We produce new unique generation of bread without any use of grains. We have developed a unique technology to process flaxseeds (new superfood) in a way that we can produce a healthy bread out of them without the use of any allergens. This bread is naturally GLUTEN FREE, HIGH IN FIBER, LOWCARB, HIGH IN OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS AND A GOOD SOURCE OF HIGH-QUALITY PROTEIN. Right now, we have a one-off shop on our website, but we are going to be moving to a subscription model where every two months you get an excellent pack of snacks, chocolates, chips, healthy snacks from Norway and other countries in Scandinavia.

Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. Caudex

Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. Skreddersøm er stikkordet for Checkin, og det finnes svært få begrensinger i forhold til tilpasninger.

IML Aeroseal AS

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

Televindu

Televindu er et ungt og ambisiøst selskap i vekst. Vi har som mål å gi beboere på sykehjem et bedre og mer tilrettelagt aktivitetstilbud gjennom video. Televindu er en videoplattform med over 250 tilrettelagte videoer for personer med demens. Flere kommuner og sykehjem i både Danmark og Norge bruker videoplattformen til å vekke minner og samtaler mellom beboerne og personalet. De laster også opp egne videoer til plattformen og gir beboerne et vindu til kulturelle aktiviteter i nærområdet. Televindu ble etablert i 2019 og har i dag kontorer i Aalborg og Oslo.
