Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Our solution will positively impact your business through helping to alleviate the stresses that come with poor financial wellbeing. Ocean Industry Forum Oslofjord is the Oslo chapter of "Maritimt Forum". It's a not-for profit association with an aim to encourage innovation in the ocean industries and to support ocean start-ups and help them become scale-ups. Most of the maritime, offshore and other ocean industries are in big need of innovation, and we have a small, but significant enough role to play in that respect. We will work with other actors, like The Hub, in the Oslofjord region and beyond, to achieve this goal.

Swimlab vil tilby svømmeteknisk analyse og undervisning samt helse- og rehabiliterings trening i vann for konkurransesvømmere, triatleter, Open water, Masters og mosjonister, samt svømmeopplæring. Dette vil skje i et unikt og dynamisk treningsmiljø, i et motstrømsbasseng. med muligheter for teknisk analyse vedhjelp av  videosystemer.Svømmer skal sitte igjen med en høyere bevissthet/kunnskap om sin egen svømmeteknisk ferdighet, samt nå de mål som blir satt sammen med trener eller av seg selv.     Swimlab er i en fase hvor vi jobber med å finne investorer og partnere. samtidig jobber man med å finne den perfekte lokasjonen,  som vil ha nærhet til kollektivtransport. Arbeidsmiljøet hos Swimlab vil består av en pool med flinke og erfarende instruktører og trenere som vet hva de snakker om når det kommer til svømming og trening.

Vi er et selskap stiftet i 2012, som har utviklet en ny metode å oppbevare mat på. Det har blitt større fokus på kasting av mat verden over. Hver familie i Norge kaster i gjennomsnitt 50 kg mat i året. Dette koster både miljøet, samfunnet og den enkelte familie store penger hvert år. Det var ut i fra dette ideen oppsto. Produktet er utviklet i samarbeid med Minoko Design AS. Produktet vårt er patentert og designbeskyttet hos norsk patentstyre.
