Can engineering simulations be fun? And blazing fast? We think so: take ASHES for a spin, and you'll be up to speed in < 5 min*. We love to hear your feedback. We are developing ASHES - AeroServoHydroElasticSimulation. ASHES is a design and analysis software for onshore and offshore wind turbines or aeroelastic analysis for short. We hold the following to be true: 1. User experience (UX) is as important as getting the numbers right. Even for engineers. 2. Cloud computing will make aeroelastic simulation 100X (or so) faster and cheaper at the same time. It also offers virtually unlimited flexibility as any engineer has thousands of machines at her disposal. We are interested in presenting and discussing our software with prospective industrial and academic partners. *Not included the time it takes to read the license agreement.

Several statistics underline the challenges of the modern world: 50 % or more are single. 50 % are cheating. 50 % or more break up or divorce. 25 % on sick leave as a result of a relationship breakup. Low libido is now a public health problem. 48 % have only one friend, but not a reliable one in a crisis. 50 % of the population wants more friends. We become more sick from our private lives than our work lives (Modesta Olsen, 2007), and the modern family is the most common family structure (Almendingen, 2010). Which social structures can survive the strain of losing the qualities of faithfulness, honesty, and decency? Cynicism becomes our defense. Depression and feelings of emptiness are the prices we pay. Giving hugs, care, and trust to others not only bring greater happiness - it can also lead to better business. Icebreakercard.com is a new world movement to solve these social challenges. It fights for its vision: Love and friendship locally and globally! Our big goal is to improve your life quality. As social entrepreneurs, we are called the fourth sector which cooperates with the other three: private, public, and civic (Ellis, 2006) with an optimal mix of high tech & high touch! In this paper, I will present my research findings in the Western world (mainly Norway and USA) and my part of the solution as a social entrepreneur of Icebreakercard.com. A social entrepreneur has been described as our time's hero and heroines. We create solutions where none of the sectors have succeeded well enough. Bad relationships lead to health problems in the population across age and gender. Mental health conditions are now the key concern in all of the OECD countries. The employer and the community take the economic bill when the employee is on sick leave. The disease is a private matter, but absence is not. Spect8

Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.
