Fueled er et startup studio som bygger nye, innovative teknologiselskaper innen Proptech og Fintech. Innenfor disse to domene har vi over tid bygd et stort nettverk av beslutningstakere og investorer som gjør veien fra idé til marked kortere og sannsynligheten for å lykkes med nye konsepter større. Eksisterende team består av to forretningsutviklere med spisskompetanse i å identifisere problemer og omgjøre disse til innovative og skalerbare forretningsmodeller. Gjennom det siste året har vi vært sentrale i utviklingen av betalingstjenesten Kravia (https://kravia.ai/), Parallelo (https://parallelo.io) og Co-Own (https://bosammen.no). Vi har flere nye eventyr på blokka og ønsker å tilføre vår spisskompetanse med andre som har det samme engasjementet for problemløsning og innovasjon som oss.

Coright tilbyr en løsning skreddersydd for en global medieindustri og er støttet av flere renommerte investorer og Innovasjon Norge. Tjenesten er et kontraktshåndteringssystem som hjelper kjøpere og selgere av medieinnhold (som foto, film, illustrasjoner) å holde oversikt over komplekse lisenserings- og rettighetsavtaler. Dagens manuelle praksiser og systemer gjør at de kreatives rettigheter misbrukes og at merkevarer utsettes for stor finansiell- og branding compliance risiko. The mortgage market is asymmetric in terms of information and it can be very challenging for regular customers to navigate between the different offers. 3 out 4 mortgage holders have never negotiated their interest rate and terms after financing, and therefor get penalized for their loyalty. As an individual customer you have little negotiation power with your bank, but with professionals negotiating on behalf of a group of similar customers you do. Clinsj is a startup fin-tech company that aims to help mortgage holders achieve better terms by negotiating on the customers behalf on a continuous basis. If the customers existing bank is not willing to meet market price, Clinsj will move the customer to bank with more appetite that offer market terms. As long as the customer is member on the platform, Clinsj will continuously monitor the market and negotiate when possible. Clinsj is independent and as such take no commissions from the banks. The customer only pay a subscription fee for a 12 month period after receiving value, either by a better rate from their existing bank or a new offer from a competitor. if new value is added in that period the subscription renews. The founders of Clinsj have extensive competence within the banking industry after years of holding different management positions in international banks. The pricing mechanism in mortgages show that there is a market to be met. We believe that "negotiation as a service" is a growing market that can be applied to many consumer products and seek to develop the concept as we grow.

Now we are ready for the next phase, and will expand with a line of new services in 2020.
