Einka Økonomi

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Our solution will positively impact your business through helping to alleviate the stresses that come with poor financial wellbeing. A number of studies have shown direct links between financial stress and poor physical and mental health. It affects the individual, their family and loved ones and their businesses. About Us: We are an Oslo-based independent entertainment and media production company, founded in 2019. Our team members have backgrounds from such diverse fields as banking, finance, business administration, advertising, film production and games development. We also have extensive experience with successful social media influencing, content creation and community building, particularly on Youtube and Facebook. The Problem: Self-actualization is becoming increasingly difficult in a changing and tumultuous world. For many, the cumulative effects of pandemic crisis, financial recession, political polarization and a hardened job market is frustration, and a greater need for entertainment and escapism as a means of self-actualization through vicarious experiences. Our vision is to fulfill this growing need for self-actualization. Our mission is to develop globally scalable products that fulfill the needs the marketplace does not adequately cater to today, and which are capable of surviving both recessions and pandemic crisis. Product/Solution: Our product is entertainment brands, based on proprietary video game properties. We aim to establish these brands first as videogame properties, and then use the passion and investment of gaming audiences as the gateway to expand these videogame properties into Transmedia franchises - including comics, third party merchandise and apparel, as well as licensed adaptations in other media, such as film and animation. Opportunity: The Gaming Market is global from day one, with digital gaming storefronts such as Steam, PSN and XBOX Live retaining millions of existing customers worldwide. Gamers are a heavily invested group of customers with both a high willingness to pay, as well as established networks of influencers and discussion forums, which greatly facilitates advertising efforts. Furthermore, gaming has been proven to be both Recession- and Pandemic proof, with game sales being largely unaffected by 2008 financial crisis, while sales records were broken during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Consumer behavior during the ongoing crisis has further confirmed the need for (and subsequently, the financial potential in) self-actualization through entertainment. Why us, and why now: We are passionate about entertainment and the creative process, we have business understanding, insight into the fan mindset and a unique strategy which enables us to see and seize upon opportunities the incumbents in the gaming market have missed. Furthermore, the recent crisis has caused many of these incumbents to struggle with adapting their organization and cost structure to the current working climate. By contrast, a start-up like us may be better suited to develop a sustainable and scalable production pipeline fit for the economy we are moving into. Right now is the perfect time to enter the entertainment- and videogame markets.

The Core Service group is more commonly known by its brand name, mcare, and it has been servicing the Nordic market with aftersales processes and authorized Apple repairs since 2010. The company employs over 60 certified Apple experts and has a capacity exceeding a quarter of a million repairs on a yearly basis for the 19 locations spread throughout the Nordics. The revenue for 2019 landed at €22,4M, showing a 20% annual growth. We primarily drive a B2B set-up, having customers within the insurance industry, carriers, and larger well-known enterprises, as well as municipalities and SMEs. Now, we also aim to gain broader recognition amongst consumers.

Kinga Insurance

Kinga Insurance is a B2B cloud based insurance platform. We enable the rapid development and deployment of next generation products for insurers.Founded in 2018, Kinga, taken from Swahili means to protect or provide immunity. Our offering was borne out of the need to accelerate product development. By using cloud based services we offer our services through a SaaS (software as a service) revenue model.Currently in talks with Top 5 insurers in South Africa, we are looking to launch in 2019.

Prosjekt Plast

Project Plast is a Norwegian based non-profit organisation established in 2019. We believe in the power and agency of local communities and our aim is to contribute to finding solutions for the ever growing problem of plastic pollution. We are currently building a shredder and an injection machine which will enable us to directly recycle plastic in our community. Another key purpose of our organisation is to rise awareness and inspire others, especially young people, to be actors for change.

The channel has a coverage of 87% and is represented in the default/free/basic packages on all distributors. Both international shows and local Scandinavian series are on our menu.

Green home solutions

Ever thought of growing food at home or in your office? We have developed a furniture for home growing, where the customer gets the conditions necessary to grow vegetables like lettuce and herbs indoor. The concept is based on hydroponic growing (e.g. the plants grow in water), and LED-lights. We are now taking this product to the market, and need someone to execute on the ideas.

Kompassmat As

Kompassmat comes out of Kompass & Co and functions as a recruitment Company for youths at risk between the age of 15 and 25. We have created job oppertunites  within food, urban gardening and redesign/upcycling for youth at risk of dropping out of the norwegian society. We want to help Norway develop concrete examples of optimal left-over food usage that align with the UN's sustainability goals such as reducing food wastage by 50% by 2030.
