Thailand. Samtidig har vi tilknyttet vårt nettverk en ny ressurs innen PR, Medier og samfunnskontakt som har lang internasjonal erfaring på høyt plan, blant annet I FN hvor han begynte I WHO I 1993.

Gruten AS

Gruten is an Oslo-based company that creates new value and meaning from coffee waste. We use coffee grounds in the production of soap and body scrub, and run an educational program with lectures, courses, and workshops to create awareness and knowledge about coffee grounds as a valuable resource.  We have a small production/workshop/outlet at Torshov, and sell our products on our own webshop + in ca 35 stores around Oslo and the rest of Norway. At the moment we are working hard to set up a site for mushroom production, growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. When we get a go-ahead for this we will be in demand for funding to set up the production site (we will be growing in used cooling containers, so-called reefers) and need people to work on the site.

Dynamisk Helse AS

The founder of Dynamisk Helse, Ann-Kristin Johansen, worked for several years as a nurse in hospitals and elderly care organizations. She experienced first-hand the lack of proper training which sometimes led to negative incidences for the patients as well as the staff. Sometimes the result had devastating outcomes, with a person's life at risk. Ann-Kristin felt sad and angry and felt the need to personally take action. This resulted in the foundation of Dynamisk Helse AS in 2011. We believe in small drops of theoretical and practical case-specific training, tailored naturally into our daily work. As there was no software platform available we felt was appropriate, we made it ourselves. Starting with making the “Drops first aid” app, which received fantastic feedback around the globe. (still available in Appstore) After this first test of response, we continued developing our own philosophy into a software platform that exceeds normal standards today. With limitless scalability and access on all digital surfaces. The number of elderly and inhabitants with chronic diseases, is going to double within ten years, resulting in dramatic demand for qualified healthcare workers. The leaders in healthcare struggle with high turnover and a shortage of both time and recourses to train the temps. Drops smartphone solution gives access to short and precise information about what to do when they need it, by scanning a QR code. Our Drops Skill aid system enables healthcare leaders to support staff in day-to-day tasks. We save costs for our customers, and provide a better service for patients, while we support care workers in building their skills and confidence.

KOMENT utvikler og produserer opplevelsesbasert kommunikasjon. I KOMENT arbeider 25 kompetente medarbeidere med lang erfaring innen bl.a nettverksbygging, arrangement, media, markedsføring, sosiale medier, web og digitale utviklingsprosjekter, animasjon & design, sponsoring og events. Et komplett reise- og kommunikasjonsbyrå.

Ekilibre AS

Hos Ekilibre Pilates tar vi trening til et annet nivå. Vårt nyeste konsept heter Bevegelses Magi og bygger på gode erfaringer fra USA og Storbritannia. I bunnen ligger en solid treningsmetode som tar hensyn til kroppens fysiske, mentale og følelsesmessige sider. Konseptet retter seg mot tre målgrupper: 1) I samarbeid med Visit Lillehammer og Mølla Hotell kjører vi et pilotprosjekt mot MICE markedet på Lillehammer. Aktivitetsbyen Lillehammer kan tilby dette lille ekstra som tilfører kurset eller konferansen aktivitet, humor og bevegelse som deltakerne tar med seg tilbake til hverdagen. Vi legger til side alt prestasjonspress og finner tilbake til gleden over å bevege på seg og godfølelsen som gjør oss bedre rustet til å tåle stress og jag. 2) Bedrifter som tar bedriftenes bærekraft-mål på alvor. De ansattes fysiske og psykiske helse får en naturlig plass i hverdagen ved å inkludere Bevegelses Magi som et tiltak for å bedre de ansattes helse 3) Barn og unge er en gruppe som er spesielt utsatt og hvor prestasjonspresset kan stenge mange ute fra aktivitet. Bevegelses Magi for barn og unge legger aktivitet og mestring på et nivå som er tilpasset deres behov og ulikheter. Barn utvikler seg ikke likt og de utsettes for fysisk og mentalt press gjennom både skole, i fritiden og gjennom sosial omgang og ikke minst sosiale medier. Bevegelses Magi hjelper alle til å kjenne glede og mestring, noe som gir dem en indre styrke å bygge videre på. Vår erfaring er at gapet mellom de som driver med aktiv idrett og de som faller utenfor stadig vokser. De som har det største behovet for fysisk aktivitet har vanskelig for å finne sin plass. Vi har skapt Bevegelses Magi for at det skal være en plass til alle, fordi vi alle er forskjellige og alle trenger å bli venn med kroppen sin.

Diinef AS

Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. We are looking for a profile to strengthen our team in the area of electronics and software.

Spect8

Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.

SynPlan

SynPlan is an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solution to help healthcare organisations optimise workforce planning. Zeabuz

Zeabuz is a spin-off from the leading research community on autonomous vessels at NTNU in Trondheim. Our autonomy technology is field-proven for shortcuts across urban waterways, and we are now searching for long-term investors while preparing for market launch. Water used to be the main infrastructure for most cities in the world. While roads are filling up everywhere, much of the urban waters are have become highly underutilized. At Zeabuz we want to reverse this trend by introducing a technology platform that makes local waterborne transport an economically viable and sustainable option. Our mobility system, which comprises a combination of a network of small vessels, electric drive, and autonomous operation, is a truly scalable solution fit for many of the world’s urban areas. Enabling increased flow by utilizing available waterways will allow more people to travel by foot and bike and hence will reduce the need for road traffic and in the end reduce emissions of climate gasses. Another perspective is that dynamic utilization of waterways will reduce the need for new inflexible infrastructures such as roads and bridges, which saves both money, emissions from concrete production, and local footprint. The Zeabuz urban mobility system will be a compelling and attractive mobility solution for cities globally. Rough estimates have shown that there is a market for approx. 4000 Zeabuz-like ferries in the EU alone. Zeabuz aims to take a major share of this emerging market. The company is founded on the idea that passenger transport across urban waters is a highly suitable starting point for commercializing autonomous mobility. In this segment, risks are mitigated by low speeds and high physical margins which also allow us to focus on solving only a few problems at a time while still earning positive returns from the start. As the Zeabuz technology platform matures in this first segment, we will explore its scaling potential across several dimensions. This means we could branch out and adapt to new opportunities and market demand based on our solid foundation in autonomy, assurance, and mobility solutions. Our autonomy platform can be utilized to deliver Autonomy-as-a-Service which enables entries into new markets, new use cases, and an expansion to more complex operational domains. Zeabuz is now preparing for launching a commercial pilot in a Scandinavian city in 2022. The Digital Gardener

The Digital Gardener is a planning tool and gardening community for small-scale vegetable producers and home gardeners. We help growers plan what to grow, as well as when, where and how to grow it, so that they can focus on making their plants thrive. The demand for locally produced, sustainable food is increasing. Despite this, small-scale vegetable producers struggle to make an income. Predictable supply is essential to make efficient use of available market channels for direct to consumer sales, and a good plan is a key prerequisite to achieve this. The Digital Gardener aims to help small scale producers achieve the needed predictability by making it easy to create and maintain a good plan, and by helping them keep on top of work to be done throughout the growing season. The interest in gardening and homesteading has also surged during the corona crisis. Unfortunately, many aspiring home gardeners lack the needed growing competence to succeed with their gardening projects. Ambitious homesteaders face similar challenges as professional growers, as they need a good plan to ensure that they can harvest fresh produce for their family throughout the season. The Digital Gardener aims to help all growers succeed with their gardening projects, and will enable them to share information and experience to help and inspire others to succeed as well. The Digital Gardener is a software company. Our goal is to build software that contributes to an increase in the amount of food that is grown locally, as well as increased biodiversity in green spaces and home gardens. We partner with other organisations, people and companies that provide competence, heirloom seeds, tools and methods that can help us achieve this goal.
