At Crateit, we take pride in creating Danish quality wooden toys designed to ignite a child's imaginative soul and curiosity. Imagine a unicorn with wings soaring through the clouds, landing on a volcano in Dinosaur Land that's about to erupt! Each piece of wooden toy from Crateit is designed to open up a world of imaginative play for your child. When designing our wooden toys, we always think about how they will spark the child's creative spirit of adventure. Crateit's wooden toys encourage play with friends, independent immersion, and family closeness. Our products are unique because they challenge the way children play. At Crateit, there are no rules. Is the grass blue and the cow red? It's all up to the child's imagination. The wooden toys are made for children to color and build as they wish. It's here that the most imaginative adventures and stories come to life. At Crateit, we proudly say that our products create joy, usefulness, and benefit, as all our products are produced and assembled by adults with various challenges, in workshops in Funen. We have respect for the individual and therefore focus on creating meaningful and responsible work for the affected citizens.

OCEAN IDEASHIP

OCEAN IDEASHIP is a non profit organization, based on a broad foundation of collaboration. The quest is to share knowledge about the blue transition and empower blue impact startups. We are making a flagship for the blue transition, and sailing from place to place, we will share knowledge and showcase the possibilities in the blue in the green transition. With a sailing flagship we can create the attention the ocean deserves, and make sure that the blue transition gets the same awareness and acceptance as the green transition have today. By building capacity, knowledge and awareness into the startup ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs, we will secure many more blue impact projects in the future.

Emma Systems

The Environmental Movement and Monitoring for Airports (EMMA) platform is a real-time visualization and predictability system for airports with key modules, such as A-ACDM. It enables operators and administrators to plan and manage airport flights schedules with an aesthetic and seamless user interface to visualize sensory information and data from different sources to allow real time data transfer to facilitate fast and accurate decision-making. EMMA is flexible and efficient and provides real time solutions, in enhancing data and information sharing and situational awareness allowing an increase in airport efficiency. EMMA Systems enable real time data / information for efficient and effective in resource-planning. Equally, utilization by sharing accurately calculated turnarounds for optimizing the capacity of the airside and help solution for effective management during adverse conditions.

NextFrontier.earth

I created Next Frontier to have a separate and independent media from my other supply chain businesses (Responsibly and Ofload), with the purpose of creating a safe and independent learning environment for spreading the best practices and insights to power our transition to sustainable supply chains. ​ Why supply chains? Because they represent 93% of the avg. company's footprint, and are absolutely key to ensure a sustainable future. They're also hard, fragmented and intransparent, and will require work for the decades to come.​ ​ To accelerate this transition, we need to stand on the shoulders of giants. Learn from each others mistakes and replicate the successes. There's an unfortunate consequence of the greenwashing and reputational risks that spans sustainability, which results in people 'holding their cards close' or being abstract in their shares. We're immersed in the vibrant world of XR (eXtended Reality), where Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) intersect. But Weave Reality is more than just an offshoot; it's the culmination of shared knowledge and resources. Situated in the same office space as our parent company, we benefit from a vast pool of talents, including 3D artists, developers, and designers. This synergy allows us to focus our work within the XR domain, much like our parent company. We have two goals: to use the vast insights from Breach and pursue our innovative R&D projects. Over the past three years, we've explored various concepts, from gaming to education, both theoretical and practical. With the fast-paced changes in XR, we're ready to level up our activities. Upsite is the shortest way to making more sustainable decisions on a informed basis. A 100% digital service that translates property data into maintenance plans with green insights and ambition. In a time where green transition and documentation requirements are paramount, the construction and property industries struggle with a lack of digitalization throughout the value chain. We aim to address this issue by delivering a platform that enables property owners to make more sustainable decisions based on a documented basis. Upsite represents a new beginning where maintenance plans become more accessible and usable. We believe the time is right to liberalize property data and bringing the property industry together in order to drive the green transition. Upsite offers an advanced system that makes the creation of maintenance plans easy and accessible for all – construction consultants, engineers, property managers and property owners. Version 1 of the platform is built on a solid database with over 700 maintenance plans in the system. We have integrated machine learning - UpsiteAI - which scans relevant public data, such as BBR and energy labels. Further, it also scans data from similar properties to provide useful property insights and suggestions. At Upsite we believe that data transparency and digital processes can help move the construction and property industry towards a greener direction. The use of artificial intelligence opens new possibilities in working with property data. We aim to use it to make the industry more sustainable. The magic lies in the synergy between humans and machines.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. Revolutionizing the way we protect ourselves while exploring the world. We are leveraging GEO-fencing technology to distribute, personalize and offer quotes tailored to your location in real-time. No more hassle with paperwork or waiting in line. We are 100% digital and are providing a full insurance experience in the pockets of everyone leaving their homes. In Norway 50% of all young adults don't have travel insurance, and they perceive insurance as complicated, expensive and unavailable. At the same time, the insurance industry lacks digitisation with only 40% of all insurance sales taking place on a digital platform. We have developed travel insurance tailored to the specific needs of each traveller, all within a convenient and user-friendly app. By harnessing the power of GEO-fencing we ensure travellers receive seamless coverage when and where they need it, offering a level of flexibility unseen in the industry. We have built the insurance product, and we are going to build the app. Simen started working on Kvikk while studying Innovation & Management, and has previously been travelling around the world several times and do understand the importance of travel insurance. We honestly believe that insurance companies should do better. In this digital world, insurance should be more available for the customer. There should be possible to buy insurance, get an overview and file claims within minutes, and always available in your own pocket. We also believe in fair and transparent products, where the customer actually gets a personalised products tailored to their own travel pattern. We want to rewrite the rules of insurance by making it available, fair, easy and personalised.
