Oncoinvent AS is a privately held Norwegian company established in 2010. The company is committed to developing new innovative products to provide better treatment options to cancer patients. The innovations being developed by Oncoinvent AS are a result of the extensive experience with the development of radionuclide-based cancer treatments of two of the founders, Dr. Roy H. Larsen and Professor of clinical oncology Øyvind S. Bruland. Larsen and Bruland are the inventors of the first FDA and EMA-approved alpha-emitting pharmaceutical product Xofigo® (Bayer AG), as well as of the beta-emitting radio-immunotherapeutic product candidate Betalutin® (Nordic Nanovector ASA). Oncoinvent's lead product candidate, Radspherin®, is a novel alpha-emitting radioactive microsphere designed for the treatment of metastatic cancers in body cavities. Radspherin® has been shown to cause a significant reduction in tumor cell growth. It is anticipated that the product can potentially treat several forms of metastatic cancer. The first clinical indication for Radspherin® will be the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis. Clinical development will be conducted in collaboration with European and American clinical research centers.

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

RESPINOR is a privately-owned medical device company, founded in Oslo, 2015. We have developed an objective measure of breathing for critically ill patients within intensive care. The technology provides precise, continuous and real-time information of diaphragm function, our main breathing muscle, to increase the quality of care and reducing costs. RESPINOR’s technology is the winner of Horizon 2020 both in phase I and II. We are addressing an unmet medical need because every breath counts.

Hvem er vi ? Hos Ekilibre Pilates tar vi trening til et annet nivå. Vårt nyeste konsept heter Bevegelses Magi og bygger på gode erfaringer fra USA og Storbritannia. I bunnen ligger en solid treningsmetode som tar hensyn til kroppens fysiske, mentale og følelsesmessige sider. Konseptet retter seg mot tre målgrupper: 1) I samarbeid med Visit Lillehammer og Mølla Hotell kjører vi et pilotprosjekt mot MICE markedet på Lillehammer. Aktivitetsbyen Lillehammer kan tilby dette lille ekstra som tilfører kurset eller konferansen aktivitet, humor og bevegelse som deltakerne tar med seg tilbake til hverdagen. Vi legger til side alt prestasjonspress og finner tilbake til gleden over å bevege på seg og godfølelsen som gjør oss bedre rustet til å tåle stress og jag. 2) Bedrifter som tar bedriftenes bærekraft-mål på alvor. De ansattes fysiske og psykiske helse får en naturlig plass i hverdagen ved å inkludere Bevegelses Magi som et tiltak for å bedre de ansattes helse 3) Barn og unge er en gruppe som er spesielt utsatt og hvor prestasjonspresset kan stenge mange ute fra aktivitet. Bevegelses Magi for barn og unge legger aktivitet og mestring på et nivå som er tilpasset deres behov og ulikheter. Barn utvikler seg ikke likt og de utsettes for fysisk og mentalt press gjennom både skole, i fritiden og gjennom sosial omgang og ikke minst sosiale medier. Bevegelses Magi hjelper alle til å kjenne glede og mestring, noe som gir dem en indre styrke å bygge videre på. Vår erfaring er at gapet mellom de som driver med aktiv idrett og de som faller utenfor stadig vokser. De som har det største behovet for fysisk aktivitet har vanskelig for å finne sin plass. Vi har skapt Bevegelses Magi for at det skal være en plass til alle, fordi vi alle er forskjellige og alle trenger å bli venn med kroppen sin.

Total Kropp- trening og behandling er et tverrfaglig behandlingssenter med naprapater, fysioterapeut, lege og personlige trenere. Vi har i tillegg et fullt utstyrt treningssenter der man kan trene individuelt, få rehabilitering, trene med personlig trener eller i grupper på 3-6 personer. På senteret har vi et velfungerende tverrfaglig samarbeid der man kan få felleskonsultasjon med f.eks naprapat og lege.

WindTechVi er et tidlig fase prosjekt som jobber med utvikling av teknologi og risikostyringssystemer for kaldt klima. Vi jobber med en løsning på et identifisert problem, som vi ønsker å videre utvikle og kommersialisere. Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation.
