Respiro er et tech-selskap som jobber med utvikling av blant annet regnskapssystemet ReAI: reai.no ReAI er et effektivt regnskapsprogram laget av tidligere ansatte i Tripletex / Visma. Vårt hovedfokus er å automatisere mest mulig av regnskapet med AI og integrasjoner, slik at regnskapet blir billigst mulig. Og apropos løk, så er chili et voksende segment, akkurat som hvitløk var på 70/80-tallet. Kun råvarer av ypperste kvalitet blir med i våre sauskjeler. Chilimagien skjer i våre moderne produksjonslokaler i Halden, hvor vi tilbereder, koker og tapper hver eneste chiliflaske for hånd. Ferdia har som mål å digitalisere og fornye turbussbransjen gjennom en Uber-lignende tilnærming. Vi skal revolusjonere turbussmarkedet gjennom å digitalisere små og mellomstore turbusselskap og ved å gjøre det mye enklere å leie og bruke turbusser. Det være seg til firmaturer, festivaler eller fotballkamper. Turbussbransjen i Europa er preget av et stort antall busselskap og lite digitalisering. 85% av tiden står bussene parkert eller kjører på veien uten passasjerer i setene. Våre nye digitale tjenester kombinert med maskinlæring og rute-optimalisering vil gjøre det mulig å utnytte bussenes kapasitet mye mer effektivt enn i dag. Vi har fått støtte fra Innovasjon Norge, inngått samarbeid med Tide, et av Norges største busselskap, og har begynt arbeidet med internasjonalisering. Dette blir et spennende år!

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

In Norsetek we combine industrial design methodology and conventional solutions in order to design a new type of large wind turbines. The Norsetek Wind Turbine Technology is estimated to reduce the levelled cost of wind energy by up to 15% (mainly by CAPEX reduction). In comparison, the expected effect of all known and unknown technology improvements until year 2025 is estimated to 5.5 % (ref.
