The concept is based on hydroponic growing (e.g. the plants grow in water), and LED-lights. We are now taking this product to the market, and need someone to execute on the ideas.

We deliver programs focusing on equipping youth from foster homes and residential housing between ages 16 to 23, with life skills needed to succeed in adulthood. Youth who have completed our program may apply to become leaders for the next group, giving them a chance to get work experience and earn money. This is a part of our peer-to-peer thinking, where young adults can be resources for youth with  similar backgrounds as them. This creates jobs, where your life experience is an asset.

In Norsetek we combine industrial design methodology and conventional solutions in order to design a new type of large wind turbines. The Norsetek Wind Turbine Technology is estimated to reduce the levelled cost of wind energy by up to 15% (mainly by CAPEX reduction). In comparison, the expected effect of all known and unknown technology improvements until year 2025 is estimated to 5.5 % (ref. KIC InnoEnergy 2014: Renewable energy costs: Onshore wind).

Playing Lean is a new physical board game designed to teach the concepts and mechanics of Lean Startup in a class or workshop setting. Playing Lean was awarded the Nordic Crowdfunding Alliance "Best Norwegian Crowdfunding Campaign Award" in the Educational Products and Services category 2016.

We worked together in Microsoft and often discussed how to address daily tasks through the use of new technologies. Like many others we too forgot parent events and showed up for footballmatches at the wrong times. We needed a better solution, and we built Truegroups so that parents, without any real effort, can have full overview to their family’s activities in less than 30 seconds. Truegroups is built so that you can have all groups, associations and activities in one place. We cut through the chaos of endless emails, multiple websites, Facebook groups, handwritten notes and documents. To minimize the parent effort required, we built Truegroups to cover the needs of associations, coaches, class contacts and preschool-managers. We make it easier to organize activities, increase participation and nurture the engagement. You can use Truegroups on the web, in mobile apps, in email and in your calendar. It is free, without advertising, and your personal information is not used for commercial purposes.

We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Like the cool steel panels in our products, we like to join people with different backgrounds and know-how.
