Urban Essentials inspires women to get more in touch with their inner cycle, and natures cycles, through online courses. We drive "the feminine shift" forward in Norway, showing a new and more feminine way of working and living. We believe that through taking care of ourselves and our bodies, we will also take care of the environment around us, and in this way we indirectly work towards protecting Mother Earth.

We want to make our cities green. Literally. Urban green infrastructure is one of the most important climate adaptation instruments for cities. They help manage water, temperature, air quality and improve life quality. The design process, the sourcing of plants and the maintenance systems for these spaces are however challenging today: they are not fit to properly respond to the ever more demanding regulations and the increased complexity of projects. We are solving this with a platform for all urban green spaces stakeholders. Put simply we want to create the OTOVO of urban green spaces. This means we are orchestrating stakeholders to make sure the right plants are used in the right place to create cities we thrive in.

We have 30 bikes coming in mid-April, 6 off we received already. We are trying to create a great Instagram and Facebook as we believe this is where we can most efficiently mark our business. We hope to take onboard a young creative person which can help us speed this up and put their personal touch on the marketing segment and our company in general. Handlekraftig AS is an attempt at doing slightly more for the environment than just sorting trash and buying as little plastic as possible. For now, this is a single organic shop where most products are sold in bulk/lose weight. We encourage our customers to bring in their own containers to shop, to minimize the need for new packaging. We try to keep at least 95% of the consumables organic. This is better for our customers and better for the earth. In addition to organic foodstuff, we also offer a wide selection of zero-waste products, such as beeswax wraps, wooden kitchen utensils, and non-plastic containers.
