At Medlytic, we're aiming to set a new standard for how healthcare and complex organizations implement IT solutions both nationally and internationally. While procurement processes are often tightly regulated, there remains significant potential for improvement when it comes to the implementation. The investment has already been made; implementation is about maximizing its value. That's why Medlytic is developing a combination of employee engagement and project management: a change management software. Our software automates the process of collecting and managing data from users, organizations, and IT vendors - as well as the work of analysis and identifying actions. This enables users like healthcare professionals to provide feedback anonymously and easily at all stages of an implementation, allowing project groups and leaders to focus on value-adding tasks and act quickly where needed. Additionally, we aim to take it a step further and identify focus areas ahead of the implementation using predictive analyses.

Wittario er et selskap som leverer en spillbasert læringsplattform som kombinerer bevegelse, konkurranse og oppgaveløsing for å skape morsomme og effektive læringsopplevelser. Inspirert av Kahoot og Pokemon GO er Wittario et Ed Tech selskap med ambisjon om å bli verdensledende innen utendørs, spillbasert læring. Skoler og bedrifter øker læringsutbyttet gjennom å benytte vår digitale spillplattform som har fokus på å gjøre læring morsomt gjennom utendørs, fysisk aktivitet og inspirerende teknologi. Vi har etablert et team bestående av 8 personer i Norge og 9 innleide utviklere i Polen, deriblant gründere som tidligere har lyktes med læringsteknologi og som blant annet står bak velkjente Skooler, et læringsteknologi selskap med kunder i over 100 land. Selskapet er finansiert av solide eiere. Løsningen vår ble lansert i mars 2021 og er tilgjengelig både for bedrifter og skoler. Bare 7 måneder etter lanseringen bruker 900+ organisasjoner Wittario. I RePlan mener vi det når vi sier at digital synlighet skal være tilgjengelig for alle, ikke bare de største. Å outsource markedsføringen trenger ikke koste skjorta, og resultatene snakker som regel for seg selv.
