Fridayy is a Danish AI startup building an intelligent customer service platform for small and medium-sized service businesses. Many service businesses spend significant time answering repetitive customer enquiries, managing bookings, handling cancellations, and following up on missed calls. This creates unnecessary administrative work, increases operating costs, and leads to lost customers and revenue. Fridayy solves this by bringing customer communication into one unified platform, where AI can automatically respond to enquiries, assist with bookings and cancellations, follow up on missed calls via SMS, and interact with existing business management systems. More complex requests are seamlessly forwarded to employees, ensuring businesses remain in control. Our mission is to make advanced AI automation accessible and affordable for smaller businesses, allowing owners to spend less time on administration and more time growing their businesses. We have developed a working MVP and are currently testing the platform with real customers, initially focusing on the window-cleaning industry, with ambitions to expand across the broader service sector.
