Hayk er et lite teknologiselskap som har utviklet en smart og bærekraftig bildelingsordning i verdensklasse. Hayk sitt mål er å gjøre byer bedre for alle gjennom å løse bruk av bil og parkering smartere med ny teknologi. I disse dager ruller vi ut med vår banebrytende løsning med midler fra Innovasjon Norge, investeringsselskap og private støttespillere. Løsningen presenterer for våre kunder i en app. Vi vil være kundeorienterte og lage et produkt som er slik kundene vil ha det. Vi er derfor opptatt av å jobbe riktig med læring og justering som viktigste fokus under utrullingen.

Wittario er et selskap som leverer en spillbasert læringsplattform som kombinerer bevegelse, konkurranse og oppgaveløsing for å skape morsomme og effektive læringsopplevelser. Inspirert av Kahoot og Pokemon GO er Wittario et Ed Tech selskap med ambisjon om å bli verdensledende innen utendørs, spillbasert læring. Skoler og bedrifter øker læringsutbyttet gjennom å benytte vår digitale spillplattform som har fokus på å gjøre læring morsomt gjennom utendørs, fysisk aktivitet og inspirerende teknologi. Vi har etablert et team bestående av 8 personer i Norge og 9 innleide utviklere i Polen, deriblant gründere som tidligere har lyktes med læringsteknologi og som blant annet står bak velkjente Skooler, et læringsteknologi selskap med kunder i over 100 land. Selskapet er finansiert av solide eiere. Løsningen vår ble lansert i mars 2021 og er tilgjengelig både for bedrifter og skoler. Bare 7 måneder etter lanseringen bruker 900+ organisasjoner Wittario. MIRAGE is a year-round initiative and a film festival for the art of the real. We want to give our audience the best of international cinema, handpicking around 30 films every year. Most importantly MIRAGE is a social festival and a place to share experiences and a place to be fascinated. Through cinema, parties, and concerts, through mind-opening conversations and intimate meetings with the most interesting artists and filmmakers of our time. Showcasing the latest premieres and hottest titles from the most important film festivals like Cannes, Berlinale, Venezia, Rotterdam, etc. The typical MIRAGE film will make you travel, will make you captivated and curious, and open your eyes to new perspectives about the world around you. Last year we launched our MIRAGE Satellite concept which is a project to reach out beyond Oslo with our program. In collaboration with several screening arenas, we have extended our festival to all parts of Norway, from east to south. Höylytt is working to make the great benefits of playing music, the development of both body and mind, available to anyone. We have created an alternative technology for learning how to create and play music, we call it Guided Workflow™. It is a technology that enables users to easily compose their own songs by dragging and dropping their favorite chords on a timeline, then they get visual guidance on a keyboard to help improvise and hit notes that fit with their chosen chords.No more fumbling around on keys trying to find the "right" note. We show you which ones work and which ones don't. We created the music-making app Jamsy to showcase the method in use, and also as a stand-alone product. By 2021 we are bringing our own hardware based on Guided Workflow™ to the market.

Til tross for kun 5 mm uknuselig skille mellom ute og inne, gjør gode oppvarmings- og ventilasjonsløsninger det komfortabelt. Panel-, gass- eller vedovn, samt kjøle- og varmepumpe er gode løsninger for å gjøre det behagelig inne. Om skjerming for innsyn er viktig, er det bare å trekke opp rullegardinene. Øvrig innredning skaper et personlig sted. En investering i Norwegian Eye igloen er enkelt med utgangspunkt i våre skreddersydde finansieringsløsninger. Opplevelser uansett vær. Tett på naturen! In order to maintain Norway's position as the largest and most important ski nation in the world, climatic changes require new thinking, types of facilities, snow technologies, and strategies. HST has a letter of intent with Vestfold county to take over the Holmestrand 1862-meter car tunnel at NOK 1 to be redeveloped into a NOK 200 million all-year-around ski facility for cross country, biathlon, and Paralympics. With SIAT/NTNU and Terje, Grønmo Architects developed an opportunity study ("Mulighetsstudie" found at www.holmestrandskitunnel.no). Business and marketing plan currently at work with University College of Southeast Norway, Campus Kongsberg. Why Holmstrand? Because the town is entering into a stage of comprehensive transformation and development, merging three municipalities into a 24,000 people unit, with a number of developments and construction projects coming up downtown at the seaside during the next 5-20 years and a NOK 6,7 billion state investment in a new railway system that takes passengers to Oslo in 45 minutes. 1 million people can reach Holmestrand in one hour by railway and E18. The railway stop is 100 meters from the future ski facility, which might serve as a magnet for other developments, creating health and social conditions for people at large. With an undeveloped fjord area, there is an opportunity to create a sports hub for unique marine and ski activities. Other projects are Gjelsten's leisure island Langøya, Kullboden (1 acre), Uni Quarter (1 acre) Hakan (might have swimming and hotel facilities, an architect study to be opened this fall), new car-free and covered main street (Langgaten), high stories car and boat parking with the business opportunity, heating/cooling systems (fjernvarme) based on excess energy from ski tunnel and Hydro smelter cooling water being served by an NTNU master study, an extension of 1200 leisure boat facilities and undeveloped south town area under the name Hagemann Brygge. Hagemann, in particular, is an excellent 55,000 sq.m. seafront residential and business opportunity with an option to be developed together with the neighboring ski tunnel. The ski tunnel and Hagemann together with some of the other projects would certainly become a long-term investment opportunity.

Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.
