Zirius Kompetanse AS

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

CSI Marine Cleaning AS

In the autumn of 2016 was CSI Marine Cleaning AS [CSI] established and included in Validé's incubation program with our idea for a ship hull cleaner and cleaning of other structures submerges in the sea. CSI's idea and goal with this unit are to collect 100% of all bio-marine fouling that comes off of the surface while cleaning. The collected fouling will then be rendered harmless by killing all bio-marine life that is collected before returning it back to the sea. As of date, there is no ship hull cleaner that can document 100% collection of the fouling. Competitive ship hull cleaners vary in the collection of the bio-marine fouling from 25μm and upwards. The need for collection is as low as 2μm according to a study.CSI has secured letters of intent with Yanmar Co. LTD., Østerbø Maskin AS, and Optimarin AS with regard to the development of the collection system and ship hull cleaning unit. CSI has also in the letter of intent with Optimarin AS secured exclusive rights for use of their technology in our line of business. Furthermore, CSI has secured letters of intent with Teekay Shipping Norge AS and Transpetrol Tm AS stating their interest in the finalized product. They may intend to use the cleaning service if the product function as described and the service has competitive pricing.  Information about the development project: The technology for the collection system needs to be developed as a prototype. When it's developed the prototype will be fitted to Yanmar's net cleaner that will be modified for solid surfaces and connected to Optimarin's technology for filter and UV treatment. The cleaning speed is about 1500m2 per hour and is using water pressure in three rotating disks for cleaning the surfaces. iCsys AS will be engaged with implementing sensors and creating unique 3D-mapping software. iCsys will also implement autonomic features for the unit. Regarding research and documentation, we will involve Christian Michelsen Research AS that will document the effectiveness of the finalized unit. Østerbø Maskin will assist with CAD, engineering, and manufacturing of the unit.CSI intends to apply for Innovation Norway's Environmental technology program to start the development of this unit, thus searching for companies or investors willing to finance this project.

Mind Too

Traditionally Mind Too has been teaching communication, change, and personal development to leaders in a one-year Leadership program. Torill Elise Iversen (I) who is the founder has solid experience with entrepreneur companies and from teaching leaders internationally. Injuries from a car accident stopped her from developing her company for 20 years. In the last two years, she has come up with a way to bring all her skills and experience and also other people's skills and experience to a platform to make it easy and accessible for everyone to learn sensory-based communication skills and models to empower people and give people the tools to develop their personality and abilities. I am a stayer. I grew up in Rostockergata 9. in Oslo. That is the very place where DNB has its head office today. (Just thought it is a bit of fun history).

Adams Matkasse gjør god mat enkel, og samler familien rundt middagsbordet. Landslagskokk og matkreatør i Adams Matkasse, Adam Bjerck, er stadig på reise rundt om i Norge og Europa for å finne frem til de beste råvarene. Akademiet skal være den beste og mest fremtidsrettede videregående skolen i Norge! Dette er vår visjon. Privatistskolen tilbyr også elever som til daglig går på en videregående skole leksehjelp og ekstraundervisning i fag de ønsker særlig fordypning i.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. Hayon

Hayon is a data-driven Fintech company bringing transparency to the mortgage market both for customers and banks. Since the launch in 2020 over 170 000 mortgage customers in Norway have registered on our rapidly growing marketplace Renteradar. Mortgage customers can use Renteradar to get an overview over the mortgage market and how much they can potentially save. In addition Renteradar provides the user with the tools to lower their interest rate by negotiating with their bank or apply for a cheaper loan elsewhere. In addition to Renteradar, Hayon provides analysis about the banking market with Hayon Analytics being the backbone of our offering. Hayon Analytics is an analytical tool built in Power BI providing unique insights to our partners. We are currently eight emplyees but looking to expand our team going forward. Hayon raised capital in beginning of 2023 and the media company Amedia became an investor.
