NLIR ApS

At NLIR we make world-leading ultra sensitive and super fast Mid-Infrared optical sensing solutions. Our mission is to put forward innovative solutions and help other industries overcome their challenges and discover the future. We apply to several sectors: Research, Oil and gas, Polymer, Food and Agriculture, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Medical Diagnostic and Environmental. Main applications are real-time during production In-Line inspection and Quality control of produced materials/items.

Have A Coffee

We buy our coffee direct from the farmers. We only buy Specialtycoffee grown without any peticides. We have a headquarter in Brazil from where we also make education for the farmers. Today we have a danish and a german webshop, cafees and shops in Denmark, Germany and Italy. We have our own roasterys and warehouse. We have a subscriberservice for a new coffee every month, and we sell to offices, cafees and restaurants who want to serve good sustainable coffee.

Muri is a NoLo (No & Low alcohol) drinks company that merges a chef’s palate with science and the natural beauty of fermentation to produce blends that are intriguing, complex and balanced. The team behind Muri comes from some of the most innovative food and drinks companies in the industry, such as restaurant Noma and Empirical Spirits. We are made up of industry-experienced professionals with an obsession for flavour.

Med vores løsning får caféen en direkte kommunikation til kunderne, sparer udgifter til papkort, får loyale kunder, og meget andet. Og kunderne glemmer aldrig deres stempelkort med mindre de har glemt deres telefon.

Buttermelon

Buttermelon — Business Intelligence you can talk to Buttermelon is building a chat-based business intelligence platform for restaurant and bar operators. It turns messy, scattered business data into clear answers you get simply by asking. No spreadsheets. No analyst skills required. --- The problem Running a restaurant is hard. Understanding how it’s performing shouldn’t be. Today, the numbers operators need live across too many systems: - Sales in the cash register / point-of-sale system - Labor in the staff scheduling tool - Stock in inventory and purchasing software Getting a simple answer often means logging into multiple systems, exporting data, and opening a spreadsheet. So what happens? - Decisions are made on gut feeling - No one really knows what’s selling — and what’s not - Staffing issues go unnoticed --- The solution We built a tool that works the way operators already think and talk. Instead of clicking through generic dashboards, you simply ask: - “How did we do last Friday?” - “Why was labor higher this week?” - “What’s not selling on the menu?” And you get instant, visual answers — charts, simple tables, and KPI cards — right in the chat. No complex setup. No long reports. Just ask. Behind the scenes, Buttermelon connects to the systems operators already use (sales / point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software), cleans the data, and turns plain language into real-time insights. --- Why we’re building this One of our founders, Thomas, has spent more than 15 years running restaurants. He worked long weeks and managed multiple venues — yet still couldn’t answer basic questions without jumping between systems, spreadsheets, and half-finished reports. The tools that existed were built for analysts and finance teams — not for operators checking numbers between services. That gap was obvious. And with recent advances in AI, it finally became solvable. So we’re building the tool he always wished he had: - Fast - Simple - Built for real operators - Respectful of their time

We provide cold Danish beverages to thirsty Copenhageners. We buy only Danish products, mainly beer but also cider and wine. We focus on smaller suppliers and want to make them more accesible to Copenhageners. We also seek to educate people in the art of brewing and want to host tastings in the future.

Vintrovert

We are a natural wine import, spirits, cocktail and craft beer company. We have the bar Alfons on Skelbækgade 42, 1660 Cph V and a bottleshop and eventspace on Dannebrogsgade 3, Cph V. Alfons is a small local neighbourhood bar, where we offer affordable natural wines, cocktails and craft beer while you can listen to vinyls by up and coming dj's. Vintrovert bottleshop is a local Vesterbro shop where you can find affordable natural wines, our own whisky, craft beers and soon CBD. Behind the shop is our eventspace which fits up to 25 people. The space is our cultural collaboration space where we co-host events with other importers, local shops, communities, book clubs ect.

Food Studio

Food Studio er førende indenfor gastronomiske oplevelser i Danmark. Mad er et universelt samlingspunkt, der integrerer mennesker og styrker samarbejdet, og det udnytter vi til fulde i vores kokkeskoler, kulinariske teambuildings og eksklusive middage. Food Studio arbejder med nogle af landets bedste råvareleverandører og bruger så vidt muligt, altid råvarer i sæson og gerne så lokalt som muligt. Hos Food Studio kan du få lov til at lave mad med nogle af landets dygtigste kokke - hvad end det er en autentisk Masterchef- oplevelse, eller en fransk gourmetaften. Derudover samarbejder vi med nogle af landets flotteste godser og herregårde, hvor vi tilbyder en ægte Nak og Æd oplevelse med lerdueskydning, jagt og madlavning i det fri. Udover vores kokkeskoler, laver vi også specielle pop-up events for vores kunder, som ønsker en unik madoplevelse. Her behøver gæsterne ikke deltage i madlavningen, men kan blot nyde selskabet med kollegaer, venner eller kunder alt imens holdet af kokke og tjenere sikrer gæsterne den ultimative oplevelse.

I Gaudium har vi ét mål for øje – at give imponerende madoplevelser! Når livets store og små begivenheder skal fejres, skal maden være perfekt. Derfor har vi i Gaudium specialiseret os i at lave eksklusive buffeter, der imponerer både værten og dets gæster til livets fester og begivenheder! Det er uanset, om det er til den store fødselsdag, konfirmationen eller blot til en hyggeaften med venner eller familie. Med mad fra Gaudium kan værten slappe af – både op til, men især også under festen. Maden klarer vi, så værten ikke skal bekymre sig om mængden, kvaliteten eller smagsoplevelsen. Vi har leveret mad til mere end 500.000 madglade danskere, som har belønnet os med en masse flotte anmeldelser og en på 1. plads på TrustPilot i kategorien "Catering"." Vil du med på holdet?

We have high demand of our dimsum and a lot of our fans is from all over the world and across Denmark

Lajmi - Coffee Roasters is Danish small family business with passion for good cup of coffee. At Lajmi Coffee Roasters, our main goal is to deliver specialty coffee at a fair price. We appreciate that the origin of coffee can be traced, that everyone in the value chain receives a decent salary, that production is sustainable, that coffee is roasted so that all the good sides of coffee are highlighted and that we are up to date on the latest knowledge in specialty coffee. . We are of the belief that life is simply too short for bad coffee. Why brew boring coffee when it can be so much better? It does not take much; just commitment and will.
