ABC Labs is a start-up created in Spring 2020 as a direct response to the unprecedented challenges of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in order to quickly scaleup Swedish national testing capacity and create an automated infrastructure for producing cost-effective diagnostics at scale. Built in 7 weeks, we now represent 15-20% of COVID-19 testing in Sweden and have partnered with the Public Health Agency of Sweden, a majority of Swedish Regions, and almost all large private care providers to rollout mass testing across the country. Hubb creates daring takeaway brands tailored for home delivery. We put multiple brands under one roof, in our kitchens designed specifically for high scale production- thus increasing efficiency and lowering costs. This results in what we call Cloud Kitchen hubs; a new concept in food delivery, which has seen rapid growth and multi-million dollar investments in the past two years. Food delivery, a market scarce on profit margins and limited by the quality of local takeaway restaurants, demands new solutions. At Hubb, we are working to solve the food delivery challenges, by: (1) creating world-class takeaway brands designed specifically for delivery, (2) rapidly building new kitchen hubs specifically for multi-branded take-away productions, and (3) increasing traditional profit margins, by lowering production costs compared to typical restaurateurs Hubb has recently secured a DKK million investment, to build brands and scale kitchens. Startups make their pitch via a pitch flow, where they need to provide the information investors need, but often lack in other pitch environments. A key part of the pitch is a video of the team behind the startup, as that is as big a part of why investors see a startup as the perfect fit. The investors get automatically matched with startups that fit their profile in the GoPitch app, where they get a quick overivew of new exciting startups in their own personal feed.

We have a web app called Carrot bank. A company that uses a carrot bank has: - better employer image - more motivated employees - more productive staff The purpose of the carrot bank is to motivate members/people to perform tedious tasks or additional tasks. On the other hand, it is intended to reward the perpetrators of those tasks for their work. This allows staff to focus on what is essential and important to the company. Example 1: The controversy over the coffee brewing turn ended like a wall after the introduction of the Carrot Bank. The time previously spent on daily arguing who will make coffee, is now in billable work. Example 2: Construction workers are motivated to use the waiting time to do other work, such as cleaning and finishing a completed site or helping a co-worker. The goal of the carrot bank is to get the community (family, company, sports club) to agree together the rules of how to collect carrots and how they can be used. Once the rules have been agreed together, it is easier for everyone to stick to them and they are fair to everyone.
