Fridayy is a Danish AI startup building an intelligent customer service platform for small and medium-sized service businesses. Many service businesses spend significant time answering repetitive customer enquiries, managing bookings, handling cancellations, and following up on missed calls. This creates unnecessary administrative work, increases operating costs, and leads to lost customers and revenue. Fridayy solves this by bringing customer communication into one unified platform, where AI can automatically respond to enquiries, assist with bookings and cancellations, follow up on missed calls via SMS, and interact with existing business management systems. More complex requests are seamlessly forwarded to employees, ensuring businesses remain in control. Our mission is to make advanced AI automation accessible and affordable for smaller businesses, allowing owners to spend less time on administration and more time growing their businesses. We have developed a working MVP and are currently testing the platform with real customers, initially focusing on the window-cleaning industry, with ambitions to expand across the broader service sector.

Danish laws are available to everyone: they are published in the Official Gazette. How the courts apply them is not. Court decisions show how the law is interpreted and applied, yet for a large share of the cases from the higher courts, the decision is not publicly available. OpenLaw is a non-profit association working for open and free access to Danish case law. We believe that court decisions belong to the public, not to commercial databases. Our application at openlaw.dk gives an overview of the cases from the higher courts. We monitor the court schedules of the Supreme Court, the Eastern and Western High Courts and the Maritime and Commercial High Court, and the application now covers more than 16,000 cases. If you need a copy of a specific decision, our request function lets us obtain it from the court and make it available to every other user. Everything is free and without login. OpenLaw was founded in Copenhagen in 2025. Our partners include Danske Advokater, Spinnaker Nordic, Juris and JURAI.
