Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. We base our products on proven techniques deriving from Total Quality Management philosophy, mended to suit individual people by the concept of Personal Quality Management - to become a better you. The two of us have worked together with implementation of TQM tools in previous jobs and thus we know each other really well. We are informal people with a professional appearance and we aim to combine the serious elements with fun elements. Det var for noen år tilbake stor produksjon av solcellemoduler i Norge. Norske REC hadde produksjon av komplette solcellemoduler både i Glomfjord og Narvik. Begge i Nordland. I 2011 kom bl.a. østlige produsenter på banen og presset prisene betydelig på kort tid. Dette så mye at REC ble nødt til å flagge ut produksjonen fra Norge. Igjen stod det mye god kompetanse. Bare i Narvik jobbet oppunder 300 personer med solcelleproduksjon. Det var, og er fremdeles, et forskningsmiljø på solcelleteknologi i Narvik. Det var ifm denne utflaggingen fra REC at Solbes AS oppstod. Vi kan dermed skilte med å være den bedriften i Norge som har noe av den beste kompetansen som er å oppdrive, samt en av aktørene som har vært lengst i markedet. Dette er vi stolte av! ​Vi har ansatte både med mastergrad og doktorgrad innen solcellesystemer.  Som en bil ikke er en bil, og en ost ikke er en ost, så er heller ikke et solcellepanel et solcellepanel. Vi jobber med drømmene og målene til den enkelte deltaker. Det er dette som setter kursen for hvor mennesker vil med livene. Det første steget i kurset er å formulere en drøm. Alt som skjer etter dette vil være tilpasset hver enkelt. Vi har ingen ferdig definert prosess som alle må trykkes gjennom, men bruker vår unike kombinasjon av erfaringskompetanse og fagkunnskap til å gi akkurat den støtten deltakerne trenger der de befinner seg akkurat nå. Vi forholder oss ikke til diagnoser eller fortid, men til hele mennesket.

We deliver programs focusing on equipping youth from foster homes and residential housing between ages 16 to 23, with life skills needed to succeed in adulthood. Youth who have completed our program may apply to become leaders for the next group, giving them a chance to get work experience and earn money. This is a part of our peer-to-peer thinking, where young adults can be resources for youth with  similar backgrounds as them. This creates jobs, where your life experience is an asset.

Kompassmat comes out of Kompass & Co and functions as a recruitment Company for youths at risk between the age of 15 and 25. We have created job oppertunites  within food, urban gardening and redesign/upcycling for youth at risk of dropping out of the norwegian society. We want to help Norway develop concrete examples of optimal left-over food usage that align with the UN's sustainability goals such as reducing food wastage by 50% by 2030. First stop is our own food booth at VippaOslo.
