Matfra.no is a digital marketplace for local food, that makes farmers and their products available directly for consumers. Our mission is to make local food available for everyone, everywhere, while increasing the margins of small scale food producers.

Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. Snowroller utvikler og selger bærekraftig og Instagram-vennlig skitøy til Generasjon Z (individer født mellom 1995 og 2010) gjennom egen nettbutikk. Siden lanseringen i 2017 har Snowroller doblet omsetningen årlig og solgt over 2500 skidresser til kunder verden over. I dag er vi tre ansatte i selskapet, hvorav to jobber fulltid på kontor i Oslo. App-Makers AS was founded by Petter and Markus and build on the idea that it is possible for people to increase the success rate when working towards their personal goals if the person get a full picture overview and put necessary elements in a system. We base our products on proven techniques deriving from Total Quality Management philosophy, mended to suit individual people by the concept of Personal Quality Management - to become a better you. The two of us have worked together with implementation of TQM tools in previous jobs and thus we know each other really well. We are informal people with a professional appearance and we aim to combine the serious elements with fun elements. Work holds a large place in everyone's life and thus should be a joyful experience. If you don't have a great time at work you are in the wrong place.

Det var for noen år tilbake stor produksjon av solcellemoduler i Norge. Norske REC hadde produksjon av komplette solcellemoduler både i Glomfjord og Narvik. Begge i Nordland. I 2011 kom bl.a. østlige produsenter på banen og presset prisene betydelig på kort tid. Dette så mye at REC ble nødt til å flagge ut produksjonen fra Norge. Igjen stod det mye god kompetanse. Bare i Narvik jobbet oppunder 300 personer med solcelleproduksjon. Det var, og er fremdeles, et forskningsmiljø på solcelleteknologi i Narvik. Det var ifm denne utflaggingen fra REC at Solbes AS oppstod. Vi kan dermed skilte med å være den bedriften i Norge som har noe av den beste kompetansen som er å oppdrive, samt en av aktørene som har vært lengst i markedet. Dette er vi stolte av! ​Vi har ansatte både med mastergrad og doktorgrad innen solcellesystemer.  Som en bil ikke er en bil, og en ost ikke er en ost, så er heller ikke et solcellepanel et solcellepanel. I tillegg kommer alle de andre komponentene i solcellesystemet. Om du skal kjøpe en bil, er farge og hestekrefter det eneste som teller? Lada og Lamborghini det samme? Vi KAN forskjellene og hjelper deg så du ikke får en dyr Lada, når du tror du får en billig Lamborghini, og det du egentlig trengte var en Land Cruicer.
