In PLOT we develop and gain deep insight into different markets and industries through the work we do for clients. We have started a project to develop and market local market information. To help shops and restaurants to profitably exploit the potential in the local market. Key benefits for each shop are identifying potential for investing for increased sales while planning for manpower and sourcing according to demand.

GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-

Yesboss er en markedsplass for B2B salg og bygger hybride salgsteam bestående av salgshus og frilansselgere. For våre store kunder er Yesboss et verktøy for sin eksisterende salgsavdeling, og for mindre kunder i vekstfase er Yesboss en plattform for å finne rett kandidat til et spesifikt salgsprospekt, uten å måtte ansette. Med en salgsplattform har vi klart å effektivisere salgsprosessen til å bli både enklere og mer innbringende. Vårt konsept er nytt i salgs bransjen og Yesboss blir beregnet som en nyskapende og fremoverlent bedrift som virkelig liker å løse utfordringer.

Kleda

Kleda is a platform that allows users to share their personal styles and earn money from it. The platform allows users to create a profile to showcase and share pictures of their clothing style, as well as add links to where the clothing items were purchased. These links are then transformed into "deep links" that enable tracking of purchases made through a given user's clothing style. Users who share their styles on the platform will receive a commission of approximately 10-20% on sales made through these links. Kleda facilitates transactions between users and clothing stores, with the aim of making it easier for users to shop for clothes and get inspiration to create a good clothing style. Kleda solves several problems in the fashion industry. Consumers often experience friction when they have to visit multiple different stores or websites to find the clothes they want. Kleda provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by offering multiple stores on one platform. Additionally, Kleda provides publishers with a platform to build their own brand and earn money through collaborations with clothing stores. Kleda provides clothing stores with an easy way to sell products directly to consumers on a platform that already has a large and engaged user base, thereby increasing their visibility and revenue. Kleda has three different customer groups. The first group is shopping customers who use the Kleda app to find and purchase clothes from various stores on an easy and user-friendly platform. The second group is publishers who share their clothing styles and inspire other users. Kleda offers publishers the opportunity to build their personal brand and earn money by collaborating with Kleda's clothing store partners. The third group is clothing stores that want increased visibility and accessibility on a new platform. Kleda provides clothing stores with the opportunity to sell their products directly to customers and collaborate with Kleda to promote their products through campaigns and marketing. Overall, Kleda is solving the problem of the friction and inconvenience that consumers experience when shopping for clothes, while also providing opportunities for publishers and clothing stores to benefit from the platform.

Tripletex

Tripletex er et norsk selskap med 55 000 kunder og 200 000 brukere. Vi startet opp i 2002, og vi har siden den gang tilbudt et komplett, skybasert økonomisystem. Tripletex er heleid av Visma og sitter i Vismas lokaler på Skøyen i Oslo.I dag huser vi 190 ansatte, som består av skarpe utviklere, dyktige selgere, faglig sterke og serviceinnstilte supportmedarbeidere, en kreativ markedsavdeling og en god administrasjon. Vi jobber alle mot et felles mål om å utvikle et fremtidsrettet økonomisystem som forenkler hverdagen til alle våre kunder. Nå søker vi enda flere flinke folk som kan være med på laget.

VilMer

VilMer er kommunenes totalleverandør av gode fysiske og digitale opplevelser for eldre mennesker. Per mai 2021 har VilMer avtaler med 45 kommuner. Gjennom en digital plattform på vilmer.no skaper VilMer flere gode øyeblikk for beboere og brukere på blant annet sykehjem, bofellesskap og dagtilbud. MinMemoria - "med livshistorien i sentrum": Et verktøy for personsentrert omsorg og kommunikasjon. Muliggjør persontilpasning av fysiske og digitale opplevelser. Opplevelser - "lokalsamfunnet bidrar": Et mangfold av opplevelser og aktiviteter for brukere og beboere på omsorgsinstitusjoner i et spenn fra lesestunder og gåturer til besøk av dyr til fotballkamp utenfor sykehjemmet. Televindu - "et bibliotek av digitalt innhold tilrettelagt for eldre": En videoplattform laget spesielt for personer med demens og kognitiv svikt som også inkluderer en flora av digitale opplevelser som virtuell tur opp Besseggen og gamle filmer fra historielaget. VilMer VR - "tur i en annen verden": Nysgjerrighet og gode minner vekkes med en tur på gården for å hilse på dyrene eller til stranda for å høre bølgeskvulp. VR-løsningen omfatter VR-briller, flere hundre VR-filmer og en styringsapp som er enkel å bruke for helsepersonell. Triggo - "en fin stund sammen": Triggo er en app som inspirerer til aktivitet og samtaler på tvers av generasjoner. Den gir brukeren en fin stund kombinert med fysisk og kognitiv trening. Solstorm Rocket Propulsion makes the next generation of rocket engines using hybrid propulsion technology and 3d-printed fuel cellsAs the market for commercial space industries matures we are seeing smaller and smaller satellites being built and with it, increasing demand for small satellite launchers providing dedicated launchesAs existing engines are mainly developed by government agencies, military providers with non-export policies, and competing launch vehicle providers, most market entrants are forced to develop all their own engine designs from scratch. This is a major bottleneck in the development of smaller launch vehicles, forcing every actor to go through the same R&D process before they can perform their actual business services. By providing a commercially available off-the-shelf rocket engine design for the launch vehicle's upper stage, we want to save these launch companies the initial years of testing and research needed, letting our customers skip the r&d-heavy initial process of engine development and go straight to value-generating satellite launches. Reducing the time from inception to launch by several years, we relieve rocket launcher companies of the insecurity and stress related to the development of rocket engines and let them go straight to launch, bringing more cargo to orbit.

Da kan vi hjelpe lærlinger i alle yrkesfag i hele Norge finne en best mulig læreplass. Å rekruttere bedrifter og offentlig virksomhet til lærlingordningen er et viktig bidrag til at målet kan nås. Gjennom større kunnskap om ordningen, hjelp til å bli godkjent som lærebedrift og et godt matching-system i en og samme portal bør tallet kunne økes fra dagens 20 000 aktive lærebedrifter.
